Abstract

This research purposed to see the influence of cooperative learning model of STAD type. Less creativity ofteacher in teaching caused the students physic achievement still under the KKM, so it is needed anunderstanding of model which attract the interesting and motivation of students in physic. Then, increase thephysic learning cognitive result of students. This research used quantitative method. The populations were XITPHP class and XI MP of 2014/2015. Using the purposive sampling technique, XI TPHP was elected as anexperiment class and XI MP as a control class. Based on the data processing N-gain, normality, homogeneity,and analysis T-test, T value=3,07 and T table=1,996. So, H1 was accepted and H0 was refused.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability and cognitive criteria for students in physics learning using model Advance Organizer base on Mind Map. This research method is a quasi-experimental research conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Rambah hilir class X MIA . The sampling technique that is done is saturated sampling. After learning model Advance base on Organizer Mind Map is applied, the cognitive abilities of students has increased. It is shown from the results of student learning is the lowest gain value is 0.667 (medium criterion) and the highest gain value of 0.8 (high criteria) . While the criteria of students cognitive abilities of the average value in the classical style in the entire series is 0.712 (high criteria)

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know in the effectiveness of learning on use media with the assistance of a computer animation on the results of the student learning. The research methods was pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques used a test. The sample collection technique was purposive the sampling method, with samples were class XA SMAN 3 Tambusai. Variable free was the use of media learning computer animation, while bound namely variable was student result. An instrument in this research were implementation plan of learning lesson plans, the syllabus and the test. Gain score is lowest was 0,40 (medium) while the value of the gain score is biggest 0,92 (big). The result of average gain score was 0,73 (big). The results of research can be concluded that media learning with the assistance of a computer animation effective used on the subjects of physics.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students on learning Mathemathics by appying PAIKEM learning approach in class IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah. This study is limited only to the applications of PAIKEM approach in improving the quality of Mahtematics learning and students learning outcomes. The research is a classroom Action Research (PTK) conduct ed with 4 cycles, each cycle is done by learning with PAIKEM approach. The results of the research can be concluded that the application of PAIKEM approach in learning Mathematics can improve student activity and student learning outcomes fourth grade SD Negeri 010 Rambah Rokan Hulu-Riau even semester 2016/2017. The results are as follows: 1) Improving the quality of student activity from cycle I by 50%, cycle II by 80 %, cycle III by 92 %, and cycle IV by 98%, there is an increase in student activity on the Mathematic to be highly qualified, 2) the learning outcomes of the first cycle of 90%, the second cycle of 95 %, 100% of the cycle III, and 100% of the cycle IV, which there is an increase in excellent learning outcomes, 3) Average value of the cycle I of 72.38, and second cycle is 83.00, the third cycle is 90.50, and the fourth cycle is 97.00, the meaning is classically PAIKEM approath can increase the average of Mathematics students grade IV SD Negeri 0101 Rambah.Keyword: PAIKEM approach , learning outcomes, student activityAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran PAIKEM di Kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada penerapan pendekatan PAIKEM dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran matematika dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitain Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan 4 siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PAIKEM. Hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan PAIKEM dalam pembelajaran Matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu-Riau semester genap tahun 2016/2017. Hasilnya sebagai berikut: 1) Peningkatan kualitas aktivitas siswa dari siklus I sebesar 50%, siklus II sebesar 80%, siklus III sebesar 92%, dan siklus IV sebesar 98%, terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika menjadi sangat berkualitas, 2) Ketuntasan hasil belajar dari siklus I sebesar 90%, siklus II sebesar 95%, siklus III sebesar 100%, dan siklus IV sebesar 100%, dimana terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang sangat baik, 3) Rata rata nilai dari siklus I sebesar 72,38, dan siklus II sebesar 83,00, siklus III sebesar 90,50, dan siklus IV sebesar 97,00, maknanya secara klasikal pendekatan PAIKEM dapat meningkatkan rata-rata nilai Matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah.Kata Kunci: pendekatan PAIKEM, hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa

Abstract

Pupuk kimia adalah campuran senyawa kimia yang menyediakan kebutuhan unsur kimia dan nutrisi pada tanaman (Chauhan et al., 2013). Salah satu contoh daripada pupuk kimia yang banyak digunakan adalah pupuk fosfat. Batuan fosfat adalah bahan awal untuk produksi semua produk fosfat dan sumber utama pupuk fosfat (Roselli et al., 2010). Uranium alam dalam batuan fosfat mempunyai sifat dapat menggantikan kedudukan kalsium, sehingga dalam waktu tertentu uranium akan terakumulasi dalam pupuk. adanya uranium di dalam pupuk fosfat tergantung pada kadar uranium dalam batuan fosfat (Indri dkk., 2006). Dalam proses pembuatan pupuk fosfat, banyak radionuklida yang ikut masuk kedalam pupuk, sehingga pupuk menyebarkan NORM ke lingkungan dan menjadi sumber radioaktif (Rehman et al., 2006). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan bahan radioaktif (NORM) dalam  pupuk kimia di Indonesia menggunakan spektrometri sinar gama. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  6 jenis sampel pupuk yaitu Urea, ZA, KCL, NPK, TSP dan Phospate mempunyai kandungan bahan radioaktif alami (NORM). Kandungan unsur U-238 paling tinggi terdapat pada sampel pupuk TSP, Kandungan unsur Th-232 paling tinggi terdapat pada sampel pupuk NPK, Kandungan unsur Ra-226 paling tinggi terdapat pada sampel pupuk TSP, dan Kandungan unsur K-40 paling tinggi terdapat pada sampel pupuk KCL.

Abstract

Humans are exposed to both natural and man-made radiation through consumer products, food, drinking-water and beverages. There is severalconsumer products containing radioactive materials are such as gas mantle, energy pendant and smoke detector. Radiological safety aspect of consumer products needs to be investigated in ensuring public safety.

Abstract

Survey mikroseismik telah dilakukan pada tanggal 24 sampai 30 Agustus 2013 di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis nilai PGA dan nilai indeks kerentanan seismik Kota Bengkulu yang merupakan daerah yang sangat rawan terhadap gempabumi. Pengambilan data menggunakan seismometer DS-4A sebanyak 21 titik pengukuran. Nilai periode dominan dihitung dengan teknik Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Rasio (HVSR).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the psychomotor abilities of student in learning physics based on practical method in SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir. The design used in this research is the design of One-Shot Case Study. While the sample of thisresearch is the class XA SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir by the number of students is 27 students.Determination of the sample was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a guide sheet practicum and performance assessment. Data analysis performed in this study is effectiveness ratio to determine how big the percentage of target achieved on the targets set in thepractical implementation. The results of the analysis showed that the average classical completeness is equivalent to 85% with complete categories and the average ratio of effectiveness in classical amounted to 93.1% with the effective category. Thismeans that the use of practical method is effective in the psychomotor abilities of student in learning physics at SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir.
