Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, efektivitas dan peningkatan hasil belajar IPA dan IPA pada materi kenampakan alam setelah menggunakan media pop up book. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) atau R&D dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pembuatan pop-up book pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kotak dan silinder serta teknik pull-tabs. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil uji validitas, lembar respon siswa serta hasil pre-test dan post-test. Validitas diukur dengan menggunakan uji validitas yang melibatkan ahli media dan ahli materi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis kelayakannya. Kelayakan e-modul meliputi valid dan efektif. Dari hasil validitas media pop-up book rata-rata penilaian sebesar 97,2% berkategori sangat baik, dan rata-rata penilaian validitas materi sebesar 80,4% berkategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan aspek kepraktisan yang diberikan siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,4% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Abstract

This study aims to find out that th implementation of the Hollywood Squares strategy is to improve the larning outcomes of fourh grand thematic sudents at SD Negeri 016 Tambusai Utara. The background of thid research is that the n0n achievement of the learning objective is reflected in the daily test scores of students in thematic learning from 48 students only 18 students who rach the KKM, while 30 students are doinf remedial activities, the KKM is set at 75. The subjects receiving the action in this study students class IV oda semester 2021/2022 as many as 48 students consisting of 26 female students and 22 male students. The data analysis teachnique used is the model of collecting of collecting several student activity sheets, research, and question sheets. The results of this study werw seen from the first cycle of the first meeting, there were 22 students 46% who reached the KKM. In the first cyle, the second meeting also experienced an increase again, as many as 25 students 58%. In the action of the second cycle of the first meeting, it was known thwt student learning outcomes increased again from 48 students, 30 (63%) students had reached the KKM. At the second meeting, students learning outcomes were very satisfactory, from 48 students (93%). The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Hollywood Squares strategy to improve student learning outcomes in the fourth grade thematic learning at SD Negeri 016 Tambusai Utara was successful.

Abstract

This research aims to describe innovative and creative learning media in the form of booklets using the Canva application in natural science learning about movement and force. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Hilir April-September 2024. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) development model with the ADDIE design, the stages involved included, (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) Implementation and (5) evaluation. However, this research only reached the implementation stage, namely the product revision stage after small group trials. The research population and sample were all 22 class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Hilir, Rambah Hilir District. The research sampling technique used was total sampling. Data were collected using non-tests in the form of questionnaires and data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the development of a science booklet on motion and force as a whole is included in the "very feasible" category with an average percentage of 84.5%. Based on the validation of language experts with a percentage of 91.7%, it is included in the "very feasible" category, the validation of material experts with an average percentage of 69% is included in the "decent" category, and the validation of media experts with a percentage of 88.5% is included in the "very appropriate" category. . Meanwhile, for small group trials, the average percentage of 84.3% is included in the "very feasible" category, and field trials have an average percentage of 85.5%, which is included in the "very feasible" category.

Abstract

The formulation of variables is one of the important elements in a research, because a process of gathering facts or measurements can be carried out well if the research variables can be formulated firmly. This paper will discuss the definition of variables, characteristics, types of variables, and the formulation of indicators. The method used is library research. The results are 1) research variables are factors that play a role in the events or symptoms to be studied in the form of traits taken from a different values and vary. 2) In quantitative education research the characteristics of variables are measurable, distinguishing one object from another object in a population, and the value varies. Variables must be measurable, this requires research results to be objective, measurable, and always open to test. 3) Variable types include: (i) dependent variable and independent variable, (ii) moderating variable, (iii) interveining variable, (iv) intervening variable latent and manifest, (v) indogenous and exogenous variables (vi) control variables. 4) Variables will produce several research indicators, while research indicators will produce a number of items in the research questionnaire. The easiest way to determine research indicators is to list keywords from a number of theories contained in research variables. After determining the research indicators, the researcher then creates research items (list of questions) by following the arrangement of keywords or key phrases in the research indicators section.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe how the flipped classroom approach helped class XI students at SMA NEGERI 1 KISARAN enhance their procedural text writing skills for the 2023–2024 academic year. Classroom Action Research using a PTK Kemmis and McTaggart design is this kind of study. The four steps of the research process are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The process is organized like a cycle. Methods for gathering data that include testing, observation, and documenting. 23 SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran class XI students for the 2024/2025 school year served as the research subjects.The study's findings demonstrated that, of the 23 students who had finished their studies, 19 had obtained 80% learning completion in the pre-action tasks, while the other 4 had not yet finished their studies. Cycle 1: 9 students, or 39%, did not finish it, compared to 14 students, or 61%, who did. In cycle 2, eighty-nine pupils, or 83%, were complete. Four pupils, or 17 percent, had not finished. Based on this, it can be said that students in class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran can enhance their procedural text writing skills by implementing the flipped classroom approach in the 2024/2025 academic year

Abstract

The state of Islamic education in Indonesia actually faces a very worries fate, especially Islamic education faces various problems and gaps in more complex aspects. In the development of Islamic education, the education of the Prophet is the education adopted in the Islamic education system in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with case study method. Data were collected using observation, interview, and analysis techniques. This study focuses on student analysis in understanding the educational curriculum at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, as an effort to realize effective education and achieve educational curriculum goals, and students are expected to become the relay generation of educators who are exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

This study aims to determine traditional foods that can be integrated into physics learning materials and to determine competencies that can be improved through learning traditional food ethnoscience. This research method is a literature review method, with a sample of 9 research articles from national and international journals. From the results of the study, it is known that among the traditional foods that can be integrated into physics learning, namely, Sago, Tempe, Pempek, Srabi, Tape, Terasi, Rawon, Fish Smoked and Javanese Noodles. These traditional foods are integrated into physics learning on matter, force, pressure, momentum, temperature and heat and energy. Traditional food is integrated into physics learning in the form of modules and LKPD. The integration of traditional food into physics learning can improve the competence of students on learning outcomes, science process skills and scientific literacy of students.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the most frequently occurring things and bad student behavior faced by Indonesian language teachers in elementary schools and private schools according to the perceptions of class teachers working in the 20017-2021 academic year. Data was collected using a questionnaire developed by researchers based on an open and open approach. closed. question. The questionnaire was applied to 30 teachers in both types of schools. The most common bad behavior is chatting and joking with other people. Meanwhile, the most troublesome bad behavior is not respecting teachers. As a result, teachers must learn appropriate behaviors that will most likely maximize available instructional time while minimizing time and energy wasted due to student disobedience. In addition, these teachers are interested in learning the reasons for students' bad behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low vocabulary mastery of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Although various techniques and approaches have been applied, students' abilities are still low. To overcome this problem, teachers need to find innovative teaching methods, such as utilizing technology through smartphone applications. This research was carried out from October to November 2024, involving 20 grade XI students. Data was collected through observation and tests, with a research design in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which aims to solve problems and improve learning. The Quizlet application is used as a tool in technology-based learning. The results of the study showed an increase in student comprehension scores of 65.5% in Cycle I and 80% in Cycle II. Data analysis from Cycle II showed a significant improvement compared to the pretest in Cycle I, with all subjects achieving a minimum completeness score. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the Quizlet application is effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery. However, the improvement requires continuous adjustment of learning strategies, not just in one meeting

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of knowledge and motivation of students in learning. For this reason, researcher used a multimodal ebook to increase students' knowledge and motivation in learning bahasa Indonseia. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of multimodal ebook used in learning bahasa Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is 77 students of Islamic Family Law Study Program Semester 1. The instruments used in this research were knowledge tests and questionnaires. The results of knowledge test showed that students' knowledge of the material after reading multimodal ebook was categorized as very good with an average of 85. Meanwhile, based on the questionnaires distributed, students responded very well to the use of multimodal ebook in learning bahasa Indonesia. The results of research showed that multimodal ebook were able to increase students' knowledge and motivation in learning bahasa Indonesia.
