Abstract

The low learning motivation and learning outcomes in basic nursing courses in addition to the material presented allegedly less attractive, as well as lectures,  is not supported by appropriate learning media. Through this research will study whether the use of a computer learning media presenter i-spring can increase learning motivation and learning outcomes of students. This research is expected to produce a concept of learning by utilizing i-spring media presenter. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental design methods to develop nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study, questionnaires and tests. By using the Test Statistic t, a picture that media are learning the material on the nutritional needs of basic nursing courses using instructional media i-spring presenter, can significantly increase student motivation and learn outcomes. Based on these results was a recommendation to the faculty, it would be better if the learning media i-spring presenter in completing the application program powerpoint. Those materials other lectures. Because the use of instructional media, the students not only enthusiastic (motivated) interact in lectures but shows the results of evaluation of the learning increased. Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan  Era data, digital, Bisnis, Teknologi dan Ilmu Pengetahuan yang sangat cepat dan pentingnya kemampuan berpikir bagi peserta didik menjadi tantangan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk merealisasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu adanya model pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi pengalaman belajar peserta didik dalam membentuk kemampuan berpikir dan kemampuan terpadu dalam bidang science, technology, engineering dan mathematics (STEM). Oleh karena itu,  perlu adanya riset  tentang model pembelajaran tersebut sebagai alternatif untuk implementasi model pembelajaran di sekolah.  Riset  ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik dalam pembelajaran STEM dengan menggunakan model  Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek (PjBL) di Sekolah Dasar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Time Series Design dalam pelaksanaannya hanya menggunakan satu kelompok saja tidak menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil riset ternyata secara keseluruhan memperlihatkan bahwa pembelajaran STEM melalui pedekatan Project based learning (PjBL)  dapat mebantu meningkatkan kemampuan problem sensitivity, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, mathematical reasoning, number faciliry, perceptual, Speed serta control precision yang diterapkan pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar kelas tinggi. AbstractThe development of the data, digital, business, technology  and science era is very fast and the importance of thinking skills for students is  a challenge for educational institutions to realize the learning process. For this reason, it is necessary to have a learning model that can facilitate the learning experience of student informing thinking skills and integrated ablilities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Therefore, it is necessary to resesrch this learning model as an alternative for implementing learning models in schools. This research aims to determine whether there is an increase  in the thinking skills of student in STEM learning using the Project based learning (PjBL) mode in elementary schools. The research design used the series design in its implementation using only one group, not using control group.  From the research results , it turns out that overall it shows that STEM learning through the Project based learning (PjBL) approach can help improve  the ability of  problem sensitivity, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, mathematical reasoning, number facilitation, perceptual speed, and control precision applied to learning in elementary schools high grade.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru Sekolah Dasar (SD). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi mahasiswa PGSD UPH tentang pemanfaatan alat peraga pada pembelajaran IPA SD melalui implementasi Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan beberapa instrumen, baik itu kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling; yaitu 63 orang mahasiswa PGSD tahun kedua PGSD (semester 4) yang mengambil mata kuliah Sains dan Teknologi. Setelah penerapan PjBL, hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa sangat positif terhadap media ajar untuk pembelajaran IPA, begitu juga persepsi mahasiswa terhadap manfaat media ajar bagi siswa SD. Persepsi mahasiswa calon guru inilah yang mengembangkan interpretasi mahasiswa, yang kemudian membuahkan tindakan pengambilan keputusan yaitu respon kesiapan dan kemauan untuk menggunakan media ajar alat peraga untuk pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan dengan melakukan uji efektivitas implementasi PjBL terhadap persepsi mahasiswa.AbstractThe nursing profession needs to have generic skills, such as critical thinking, good assessment, and communication, as well as the ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time. However, many nurses do not possess these abilities and are still accepted to work. It is essential to innovate the right model to produce graduates to fulfill the needs of the work profession. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to compare students' perceptions, awareness, and motivation towards the PBL model, and the Assignment and Presentation model on student generic skills. The research was carried out in the form of a quantitative experiment among students taking a Biochemistry course. The control and experiment classes were carried out in synchronous and asynchronous modes. At the end of the study, it was found that the perceptions, awareness and motivation of students in the Aalborg PBL model were higher than those in the Assignment and Presentation model. Furthermore, the Aalborg PBL model was following the characteristics of generation Z students who took the Biochemistry course. Consequently, this may improve the generic skills of those in the nursing profession.

AbstrakPembelajaran harus mampu beradaptasi dengan situasi yang sedang terjadi. Kondisi saat ini menuntut adanya perubahan model pembelajaran dari konvensional ke modern. Penyesuaian yang cepat akan membantu dalam menciptakan model pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini mengkaji model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan pada mata kuliah teori musik. Flipped classroom salah satu model pembelajaran yang sesuai digunakan dalam pembelajaran musik saat ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menjelaskan, dan mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Flipped classroom pada mata kuliah teori musik di Program Studi Pendidikan Musik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, angket, studi dokumenter, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkuliahan teori musik yang dilakukan melalui model Flipped classroom  dengan menggunakan platform google classroom, whatsapp, dan zoom dapat mempermudah proses perkuliahan saat terjadi pandemi. Selain itu kemampuan siswa cenderung meningkat dibandingkan model pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara konvensional di kelas. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai akhir mahasiswa pada mata kuliah teori musik.AbstractLearning must be able to adapt to the situation that is happening. The current condition demands a change in the learning model from conventional to modern. Quick adjustments will help in creating a more effective and efficient learning model. This study examines a technology-based learning model that can be applied to music theory courses. The flipped classroom is one of the appropriate learning models used in learning music today. Therefore, this study aims to examine, explain, and describe the application of the flipped classroom learning model in music theory courses in the Music Education Study Program of Jakarta State University. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires, documentary studies, and interviews. The data collected is then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that music theory lectures conducted through the flipped classroom model using the google classroom, WhatsApp, and zoom platforms could facilitate the lecture process during a pandemic. Besides, students' abilities tend to increase compared to learning models that are carried out conventionally in class. This is evidenced by the final score of students in music theory courses.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyak penelitian telah membuktikan bahwa efektifitas tim merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi performa dan kesuksesan sebuah organisasi. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga sangat membutuhkan hal ini untuk dapat mencapai target pendidikan dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kepemimpinan yang melayani, komitmen afektif terhadap organisasi, serta organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap tim efektivitas. penelitian ini dilakukan secara quantitatif dengan menggunakan metode SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Data yang berkaitan dengan variabel-variabel yang diteliti kemudian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mensurvei guru-guru dari sekolah XYZ sejumlah 43 orang pengajar sebagai populasi. Pengembalian data 86% dengan semua pertanyaan terjawab. Pengolahan data yang dikumpulkan dilakukan menggunakan program perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk membantu menghitung uji hipotesis yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa servant leadership, komitmen afektif dan OCB memiliki berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja tim. Didapati juga bahwa servant leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap OCB yang berbanding terbalik dengan komitmen afektif yang terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB pada sekolah XYZ.AbstractMany studies have proven that team effectiveness is one factor that affects an organization's performance and success. Schools as educational institutions also really need this to be able to achieve maximum educational targets. This study was conducted to see the influence of serving leadership, affective commitment to organizations, and organizational citizenship behavior on team effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The data relating to the variables studied were then collected through a questionnaire. The study was conducted by surveying 43 teachers from XYZ school as a population. As many as 86% of data return with all questions answered. The collected data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software program to help calculate existing hypothesis tests. The results showed that servant leadership, affective commitment and OCB affected the effectiveness of teamwork. It was also found that servant leadership does not have an effect on OCB which is inversely related to affective commitment.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai tingkat kesiapan guru khususnya pada jenjang Pendidikan Dasar (MI/SD) dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran dalam jaringan di tengah-tengah pandemi COVID-19. Guru pada jenjang MI/SD memiliki tantangan yang lebih berat dibandingkan pada jenjang menengah dan tinggi. Pada jenjang ini terdapat kompleksitas yang cukup tinggi baik dalam hal kompetensi guru terhadap penguasaan IT maupun kondisi siswa yang cenderung belum mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran secara mendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun subjek penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 10 orang guru MI/SD yang berasal dari Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawab Barat yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat pemahaman guru tentang konsep pembelajaran dalam jaringan tergolong Cukup (54%); (2) tingkat kesiapan pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran dalam jaringan tergolong Sangat Tinggi (86,5%); (3) tingkat kesiapan pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam jaringan tergolong Cukup (64,5%); (4) tingkat kesiapan pada asepek evaluasi pembelajaran dalam jaringan tergolong Sangat Rendah (30,5%). Secara umum kesiapan guru SD/MI berada pada kategori Cukup (60,5%), sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kualitas guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran dalam jaringan melalui pelatihan atau workshop. AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia and gavi an impact to implementation of educational activities. Educational activities that were previously held conventionally turned into online classes that need various technologies. In this case, teachers as an implementer need to have good readiness so that educational activities can run properly. This study aims to obtain information about the level of readiness of teachers, especially at the Primary Education in implementing online learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were 10 teachers who came from West Bandung Regency, West Java who were selected through simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through surveys. The results of this study indicate that (1) the level of teacher understanding of the concept of online learning is enought (54%); (2) the level of readiness in the planning aspects of learning in the network is classified as very high (86.5%); (3) the level of readiness in the aspect of implementing online learning is classified as enought (64.5%); (4) the level of readiness in the learning evaluation aspect of the network is classified as very low (30.5%). In general, SD / MI teachers' readiness is in the Enough category (60.5%), so it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers in implementing online learning through training or workshops.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar ilmu ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri siswa SMA dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian juga difokuskan untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada guru secara khusus dalam mengembangkan bahan  ajar  menggunakan  project  based  learning  serta  menerapkan  dalam  pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar SMA berbasis model PJBL yang dapat digunakan oleh guru di sekolah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian adalah terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar dan kepercayaan diri siswa SMA Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah peneltian pengembangan (research and development) dan dilanjutkan dengan eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) yang berkolaboratif dengan guru kelas. Tahapan penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan, yaitu: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pengembangan, (3) tahap eksperimen, (4) tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan model Plomp (2010) yang meliputi preliminary research, prototyping phase, dan assessment phase. Selanjutnya, pada tahapan penerapan dilaksanakan eksperimen kolaboratif dimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran bekerjasama dengan guru dan disrancang secara daring. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembuatan bahan ajar yang memenuhi kriteria yang valid dan praktis dan ada pengaruh bahan ajar berdasarkan pembelajaran proyek pada kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri siswa.AbstractThis research was conducted to develop economics teaching materials to increase the ability and confidence of high school students in learning economics. Research is also focused on providing experience to teachers specifically in developing teaching materials using project-based learning and applying it in learning. The purpose of this study was to produce high school teaching materials based on the PPA model that can be used by teachers in schools to improve student learning outcomes. In addition, the aim of this research is to increase learning outcomes and self-confidence of Bengkulu City Senior High School students.The research that will be carried out is development research (research and development) and followed by a quasi experiment (quasi experiment) that collaborates with class teachers. The research stages to be carried out are: (1) the preparation stage, (2) the development stage, (3) the experimental stage, (4) the evaluation stage. At the stage of developing teaching materials using the Plomp model (2010) which includes preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment phase. Furthermore, at the application stage a collaborative experiment was carried out in which the implementation of learning was collaborative with the teacher and designed online.The results of this study are the making of teaching materials that meet valid and practical criteria and there is an effect of teaching materials based on project learning on students' abilities and self-confidence.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V SDN Pali Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrument penelitian digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa siklus I dan siklus II. Dari jumlah 22 siswa, terdapat 12 siswa yang mencapai kategori tidak tuntas dengan presentase 54%, sedangkan 10 siswa yang mencapai kategori tuntas dengan presentase 45% dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 64%. Pada siklus II dari jumlah 22 siswa, terdapat 2 siswa yang mecapai kategori tidak tuntas dengan presentase 9% sedangkan 20 siswa yang mencapai kategori tuntas dengan presentase 91% dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus II 80,77%. Sehingga dapat dilihat hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan hasil belajar pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan Strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas V di SDN Pali Kota Bima. AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the fifth-grade social studies subject at SDN Pali Kota Bima. The type of research used is classroom action research and uses a qualitative approach. The research instruments used are observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in cycle I and cycle II. Of the total 22 students, 12 students reached the incomplete category with a percentage of S4%. In comparison, ten students got the complete category with a 45% percentage, and the average score in the cycle I was 64 0%. In cycle II of the total 22 students, 2 students reached the incomplete category with a 9% percentage. In comparison, 20 students reached the complete category with a 91% rate, and the average score in cycle II was 80.77. So, it can be seen that student learning outcomes in cycle I and learning outcomes in cycle II have increased. The use of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model with problem-based learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes in grade Vat SDN Pali Kota Bima.

Abstract

AbstrakSelama masa pandemi Covid-19 seluruh lembaga pendidikan menerapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini diperlukan peningkatan mutu selama masa pandemi Covid-19, melalui kegiatan supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah manajemen supervisi yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di PAUD Zhafira. Supervisi di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini sangatlah penting dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Zhafira Gedangan Sidoarjo, dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan supervisi selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan Pengawas PAUD Kecamatan Gedangan. Kepala sekolah melaksanakan supervise dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dari pembelajaran jarak jauh. Supervisi dilaksanakan secara berkelompok dan menggunakan dua pendekatan.    AbstractDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, all educational institutions implemented distance learning. Early childhood education institutions require quality improvement during the Covid-19 pandemic, through supervision activities. This study aims to examine the supervision management carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic at PAUD Zhafira. Supervision in early childhood education institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important in maintaining and improving the quality of education and learning for early childhood. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at PAUD Zhafira Gedangan Sidoarjo, with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by the school principal and PAUD supervisors in Gedangan District. Supervision is carried out well by the principal, but the supervision carried out by the PAUD Supervisor in Gedangan District is not optimal. The principal carries out supervision starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating distance learning. Supervision is carried out in groups and uses two approaches.
