Abstract

This research is aimed at demonstrating that an understanding of Istitha'ah in Islam is linked to subsidies carried out by the ministry of religious affairs (BPKH), in order that the performance of the hajj should be sharia. As a result of the increased "subsidy" carried out by the ministry of religions at the height of the subsidy burden, governments (the ministry of religions) should reexamine the "subsidy" policies. It is best that the ministry of religions no longer subsidize hajj candidates.  Not without cause or explanation. As the days of the future pilgrims became increasingly overcrowded. This suggests that the people of Indonesia have a wife in the practice of hajj. Other evidence is that many of the people voted for special hajj (plus) that would require far more than that of the regular hajj, which is a haji performed by the ministry of religions, to a few times more than that. Based on the above exposure, two formulas emerged:  (1) how to apply haji fund subsidies in Indonesia (2) how the status of stay 'ah is linked to haji fund subsidies. The study USES the type of normative legal research with a normative jurisdictional approach. Which involved a study of fatwa, books, and the opinions of the lawyers associated with the title. Research has shown that the application of subsidies to the hajj fund has not been consistent with the true requirement of the hajj requirement. If there is a subsidy, it is not such a subsidy as the ponzi system, which tends to include tyranny within it. It should be sourced by personal rather than collective, as has been the case, except for subsidies from apbn and were meant for the common good, such as haji officials.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the challenges in understanding da'wah models in the context of Qur'anic guidance and social change. The lack of comprehensive research in this field has been a major obstacle in understanding the extent to which da'wah models conform to the teachings of the Qur'an. Problems such as inconsistencies in definitions and assessment parameters, limitations of empirical data, as well as gaps in understanding of Qur'anic guidance and integration of Qur'anic concepts in da'wah models are the main focus of this study. With the rapid pace of change in social and technological contexts, it is also necessary to understand how da'wah models can adapt to these changes while remaining in line with Qur'anic values. Advanced research in this field will provide a better understanding of how to practice da'wah in accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in the context of ongoing social change. In solving these problems, the author uses a qualitative approach, data is collected through documents and then the data is filtered and analyzed. The data analysis technique is carried out through the content analysis method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are various forms of technical words introduced by the Qur'an that are in line with the meaning of da'wah. The variety of words that have the same meaning as the meaning of da'wah can be understood that the Qur'an has such a rich vocabulary that the use of words is more diverse. In addition, in its implementation, da'wah can be seen from multiple points of view so that it must use words that are more in accordance with the human conditions faced. Among some specific criteria or characteristics that distinguish da'wah verses from other groups of verses are: da'wah verses contain basic norms that are global; contains elements of clear commandments (sharih al-amr) and prohibitions (sharih al-nahy); the connection of da'wah verses with matters of creed, morals, muamalah, including wa‟ad and wa‟id; and the da'wah verses in the Qur'an also use broad, flexible, firm and accurate language.

Abstract

Pisuke in the Sasak Tribe Traditional Marriage Process is an amount of money given by the man to the woman outside of her dowry, the purpose of which is twofold: first as a substitute for the costs of raising a daughter. Second, as a basis for men not to think that women's family status is too low. Before the establishment of the Pisuke tradition, the Sasak people, especially the East Lombok region, first knew the term change. In ancient times there were several levels of change agreed upon and determined by the Sasak Indigenous Community itself, namely: First, Utame Change (First Level), Second Madye Change (Middle Level), and Third, namely Indrie Change (Lower/Lower Level). Problem Formulations in this research include: 1). How is the construction of the Pisuke Determination of the Sasak Paer Timuq (Maspati) Traditional Council in the Marriage of the Sasak Lombok Tribe?; And 2). What is the typology for determining Pisuke standards in marriage between the Lombok Sasak tribe?. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. The data in this research was obtained from primary data obtained directly from informants, and then supported by secondary data in analyzing the research results.. Meanwhile, the research approach used is to use a sociological juridical approach, namely in dealing with problems discussed based on applicable regulations and then connected to the facts that occur in society. The results of this research show that the Pisuke tradition in the marriages of the Sasak tribe still tends to be determined based on the perspective of each family, which traditionally and institutionally the Sasak traditional council has not regulated this matter.

Abstract

This article is based on issues that arise during adolescence, which is the period of transition from youth to adulthood. During this time, adolescents often experience emotional instability, such as defying parents, engaging in negative behaviors, or even contemplating suicide. This is particularly relevant to university students, where those actively involved in organizations face various responsibilities and commitments, while non-active students, who are not involved in organizations, often lack a supportive environment to manage their emotional instability. This issue highlights the low level of emotional intelligence and the challenges faced by university students. It is necessary to address this issue by providing knowledge related to emotional intelligence. This article aims to assess the emotional intelligence of both active and non-active students in organizations, compare the differences between them, and identify the strengths of active versus non-active students in organizations. This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative approach. The population of this research consists of 411 students, with a sample size of 82 students selected through purposive sampling. All respondent data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 23 (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a difference in emotional intelligence between active and non-active students in organizations, with Ha1 and Ha2 being accepted, as evidenced by a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.018, which is lower than 0.05.
