This research consists of two variables, namely the habit of Duha prayer and religious character, so the aim of this research is to describe the results of the problem based learning model on students' learning motivation and discipline, as well as the influence of both in a correlational relationship. The population in this study was all students at SMAN 1 Jatisari, and the sample was 120 students. The research method used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. This method was chosen to identify the relationship between problem based learning and student motivation and discipline. Data related to problem based learning experiences on students' learning motivation and discipline were collected using a questionnaire instrument, which was prepared using a Likert scale, data analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of this research show that 9% of students are in the low category, 81% are in the medium category and 10% are in the high category, so it can be concluded that the average problem based learning model for students is in the medium category. Motivation and Discipline 9% in the low category, 79% in the medium category and 12% in the high category, so it can be concluded that the average Motivation and discipline is in the medium category. Based on the SPSS output in the Coefficientsa table, it is known that the significance value (sig.) is 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that "There is an influence of the problem based learning model (X) on student motivation and discipline (Y ).” From the results it is known that the R Square value is 0.890. This value means that the influence of the Problem Based Learning Model (X) on Learning Motivation and Discipline (Y) is 89.0%, while 11.0% of Learning Motivation and Discipline (Y) is influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, has five precepts that function as the ideological and philosophical basis of the state. From the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal-Jama'ah, discussions about Pancasila can focus on how the values in Pancasila are in harmony with Islamic principles. The background regarding Pancasila as the basis of the state from the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) is based on several important historical and theological factors, apart from that, Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state has a harmonious relationship with Islam, especially from the perspective of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja). Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), as the main representation of Aswaja in Indonesia, has expressed a positive attitude and supports Pancasila as the basis of the state. Muhammad Mahfud MD in the introduction to the book Constitutional Sharia in an Islamic Perspective by Masdar Farid Mas'udi explains that Indonesia, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, is an Islamic country, but not an Islamic country. The Islamic state referred to by Mahfud is a country that does not officially use Islamic names and symbols, but whose subtansions contain Islamic teaching values. Such as leadership that is fair, trustworthy, domocratic, respects human rights and so on.  Pancasila from the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) can be understood as values that are in harmony with Islamic teachings adhered to by the majority of Muslims in Indonesia. Aswaja emphasizes moderation, tolerance and balance in religion and in social life.

Abstract

In a case study conducted in Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency, it was found that the relationship pattern between husband and wife was influenced by differences in economic status and had a significant impact on household harmony. This research shows that in households where there is a significant difference in economic status between husband and wife, there is sometimes an imbalance of power and conflicts are more frequent. Households with large differences in economic status often experience challenges in making household decisions, especially related to financial matters. Meanwhile, households that have a balanced economic status tend to have more harmonious husband-wife relations. They are more likely to support each other and work together in managing family life. The existence of equality in economic contributions and decision making also provides a strong basis for a relationship of mutual respect and understanding between husband and wife. However, household harmony is not only influenced by economic status alone. Other factors such as effective communication, mutual understanding, and emotional support also play an important role in maintaining family integrity and happiness. The results of this research provide a deeper understanding of the complexity of husband-wife relationships in the context of differences in economic status. The implication is that an emphasis on equality, good communication and mutual support can be the key to maintaining household harmony, regardless of different economic conditions.

Abstract

The existence of a problem in a relationship is unavoidable. It is a consequence of an interaction between individuals. Communication is essential for each individual, through communication a person can convey their thoughts and feelings appropriately. Good communication between individuals is one of the many efforts to minimize and solve problems. Some cases found that when getting a problem, many people actually choose to be silent and ignore related parties rather than communicate. They think that silence is an alternative in solving problems, but in fact, silence is not helpful, it will cause new problems and make the situation more complicated, this attitude is called silent treatment. The research presents three comprehensive points about silent treatment, namely the hadiths that discuss silent treatment, in this case the author focuses on the hadith in Sunan al-Tirmidhī number 1855, silent treatment from a psychological perspective using Abraham H Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the correlation between the two. Descriptive qualitative research is the method used in this study. This method focuses on studying a problem in depth.

Abstract

This study delves into the phenomenon of revenge porn in Indonesia, examining it through the lenses of Islamic ethics, cyber ethics, and Fiqh Sunnah. In 2023, revenge porn and sextortion constituted a troubling 40% of gender-based violence against women in the country. Employing a mixed-method approach, which combines library research with interviews of Indonesian victims aged 18 to 36, the findings reveal a stark contradiction with Islamic ethics. Revenge porn violates principles of privacy, decency, trust, and mutual consent, and it neglects reputation protection, endangering individuals. Notably, the study sheds light on the absence of justice in addressing revenge porn, a significant deviation from Islamic principles of justice and fairness. Additionally, the research underscores how revenge porn contradicts cyber ethics, where perpetrators disregard online responsibility, privacy protection, and respectful online behavior. The study advocates for comprehensive measures to uphold ethical standards, providing support for victims, and fostering a secure digital environment that respects individual dignity and rights. A particular emphasis is placed on the significance of cyber ethics in combating revenge porn and addressing the perpetrators' failure to adhere to responsible online behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the prevalent social phenomenon of "flexing," where individuals publicly display wealth, achievements, or personal relationships. This behavior, commonly seen both offline and on social media, is analyzed through the lens of Islamic teachings, particularly the Makkiyah Verses of the Qur'an. By examining verses from surahs such as Al-A'raf, Al-Isra, Al-Kahfi, and Al-Furqan, the study identifies moral guidance that encourages humility, simplicity, and moderation—values often contradicted by flexing attitudes. Through a thematic analysis of these verses, supported by the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag), the research highlights how these teachings can serve as a framework for addressing the cultural shift towards excessive self-promotion and consumerism. This qualitative library research approach aims to contextualize Qur'anic moral principles as a counter to societal behaviors that may foster envy, pride, or social imbalance. Ultimately, the study advocates for the reinforcement of modesty and gratitude, aiming to provide a religious and moral perspective on flexing as a modern cultural trend, demonstrating the ongoing relevance of Qur'anic ethics in addressing contemporary social issues. The findings contribute to understanding the role of Islamic teachings in guiding personal conduct and promoting social harmony in the face of materialistic pressures.
