Banana is one of the leading commodities in Lumajang Distric. Partners in this service are farmer groups in Burno Village, Senduro District, Lumajang. The problem faced is the attack fungal plant pathogen caused Fusarium sp. and banana leaf-rolling caterpillar Erionota thrax. Methods in community service activities are focused on initiating groups of banana farmers, as well as providing knowledge and training on basic techniques and controlling banana pests. The steps taken include initiating the introduction of banana pests, conducting socialization and training on pest management techniques. The training conducted for partners includes a number of things, namely provision of the diversity of natural enemies, training on basic techniques for controlling pests and diseases, and training on the propagation of natural enemies, especially the fungus Trichoderma sp. and the parasitoid Trichogramma sp and their release in the field. This service is expected to be able to prevent and control banana pests and increase the amount of banana production so that it can improve welfare. Abstract

Ladang Bambu Village is one of the sub-districts located in Medan Tuntungan District, which has a dense population of 5,222 people out of 1365 families, and generally 55% work as farmers and trade. Garbage is a solid residue of human daily activities and / or natural processes. This waste is produced by humans every time they carry out their daily activities. Waste consists of: 1. Organic Waste (Degradable); The definition of organic waste is waste that can rot and decompose so that it can be processed into compost. For example, food scraps, dry leaves, vegetables, etc. 2. Inorganic (Undegradable) waste, which is waste that is difficult to decompose and cannot be broken down. The problems faced by partners are a lack of understanding in household waste management and limited availability of space. garbage at home. This community service aims to provide Partners with assistance in improving skills in household waste management, through the implementation of activities that begin with face-to-face online meetings, sticking posters to each group member house containing the stages of sorting waste, posters for composting and giving 2 trash cans to group members that have been affixed with the writing of organic and inorganic waste as educational material in addition to the Green Community youth group as well as educational material for families. The targets and outputs that are expected by the community will have additional knowledge about methods of managing household waste into products that are economically valuable so that they can support the improvement of the family economy during the Covid pandemic 19.

Abstract

The National Examination, usually abbreviated as UN, is a system of evaluating the national primary and secondary education standards as well as the equality of education quality between regions carried out by the Education Assessment Center. Algebra is a part of a large field of mathematics, together with number theory, geometry and analysis. In its most common form, algebra is the study of mathematical symbols and their rules. The method used in interactive learning was chosen to deliver appropriate training which was carried out in three stages, namely the field exploration stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. With this method, it is hoped that teachers and students can see quick tricks on solving the National Mathematics Examination questions.

Abstract

The village has an important role and position in national development because the concentration and other natural resources are in the village. Planning for village development activities must be harmonious and sustainable, so the need for data and information is very important. Lubuk Kertang Village, Pangkalan Brandan District, Langkat Regency is one of the villages with a lot of potentials that can be used as capital in village development. However, the potential data has not been compiled in a database that can be accessed, manipulated, and updated systematically. Therefore, it is necessary to compile a database of village potential to support significant development planning to be directed and achieve goals. The application of spatial technology to build a database on village potential is currently integrated with the internet network. It can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. Exploration of potential data shows that Lubuk Kertang village has the potential for agriculture, fisheries, forestry, small industry, and ecotourism spread across five hamlets. To manage this village potential database, training data administrators in exploring data, inputting data, and updating data is an important factor in managing the village potential database. Village government officials are very interested and can manage their village potential database

Abstract

The aims of this community service activity is to improve students' learning ability in understanding the material of space building by utilizing secondhands materials as a learning media. Furthermore, the implementation background of this service is to improve students' reasoning power through the activity to familiarize students to solve building space problems concretely through using secondhand materials that are used as learning media. This activity consists of three steps starting with a field assessment, an implementation step and finally an evaluation step. In the field exploration step, the servant determines the activity participants, which is devoted to Fifth class of elementary school students, does administrative preparation, material questions preparation and then prepares a schedule. The second step is the implementation step in the form of a cursory exposure regarding the use of secondhand materials that can be used as a learning media for space building materials, then providing samples of space building questions for students to work on and questions discussion. The last step is the evaluation step in the form of evaluation toward activity implementation that have been compiled based on each of the tasks that have been given. Based on the activity that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this training activity increases students 'knowledge of the space building concept in a concretely and increases students' skills in working on tests related to space building. In addition, this training is to motivate students to be more active in mathematics learning.

Abstract

The people of the Misik Kalampangan area, which are located on peatlands, are not yet fully aware of the potential in their area. To turn this area into an agro-tourism, it is necessary to map the potential from the air using an aircraft (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - UAV). This mapping process is also complemented by a direct observation survey in the Misik area with the aim of validating the results of visual interpretation of the resulting map product, so that the information conveyed on the map is in accordance with the conditions in the field. The product of this activity is a detailed scale photo map of the Misik area that can be used as the basis for land management planning in the Misik Kalampangan area. This activity was followed by the submission of photo map products which were attended by village officials and the community. Through this activity, the community is expected to be able to independently observe and update data on land cover changes and other phenomena that occur in the Misik area.
