Abstract

The purpose of this study was to empirically determine the relationship between work environment and compensation with turnover in coffeeshop employees in Kudus city. This research is quantitative in nature. This research was conducted at Jota Kudusi from September to December 2024. In this study, researchers took the population as active employees for 2 years at the coffeshop who had been affected by turnover. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Collecting data in this study using the work environment scale, compensation scale, and turnover scale. Data analysis in this study used two predictor regression analysis methods and product moment. The results of this study indicate that the major hypothesis which says there is a significant relationship between work environment and compensation with turnover is accepted with an effective contribution of 25.1%. Thus, the conclusion of this study is that work environment and compensation have a significant influence on turnover in coffeeshop employees in Kudus City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the talking stick leaming model on the learning outcomes of Grade VIII students in reviewing fictional works at SMP Negeri 1 Paguyaman. The research employs a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design.The population consists of all 111 eighth-grade students. The sample, celected through purposive sampling, includes 54 students: 27 students from Grade VIII.2 as the experimental group using the talking stick model and 27 students from Grade VIII. 4 as the control group using a conventional learning model. Data were collected through tests and analyzed using a t-test, with the data first undergoing normality and homogeneity testing. The findings indicate that the talking stick leaming model effectively enhanced student participation and motivation and improved learning outcomes in Grade VIil at SMP Negeri 1 Paguyaman. This is demonstrated by the results, where the experimental group (Grade VIII.2) had an average pretest score of 43.89, which increased to 83.70 in the posttgem.comnparison, the control group (Grade VIII.4) had lan average pretestscon The t-test results showed a significance a and a posttest score of 74.63. SP2-Tailed) of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating that HO is rejected accepted. This confirms a significant difference between the experimen and control&sups.

Abstract

The ultimate goal of learning mathematics is that students are able to formulate and express solutions to everyday mathematical problems. This means that innovations in learning mathematics must be in accordance with the environmental conditions of the education unit, in order to be able to answer problems in the environment. In addition, the government is also trying to form a Pancasila Student Profile meaning that students who have basic competencies and behaviors that are in line with the values of Pancasila. Hence, the researcher developed a math learning module containing the traditional units ‘liwut’ and ‘subur’ of Sikka Regency. This study aimed to determine whether the developed module was feasible to use in learning and whether it was able to foster global diversity profiles in order to succeed the Pancasila Student Profile. This research was a Research and Design study with the ADDIE model. The results of material expert validation obtained an average of 2.67, a feasibility percentage of 90.8%, and the results of media expert validation obtained an average of 2.65, a feasibility percentage of 88.33% and they were in the feasible category. Furthermore, the results of the product trial indicated that the average of student questionnaire response was 3.94, percentage of questionnaire response was 98.42% and they were in the very good category. Furthermore, the average results of the teacher response questionnaire were 3.84, the percentage of teacher questionnaire response was 96.08% and they were in the very good category. The percentage of the global diversity dimension questionnaire was 91.93% and it was in the very good category. The results indicated that the learning module was valid, feasible to use and able to foster a global diversity profile.

Abstract

Motivation to learn includes the enthusiasm possessed by individuals, both originating from internal themselves and from external factors. The important role of advice as a source of motivation in facing learning challenges in the digital era is an encouragement for students to be active in learning by using technology wisely. This research aims to understand the challenges of learning motivation in the digital era and how advice is implemented in digital learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on library research, namely the study of literature as a research subject. The research results indicate that the challenges of learning motivation in the digital era include the tendency to like freedom, high dependence on the internet and social media, the tendency for students to be lazy, less good at socializing, and less attention to togetherness values such as mutual cooperation. Apart from that, there is a tendency for free behavior, westernized orientation, and a lack of attention to ethics, formal rules, customs, and manners. In facing these challenges, implementing advice as learning motivation involves providing digital literacy insights to students, including digital skills, digital ethics, digital security, and digital culture. Advice is also given to prevent deviations in the use of social media, which can cause students to become too dependent on gadget devices and forget about learning activities.

Abstract

The research background at MI Negeri 2 Semarang as a place for research, because MI Negeri 2 Semarang has a clear mechanism in accordance with the SOP (Implementation Operational Standards) for financing management that is transparent and accountable to the public, both to the community and the authorities; in developing the academic quality of MI Negeri 2 Semarang guided by the National Education Standards (SNP) and madrasa quality assessment based on AKM scores in the field of literacy and numeracy; MI Negeri 2 Semarang has a madrasa development plan to realize the vision, mission and goals of the madrasa; and The accuracy of financing management in improving academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang can be seen from the various academic achievements achieved by teachers and students. The focus of the research is the process of implementing education financing management in an effort to improve academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang which meets the financing principles, namely 1) Transparency in implementing educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 2) Accountability for implementing MI education financing management Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 3) Effectiveness of implementation of educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality, 4) Efficiency of implementing educational financing management at MI Negeri 2 Semarang in improving academic quality. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and document search methods. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation in its implementation. The results of this research explain that the implementation of education financing management in an effort to improve academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang is by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency which are realized in the form of easy access to information regarding the management of madrasah education financing both offline and online, involving stakeholders in decision making, open reporting on the use of education funds, and collaboration between related parties to improve the academic quality of madrasas. The implementation of education financing management is running well and in accordance with procedures. The results of the analysis of madrasa academic quality show that there is a correlation with financing management where financing management is able to answer programs and policies that support improving academic quality at MI Negeri 2 Semarang. Abstract

Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan ilmu pengetahuan santri. Selain itu, pondok pesantren memiliki dinamika dan pengelolaan keuangan yang unik, terutama dalam konteks kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di pondok pesantren berperan penting dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan santri di luar kegiatan akademik, seperti seni, olahraga, dan keagamaan. Namun, keberhasilan kegiatan tersebut sangat bergantung pada pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi pengurus pondok pesantren, bendahara, guru pembina ekstrakurikuler, dan santri yang aktif dalam kegiatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Mahmudah meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi anggaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sumber dana utama berasal dari iuran wali santri, dana hibah, dan hasil usaha mandiri pondok pesantren. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan dana, prioritas penggunaan anggaran, dan pengelolaan yang belum sepenuhnya terdigitalisasi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, pesantren mengembangkan strategi kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal, seperti lembaga dan pemerintah daerah, serta meningkatkan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana. Selain itu, penguatan unit usaha pesantren juga menjadi solusi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pembiayaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis film animasi terhadap perkembangan agama dan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA At-Taqwa 1 Muara Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental, melibatkan dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan film animasi sebagai media pembelajaran dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 anak yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan pengukuran menggunakan lembar observasi yang telah divalidasi. Pretest dilakukan sebelum perlakuan untuk mengetahui kondisi awal perkembangan anak, diikuti dengan perlakuan selama 4 minggu, dan diakhiri dengan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan yang terjadi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Independent Sample T Test untuk menguji perbedaan antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dengan p-value sebesar 0,001. Rata-rata skor posttest kelompok eksperimen mencapai 85, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya 70. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis film animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan perkembangan agama dan moral anak.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the active participation of 4A grade students at SDN 44 Ampenan in mathematics learning through the use of interactive media. The main issue addressed is the low student participation due to mathematics being perceived as a challenging and less engaging subject. This study employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles. In the first cycle, learning activities were carried out without using interactive media, and observations showed that only 60% of students were actively involved. In the second cycle, interactive media, such as digital games like Wordwall and Spin the Wheel, were utilized to enhance student engagement, resulting in a significant increase in participation to 87%. The findings indicate that interactive media effectively enhance student participation and help them understand mathematical concepts more enjoyably. Therefore, the use of interactive media can be applied to create more engaging and effective learning experiences.

Abstract

Tradisi Begawe, sebuah tradisi tradisional suku Sasak di Desa Sokong, Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, adalah warisan budaya lokal yang kaya akan nilai sosial dan budaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam tradisi Begawe dan mengungkapkan peran tradisi tersebut dalam memperkuat hubungan sosial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa tradisi Begawe mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti persatuan, kemanusiaan, gotong royong, kebersamaan, dan solidaritas. Tradisi ini bukan hanya sekadar momen kebersamaan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pelestarian nilai-nilai luhur bangsa, mempererat hubungan sosial, dan memperkuat identitas budaya lokal. Namun, akibat modernisasi dan perubahan sosial, tradisi ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan kelestariannya. Oleh karena itu, upaya pelestarian tradisi Begawe sangat penting untuk menjaga identitas budaya masyarakat desa Sokong sekaligus mempertahankan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kematian adalah bagian integral dari siklus kehidupan manusia, yang dihormati dengan beragam ritual dan tradisi oleh masyarakat di berbagai tempat. Di Indonesia, setiap daerah memiliki cara khas dalam merayakan dan mengenang orang yang telah meninggal, salah satunya adalah masyarakat adat Desa Tobat, Kecamatan Balaraja, Kabupaten Tangerang. Ritual pemakaman di desa ini mengandung makna mendalam dan kaya nilai budaya, yang mencerminkan kearifan lokal serta norma-norma sosial yang dihormati oleh masyarakat setempat. Proses pemandian jenazah, pemakaian kain kafan, dan penguburan bukan hanya sekadar aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sebagai simbol spiritualitas dan solidaritas sosial. Pemandian jenazah mencerminkan penghormatan dan pembersihan, sementara pemakaian kain kafan mengajarkan nilai kesetaraan di hadapan Tuhan. Penguburan, sebagai tahap akhir, menjadi momen kolektif yang memperkuat ikatan sosial, serta sarana pendidikan bagi generasi muda tentang empati, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam makna di balik setiap tahap dalam ritual kematian di Desa Tobat, serta bagaimana ritual ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai prosesi, tetapi juga sebagai medium pendidikan nilai-nilai yang mendalam. Dengan memahami tradisi ini, kita dapat memperkuat pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga identitas budaya dan kohesi sosial dalam masyarakat, khususnya dalam menghadapi perpisahan dengan orang yang tercinta.
