Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan bagaimana strategi pembentukan akhlak takzeem keu guree pada santri pasantren tradisionah Provinsi Aceh, penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif sosiologis-angtropologis, alat pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi,  analisis data dengan pendekatan analisis comparative, mengingat situs-situs penelitian dalam jumlah yang banyak, dengan pendekatan comparasi maka setiap data-data direduksi dianalisis kesemaan dan kebedaan, setiap data yang telah dikomparasi akan mudah  untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian yang mana sebagai landasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan pasantren tradisional  Aceh telah berhasil mencetak manusia yang berakhlukul karimah yang memilki nilai takzeem keu guree yang baik, ektrim dan akut. Tidak hanya takzeem padanya tetapi  termasuk pada seluruh keluarga gureenya, bahkan bisa bertahan dalam waktu yang lama sampai akhir hayatnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam menjalankan proses belajar mengajar berbasis digital di SMP. Tujuan dari  penelitian ini untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinana kepala sekolah, motivasi dalam kinerja guru dengan cara pemberian  dukungan, penghargaan dan imbalan bahkan sangsi yang tepat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Cara untuk mendapatkan data adalah menggunakan pengamatan, lembaran wawancara terstruktur serta dokumentasi, analisis data dengan cara proses  mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta membuat kesimpulan. Langkah yang dijalankan untuk menetukan kevalidan data maka diperlukan pengamatan yang berkelanjutan, triangulasi, grup diskusi, telaah kasus negatif dan referensi memadai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan cara demokratis dan gaya orientasi karyawan.  Bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan guru bersifat mengayomi bawahan, bukan hanya untuk menejerial administarsi sekolah, Komunikasi yang terjalin hanya bersifat motivasi, mengajak, menugaskan dan menasehati untuk membina para guru di SMP Negeri 14  agar dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerja guru. Akan tetapi komunikasi sosial antara guru dengan siswa, secara formal berjalan cukup baik, ada interaksi bertegur dalam hubungan kinerja baik atasan dengan bawahan. Penghargaan dari pihak atasan dalam bentuk kata- sanjungan atau pujian atau apresiasi dalam bentuk lain tetap disiapkan secara berkelanjutan. Dalam hal motivasi guru dari kepala sekolah terlaksana dengan baik atau signifikan terutama guru-guru yang melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar berbasis digital untuk level SMP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used by tutors in teaching English at the Harith Foundation Course Institution. The subject of this research is an English tutor who teaches at the Harith Foundation Course Institution. The researcher uses Roy Killen's theory to analyze the strategies used by tutors in teaching English. Roy Killen's theory is a teaching strategy that consists of nine techniques, namely direct instruction, discussion, group work, cooperative learning, problem solving, research, role playing, case studies, and writing. This study used a qualitative method with an approach to descriptive analysis. Data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews and observations of the Harith course institute tutors Foundation. The results of the research show that Learning techniques used by tutors in teaching English at Harith Foundation course institutions are Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning and Cooperative Strategies and Techniques for assessing students' success in learning English by tutors at Harith Foundation course institutions are pretset and posttest.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang program ko-kurikuler Olahraga beregu maupun individu sebagai wahana dalam penguatan Soft Skill mahasiswa peserta magang, sehingga diperoleh konsep dan strategi membentuk Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang professional, sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk menghadapi era revolusi 4.0.  Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen angket Social Skill Improvement System Rating Scale atau SSIS-RS. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dari 165 mahasiswa magang.  Pada ko-kurikuler olahraga beregu mahasiswa magang di Industri menunjukkan kontribusi terbesar dan baik (2.98) dalam membentuk keterampilan sosial mahasiswa, disusul ko-kurikuler olahraga individu mahasiswa magang di Kampus (2.84), kemudian ko-kurikuler olahraga Individu mahasiswa magang di Industri (2.70), dan terakhir ko-kurikuler olahraga beregu mahasiswa magang di  Kampus (2.62). Ranking ketercapaian dimensi keterampilan sosial yang tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh dimensi Empati pada Ko-Kurikuler olahraga Beregu magang di Industri sebesar 3.11 dan terendah adalah Ketegasan pada Ko-Kurikuler olahraga Beregu magang di Kampus sebesar 2.39.  Program ko-kurikuler olahraga memberikan solusi untuk membentuk keterampilan sosial mahasiswa magang.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to explain the improvement of students' vocabulary about nouns (abstract nouns and concrete nouns), verbs (regular verbs and irregular verbs) adjectives (descriptive adjectives). This research method is an experimental method consisting of four meetings thus this research was conducted at SMA NEGERI 4 PALOPO and the subjects in this study were students of class XI IPA 1, from this study the students' scores were mastery of vocabulary through bilingual magazines before using this media in teaching and learning vocabulary, the average score of students was 49 (not good) after using bilingual magazines as a medium for the teaching and learning process increased to 89 (very good). Based on the test results, the researchers found that the correlation P of the post-test at the end of the experiment was greater than (0.01.05) the test value at the end of the experiment. This indicates that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, and the hypothesis (H0) is rejected. It has been established that the use of Bilinguals enhances the effectiveness of the game.

Abstract

The people of Aceh Jaya are people who are still hold firm with local culture from generation to generation, one of which is in traditional medicine using natural ingredients. Local wisdom has a close relationship with the culture or tradition of an area.Various local wisdom practices that are still maintained by the Indonesian people can be one of the strategies for environmental protection and management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the local wisdom of the people of Aceh Jaya which is still preserved, especially in traditional medicine using natural ingredients. This type of research is descriptive qualitative through data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study were obtained that Balakacida leaves are used by the people of Aceh Jaya to treat wounds, hibiscus leaves can treat fever, jujube leaves to treat smallpox, a mixture of sunti, onion and salt is used to treat possessed, water henna leaves to treat ulcers, coconut fruit flowers can treat smallpox,Jatropha curcas leaves gum for diarrhea and flatulence medicine, peacock flower leaves can treat fever,kapuk leaf (Ceiba Petandra) can treat cough, kedondong forest (spondias pinnata) to treat coughs, and Sembung leaves (blumea balsamifera) can treat fever. The conclusion of this study is that the people of Aceh Jaya still use traditional medicine from natural ingredients as a form of local wisdom that is still maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI pada sekolah di Aceh. Penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, gambar dan kondisi realitas lapangan, dengan beberapa sekolah yang diambil secara purporsive sampling. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kritik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di sekolah, guru PAI pada dasarnya telah mempersiapkan dan menyajikan perencanaan namun belum berdasarkan ketentuan yang diharapkan, sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya masih bersifat hanya untuk telah menjalankan tugas semata dan fokus pada transfer pengetahuan, dan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran lebih fokus pada evaluasi kognitif semata dan karena mudah untuk diberikan penilaian. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahn tersebut, Guru PAI harus memiliki kemampuan memahami karakteristik dan keinginan siswanya, penggunaan metode yang variatif, mampu menggugah kreatifitas siswa dan memotivasi untuk belajar siswa secara efektif. Abstract

This study aims to assess the validity of the program guidebook in improving students' industrial agricultural insights through training in cultivation of olericultural plants. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development stage consists of the analysis stage (analysis), the planning stage (design), the development stage (development), the implementation stage (implementation), and the evaluation stage (evaluation). The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative, with the data collection method using a validation questionnaire. The results of the guidebook validation show that the total percentage of all aspects of the three validators is 83.75%. This shows that the results of the eligibility criteria for the program guidebook that has been prepared are in the very feasible category and can then be implemented in community service activities regarding the olericulture cultivation program to improve students' industrial agricultural insights.

Abstract

This research was descriptive research using the survey method. This research was conducted at the Public Senior High School, Aceh Besar, Aceh in 2019. The research subjects were 135 students of class X SMAN in Aceh Besar. The sampling technique was the total sampling technique. Data collection was done through test techniques. The test technique was carried out to measure the achievement of conceptual abilities. The test instrument used was multiple choice taken from ecosystem material. The data analysis used was inferential analysis to determine the difference in the achievement of students' conceptual knowledge in schools with the accommodated variables, namely based on gender. The results obtained indicate that the results of the study obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p 0.05), so there is a significant difference between the gender of female and male students. The average value of the achievement of conceptual knowledge of students of class X IPA SMA Negeri in Aceh Besar where the female students were 8,96 and male students were 4.36. It can be concluded that the conceptual knowledge of female students is higher than male students.

Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, talking about family planning according to the perspective of living hadith, in relation to government programs in implementing the program with the aim of preventing the explosion of the birth rate in Indonesia, another mission of this program is aimed at welfare and saving many mothers and babies. In this study, the writing style of the living hadith is more used, namely putting forward and quoting the hadiths related to themes. The hadith raised in the theme of family planning is a hadith in which a man came to Rasulullah SAW, and said he often slept with his female slave and did not want her to become pregnant, then Rasulullah advised her by doing 'azl. This theme explains the various viewpoints of family planning in terms of Islamic law, views of human rights, and also disagree with family planning.
