DEVELOPING IN FISH FEED FOR SAVING PRODUCTION COSTS OF CATFISH CULTIVATION. Making catfish feed from waste raw materials and the surrounding environment in order to save production cost. The growth of fish depends on the feed intake, but this is not sufficiently well due to the increase in feed prices. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the production of feed that utilizes the natural resources around the surrounding waste. Development of fish feed to reduce costs by 4 ways i.e. fish feed with organic fertilization, utilization of Azzola plants or mini water spikes, organic feed from growing and the surrounding waste and artificial pellet feed with appropriate technology. Feeding innovation is expected to reduce the production cost of 70% which designate is feed. This devotion partner is a group of Mulyo Tani 1 and Orphanage group of orphanage son of Muhammadiyah Setrorejo, Baturetno. This devotion activity successfully developed catfish farming business by doing continuous feed development.

ASSISTANCE OF SCIENTIFIC WRITING PUBLICATION FOR TEACHERS IN SDN 5 KARANGBENER OF BAE SUBDISTRICT, KUDUS. Based on observations in one elementary school in SDN 5 Karangbener, Bae subdistric, Kudus found that for the last 5 years teachers in elementary school have not done publication of scientific papers. Teacher assumes that in compiling scientific papers and publishing them is difficult. In addition, the lack of creative ideas and innovation of teachers in preparing scientific work is also one of the things complained by some teachers in SDN 5 Karangbener. This is because the lack of information for teachers in the preparation of scientific papers and publications of scientific papers. With the accompaniment of the publication of this scientific work will help teachers develop their ability in preparing scientific work and to publish the findings of teachers as implementers of the government education system widely. This mentoring activity is expected to create scientific tradition and culture for teachers through the preparation of scientific works and publications of teachers' scientific works.

TRAINING OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT MANAGEMENT DUE TO SOCIAL MEDIA FOR YOUTH CADETS IN CIBURIAL VILLAGE, BANDUNG. This article is the result of Community Service Activity (PKM) which has been done by the writer team on Karang Taruna members in Ciburial village, Bandung, under the title of Managing Organizational Conflict Managing Social Media Training for Karang Taruna of “Padu Selaras” in Ciburial Village. Community Service Activities has the objective of producing outcomes: 1) Providing concrete knowledge on how to manage organizational conflicts caused by social media; 2) Provide an understanding of the importance of members of youth have knowledge of the management of organizational conflict caused by social media. The method of PKM implementation done in this activity is method of lecture method; group discussion methods; and video playback methods. The conclusions of this PKM activity are: 1) To awaken members of youths about the importance of having knowledge in managing organizational conflicts caused by social media; 2) Increasing the knowledge of youth members about conflict management caused by social media; 3) Practicing how to manage organizational conflict due to social media in simulation of members of youth cadets in Ciburial village.

WOMEN FARMERS EMPOWERMENT IN SOYBEAN CULTIVATION OF SUPERIOR VARIETIES RAW MATERIAL OF TOFU PRODUCTION. Soybean is one of the important crops containing high protein content. The demand of soybean increases from year to year, because the domestic production could not reach the market demand and it is still imported. Therefore, the necessary effort to increase soybean production must be done such as by expanding the planting area, planting superior varieties especially for raw materials of tofu, and the cultivation techniques. Sumedang is one of the centers of tofu production in West Java that has the suitable agro-climatic conditions for soybeanproduction as a raw material. Some of the farm communities have cultivated soybeans, however they still needs the efforts to increase the soybean production especially for the types of soybean for raw material of tofu production. The aim of IbM activity is to socialize and make a pilot demonstration plot of some of superior soybean varieties for tofu production in Sumedang. The results of these activities include: (1) the demonstration plots of soybean varieties, (2) producing the high seed quality of superior soybean varieties, (3) improving skill and knowledge of farmers in the cultivation of superior soybean varieties and also pest and disease control, (4) obtaining the samples of tofu from superior soybean varieties grown in partner locations.

SIMULATION TRAINING OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR EARLY CHILHOOD IN WEST UNGARAN SEMARANG. Community service activity at Kucica School, West Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency is aimed to help Early Chilhood Education (PAUD) educators in Kucica and all Early Chilhood Education (PAUD) educators in general to organize entrepreneurship learning for early childhood. Early childhood characteristics that have not been able to think abstract require concrete learning and involve all the five senses. Community service activities are proposed after observing and analyzing existing problems in the field that is the need for learning innovation in entrepreneurship education in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. The learning method that is done is the simulation of entrepreneurship of early childhood. This entrepreneurial simulation brings the real atmosphere of entrepreneurial activity with a microeconomic approach into the classroom but with a safe and comfortable atmosphere for young children to absorb entrepreneurial knowledge and experience. The simulation of early childhood entrepreneurship is intended so that the concepts and values contained in entrepreneurship can be provided in early childhood. The ultimate goal of entrepreneurship education is the growth of the child entrepreneurial spirit from an early age in order to become a strong nation of children and able to compete in the next life arena.

HEALTH PROMOTION FOR PREVENTING AND COMPLICATIONS MYOPIA IN STUDENTS OF SDN 2 BERKOH, PURWOKERTO. Myopia is the most common refractive disorder in school-aged children. These visual disorders need attention, because they can interfere with life and daily work, and also their intellectual development. This health promotion activity is conducted to improve knowledge and understanding about myopia and the efforts that must be done to maintain eye health. This activity was conducted on 140 students of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade of SDN 2 Berkoh Purwokerto, through counseling, training, giving module, leaflet and poster. Based on the T-test of the pre-post and post-test in each class, the p values obtained in grades 4,5 and 6 respectively p = 0.058; 0.588; and 0.074. Conclusion: this activity can increase students' knowledge of myopia, although the increase is not significant.

EMPOWERMENT OF ELDERLY POSYANDU CADRES FOR PREVENTING HYPERTENSION AND ITS COMPLICATION IN PURWOKERTO. The highest prevalence of degenerative diseases in Banyumas regency is hypertension. The prevention of hypertension in elderly could be done by Elderly Posyandu. However, there are many problems which occur in Elderly Posyandu of Soka Nirmala III and Sejahtera II in preventing hypertension and its complication, such as the limitation of materials for blood pressure measurement, lack of knowledge for hypertension management, lack of knowledge about self-treatment for reducing blood pressure. The purposes of this programme were to give kits for hypertension measurement to elderly posyandu, to conduct training of hypertension prevention, training about diet management, training about elderly exercise, training about self-treatment for reducing blood pressure. This community service was done through health education, training, and simulation. This community service could improve the knowledge of cadres and elderly in managing hypertension, improve knowledge in conducting exercise for reducing hypertension, improve knowledge in diet management, and improve the knowledge about self-treatment for reducing hypertension. It is expected that the prevalence of hypertension and its complication could be reduced and the quality of life of elderly could be improved.

TRAINING ON MAKING FINGER PUPPETS FOR MOTHERS OF POMG TKIT IRSYADUL IBAD PANDEGLANG. In general women have a role and greater influence compared to men in educating her children at home. So, it is very important when mothers get more knowledge and skills to improve the quality. Community programs that researchers have done is create a training “Finger Puppet making skills” to the Moms POMG TKIT Irsyadul ‘Ibad. Methods undertaken by using a Participatory training method. In participatory training used the so-called cycle of learning from experience (experimental learning cycle). Results and discussion will be illustrated through images cycle of learning from experience. Finger puppet making skills training proved necessary because it can serve as a medium for storytelling to the child’s mother.

THE IMPROVING OF ENGLISH COMPETENCE FOR LECTURERS OF FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY OF MATHLA’UL ANWAR BANTEN. This community service activity is motivated by the thought that the need for lecturers to have good competence in using English in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. With the hope that through its application, students become more enthusiastic in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide scientific assistance to the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in using English in the teaching and learning process. While the benefits of this activity are to have a positive effect on the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in communicating using English in class and the increasing enthusiasm and achievement of FKIP Unma Banten students in learning. This service activity was carried out in the form of short training for two meetings with members of 10 lecturers held in the hall of FKIP Unma Banten. The first meeting discussed the importance of English, introducing word, clause, and sentences, mastering tenses by using smart fingers technique. The second meeting was a deepening of the material followed by the practice of TOEFL questions and the practice of speaking English in everyday life with simple sentences by participants of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and demonstration methods. Based on observations during this community service activity, several positive results were obtained. The results of this community service are the increased insight of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers on English language material and its application in the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

THE WORKSHOP OF COMPILATION OF SCIENCE OLYMPIAD LEADING PROGRAM IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH TEGALAMPEL, KLATEN. The purpose of this social service activity were to provide knowledge and insights related to the science olympiad (OSN) to the headmaster and teachers of MIM Tegalampel as well as assisted the compilation of work programs and committee of MIM Tegalampel. Materials that provided were OSN, best practices, and compilation of work program and committee. The model used was a workshop model with lecture, demonstration, question and answer and hands-on practice method. Evaluation was done by disseminating information and motivation to participants and product checklists. Generally, participants claimed that the schedule training was appropriate, time sharing (lectures, group discussions, individual assignments, presentations and games) were also perceived positively by participants. Participants were satisfied with the topics presented and perceived that most of the expectations and objectives of the workshop were fulfilled. The evaluation results indicate that the material delivered can be followed well and there was an increase in knowledge and motivation. In addition, the OSN work program and committee have also been arranged quite well.
