Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a folk‐based learning model in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) instruction as an effort to introduce local history to elementary school students. The background of this research lies in students’ low interest in local historical knowledge due to instructional practices that remain verbal, less contextual, and minimally integrated with cultural media. The folk‐based learning model was selected because it connects factual understanding with cultural values, local figures, and historical events embedded in students’ daily lives. This research employed a qualitative approach with a classroom action research design conducted in two cycles. The participants were fourth‐grade students from an elementary school in Lebak Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and learning outcome analysis. The findings indicate that the use of local folk narratives significantly increased students’ enthusiasm, comprehension of IPAS concepts, and awareness of local historical identity. Folk stories such as legends, place origins, and local heroes created meaningful learning experiences by presenting narrative elements, imagination, and cultural wisdom. The study concludes that the folk‐based learning model is effective in IPAS instruction and contributes to strengthening students’ cultural identity and appreciation of local heritage.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan modern yang pesat telah mendorong integrasi teknologi dan metode inovatif dalam pembelajaran, menggeser paradigma dari sekadar transfer pengetahuan menjadi pemberdayaan individu yang mampu berpikir kritis dan menyelesaikan masalah kompleks. Salah satu pendekatan transformatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan ini adalah Project-Based Learning (PjBL), sebuah metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang berfokus pada eksplorasi tantangan dunia nyata. Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (PADP) Universitas Negeri Medan mengadopsi model PjBL dalam kurikulum untuk mengembangkan kemampuan praktis dan kognitif mahasiswa, terutama melalui matakuliah wajib Seminar Perkantoran. Matakuliah ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi ilmiah, analisis kritis, dan partisipasi aktif, yang menjadi modal penting dalam dunia pendidikan dan perkantoran. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi PjBL sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan bahan ajar yang relevan dan terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun bahan ajar “Seminar Perkantoran Berbasis Project-Based Learning” yang tidak hanya mengintegrasikan teori-teori konvensional, tetapi juga memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam diskusi, presentasi, dan pengembangan proyekyang relevan dengan topik pembelajaran. Dengan melibatkan mahasiswa secara aktif, bahan ajar ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar, memperluas pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep-konsep akademik, dan memperkuat keterampilan praktis, seperti kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas lulusan Prodi PADP, sehingga mampu bersaing di dunia kerja yang dinamis dan kompleks. Berdasarkan tujuannya, penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D), menggunakan model pengembanganADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) tahap pelaksanaan yaitu: (1) Analysis,(2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (4) Evaluation. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data dilakukan untuk menguji tiga elemen utama, yaitu validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan.Luaran wajib yang ditargetkan dari penelitian ini adalah Laporan Akhir, Publikasi dalam Prosiding Internasional Terindeks, Publikasi dalam Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi Sinta, dan Hak Cipta Laporan Penelitian. Sementara target luaran tambahan adalah buku Seminar Perkantoran Berbasis Project-Based Learning dalam format cetak dan e-book serta memiliki ISBN, ditambah Hak Cipta buku Seminar Perkantoran Berbasis Project-Based Learning.

Abstract

Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelengkapan formal dan materiel Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) serta menganalisis terpenuhinya unsur-unsur tindak pidana dalam kasus pelecehan seksual di muka umum yang didakwakan berdasarkan Pasal 281 KUHP. BAP yang dianalisis melibatkan Tersangka Ariz Utama dan Korban Ardiana Rasnawati, lengkap dengan proses pemeriksaan hingga persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesesuaian proses penyidikan dengan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP), menganalisis pemenuhan unsur Pasal 281 KUHP, dan menilai bobot alat bukti yang diajukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa BAP telah memenuhi syarat formil dan materiel, serta alat bukti yang terkumpul terutama pengakuan tersangka dan keterangan korban yang konsisten cukup kuat untuk membuktikan tindak pidana. Oleh karena itu, kasus ini layak dan telah memenuhi syarat untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap penuntutan dan pemeriksaan di persidangan. Analisis ini juga menyertakan putusan alternatif (obiter dictum) berdasarkan pertimbangan hukum sebelum putusan hakim dibacakan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and the integration of artificial intelligence in education demand innovative learning models that can enhance student’s motivation and academic performance. Preliminary observations at SMKS Budi Agung Medan revealed low achievement of the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) in the subject Office Activity Fundamentals, accompanied by limited learning interest caused by monotonous teaching methods and an unconducive learning enviroment. This study aims to analyze the effect of ChatGPT-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) on learning outcomes, examine the mediating role of learning interest, and identify the interaction between PBL-ChatGPT and learning interest in influencing student achievement. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to 29 students of class X MPLB 1. Learning outcomes tests and learning-interest questionnaires were administered, with data analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, N-Gain, and Bootstrapping mediation analysis in SmartPLS. The findings indicate a significant improvement in learning outcomes after implementing PBL-ChatGPT, supported by an Asymp. Sig Value of 0,001 < 0,05 and a moderate N-Gain score. Learning interest was confirmed as a significant mediating variable linking PBL-ChatGPT to learning outcomes. Furthermore, all structural path in the SEM-PLS model were significant, demonstrating a positive interaction between PBL-ChatGPT and learning interest in enhancing student performance. Thus, ChatGPT based PBL is effective as an innovative instructional model for teaching customer service competencies in vocational school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' difficulties in learning mathematics and the factors that contribute to their difficulties. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research method intended to describe students' difficulties in learning mathematics. The subjects were ten third-grade students at an elementary school in Medan City. The results indicate that the difficulties experienced by students tend to be conceptual difficulties, where students do not fully understand the concept of fractions, have difficulty determining the numerator and denominator, write fractions in reverse, and have difficulty distinguishing between the symbols greater than (>) and less than (<). Factors contributing to students' difficulties in learning mathematics include low student attitudes and interest, a dislike of mathematics, which leads to students not paying attention to the teacher during mathematics lessons, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm for mathematics.

Abstract

Evaluation or assessment in education is one of the components of the curriculum so that evaluation or assessment is urgent and cannot be separated from other curriculum components. Evaluation or assessment is important because it is made the National Education Standard in Law No. 20 of 2003. The purpose of this research is to analyze the assessment standards in Indonesia in Permedikbud Number 23 of 2016, Permendikbud Number 21 of 2022, and PP Number 19 of 2005. This research is a literature study with the method used, namely Systematic Review (SR) or generally called Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a systematic technique for collecting, critically examining, integrating and collecting the results of various research studies on research questions or topics to be explored. This research found Permendikbud Number 23 of 2016, Educational Assessment Standards include criteria regarding the scope, objectives, benefits, principles, mechanisms, procedures and assessment instruments.  Permendikbudristek Number 21 of 2022 found that Education Assessment Standards include minimum criteria regarding assessment mechanisms. Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 Educational assessment at the primary and secondary education levels consists of: a) assessment of learning outcomes by educators; b) assessment of learning outcomes by education units; and c) assessment of learning outcomes by the government. Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of globalization on Islamic education. The study aims to determine how globalization affects Islamic education, both positively and negatively so that it can develop appropriate strategies to face the challenges of globalization and strengthen Islamic education, such as building an appropriate Islamic education paradigm, implementing effective education, and improving teacher quality. The research method used is qualitative with a library approach or library study. Data collection techniques by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to the literature such as books, journals and reviews that have been done. The results of this study indicate that globalization affects Islamic education and education in general. The pros or positive impacts observed from globalization on Islamic education include easy access to information, professional staff training according to international standards, more competitive education, creating a skilled and competitive workforce, creating innovation in education. Meanwhile, the cons or challenges to Islamic education include the rapid development of science and technology, demands for democracy in Islamic education, culture and moral summary, education costs.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the application of interest in volleyball games in grade VII students at SMPN 2 Cikampek. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire research method. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Lemahabang. The population of this study was 45 members/participants as samples. The sampling technique used in this study was systematic sampling. The form of research design used pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The function of the research instrument is to obtain the data needed when researchers are collecting information in the field. Making instruments in quantitative research is part of the researcher's activities entering the field, especially in the use of questionnaires from this study, the average before treatment and after treatment experienced a significant increase, namely the mean pretest 126.09 to the mean posttest 136.16. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the Paired Sample T Test hypothesis test with the data obtained from this study are the significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant application between the average value before treatment and the average value after treatment. It can be concluded that the modification of the jaws ball can have an effect on the volleyball game towards the interest of class VII students of SMPN 2 Cikampek.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the use of TikTok application media influences the improvement of students' cooperative attitudes in rhythmic activity material in physical education subjects. The study was conducted at MAN 2 Tangerang with a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental experimental method and a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 35 students of grade XI-4, selected from a total population of 260 students. Data collection was carried out through an initial test (pretest) and a final test (posttest) with an instrument in the form of a cooperation attitude questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed that the use of TikTok media had a positive and significant effect on improving students' cooperative attitudes in the rhythmic activity learning process. Based on statistical tests, there was an increase in cooperative attitudes in the class that received treatment. Therefore, TikTok application media can be considered an effective tool in supporting rhythmic activity learning, especially in improving students' cooperative attitudes.
