Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine if teacher competency and principal leadership have a meaningful impact on the performance of teachers in state elementary schools in Talang Betutu Subdistrict. Multiple regression analysis techniques and quantitative methods are used in this study. In Talang Betutu Village, there are four state elementary schools with 114 teachers. The data was gathered using a Likert scale. In this study, random sampling was the sample technique. IBM SPSS version 26 was then used to tabulate and analyze the data. With a value of 11.627 or > 3.077 and p = 0.000 (p<0.05), the research findings demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between leader leadership and teacher competence on the level of teacher performance. Teacher competency and the principal's leadership both positively impact teacher performance by 49.3% at the same time, with other factors influencing the remaining 50.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pemberdayaan usaha kecil menengah untuk kemandirian Perempuan di Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan serta untuk mengetahui upaya pelaku usaha kecil menengah khusus nya Perempuan dalam menciptakan peluang usaha di Desa Cinta Rakyat Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Konsep teoritis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teori pemberdayaan yang mengacu pada proses meningkatkan kekuatan individu dan komunitas untuk mengontrol sumber daya, mempengaruhi keputusan, dan mengatasi tantangan. Metodologis yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar daftar wawancara dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif melalui 3 tahapan, antara lain reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verfikasi/kesimpulan. Dan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung UKM perempuan adalah langkah penting menuju kemandirian ekonomi dan kesetaraan gender. Namun, keberhasilan kebijakan ini sangat tergantung pada bagaimana program-program tersebut dirancang dan dilaksanakan, serta bagaimana tantangan-tantangan yang ada diatasi secara efektif. Keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dukungan berkelanjutan, dan penyesuaian yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan lapangan adalah kunci untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Kebijakan yang di buat kemudian diimplemntasikan sudah berjalan dengan semestinya dan para pelaku UKM juga mendapatkan bantuan-bantuan melalui program yang telah dibuat oleh pemerintah daerah. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi kebijakan memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan UKM perempuan, namun keberhasilannya sering bergantung pada berbagai faktor, termasuk dukungan sosial, kualitas pelatihan, dan kemudahan akses sumber daya.

Abstract

This study explores efforts to increase student participation and engagement in the learning process at UPT SPF SD Centre Mangalli using Canva as a teaching tool. Low student involvement is a significant challenge faced by educators. By integrating Canva, a user-friendly digital platform, into classroom activities, this study aims to foster creativity and enhance student engagement. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that Canva significantly improved students' active participation and interest in learning, making the learning experience more interactive and engaging.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas media diorama dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar melalui systematic literature review. Analisis terhadap 20 jurnal terkini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan diorama, baik secara mandiri maupun terintegrasi dengan model pembelajaran inovatif seperti Problem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning, memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar hingga 100% pada beberapa studi, serta peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi siswa. Integrasi diorama dengan teknologi augmented reality juga menunjukkan potensi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Implikasi pedagogis meliputi pentingnya integrasi diorama ke dalam kurikulum, pelatihan guru, desain pembelajaran kolaboratif, fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan abad 21, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Meskipun diorama terbukti efektif, implementasinya perlu dilakukan dengan cermat dan disesuaikan dengan konteks pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya. Penelitian ini menyoroti potensi diorama sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan abad 21, namun juga menggarisbawahi perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaannya dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of village funds in an effort to minimize poverty in Janji Village, West Bilah District, Labuhanbatu Regency. The problem in this study is the unstable decline in the poverty rate. Poverty rate data in Janji Village, West Bilah District, Labuhanbatu Regency has increased over the past 3 years, namely in 2021 there was a poverty rate of 431 people, in 2022 the poverty rate was 720 people and in 2023 the poverty rate was 1000 people and a decrease in poverty in 2024 was recorded at 880 people. The issue of poverty in Janji villages is not only seen in economic terms, but also as a multidimensional problem involving cultural, pedagogical and social aspects. The research used qualitative research, descriptive methods, data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation on the population and research samples, namely the village government and the community receiving social assistance. The results showed that the management of village funds in an effort to minimize poverty in Janji Village, West Bilah District, Labuhanbatu Regency was “Quite Optimal” because village funds contributed positively to the sustainability of community empowerment programs in agriculture and animal husbandry. The impact on the poverty rate in Janji Village has decreased by 120 people in the 2023-2024 period as a result of the implementation of empowerment programs in the agricultural and livestock sectors that are carried out periodically. The program has been implemented since the beginning of 2023. In the previous period, 2022-2023, the poverty rate in the village actually increased by 280 people, despite being led by the same village head. However, at that time there was no structured and sustainable empowerment program. The success in reducing poverty in 2023-2024 confirms that empowerment programs, such as agriculture and animal husbandry, play a significant role in improving the welfare of residents, but there are still some obstacles to the equity (inclusiveness) of community empowerment programs that need to be improved to achieve full optimality. This research recommends increasing the participation of all levels of society and developing more inclusive programs to achieve full optimality in minimizing poverty in Janji Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya mengajar peer teaching terhadap pengetahuan pembelajaran bola voli kelas XI di SMA N 1 Klari. Berupa penelitian eksperimen untuk mencari apakah gaya mengajar peer teaching berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan pembelajaran bola voli. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 peserta didik, diambil dengan teknik sample random sampling. Data penelitian dilakukan dengan one group pre-test dan post-test design menggunakan butir soal sebanyak 25 soal pada pembelajaran permainan bola voli di awal dan akhir pertemuan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui uji normalitas dengan hasil kelas eksperimen pretest 0,259 > 0,05 posttest 0,332 > 0,05 hasil penelitian menunjukan data berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas yang menunjukan nilai sig 0,233 > 0,05 menyatakan bahwa data hasil pretest-posttest homogen. Perhitungan uji paired sample t test pada kelas eksperimen di dapatkan nilai Sig. (two-tilled) 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara hasil sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat dinyatakan adanya pengaruh gaya mengajar peer mengajar terhadap pengetahuan pembelajaran bola voli kelas XI di SMA N 1 Klari.

Abstract

This research examines the development of musical intelligence through song guessing activities based on the piano instrument for children aged 5-6 years. Through a comprehensive literature study, this research analyzes various aspects of children's development that can be stimulated through interactive musical activities. The research results show that instrument-based song guessing activities have significant potential in improving children's auditory abilities, musical memory, social skills, creativity, music-language connections and emotional awareness. This study also underscores the importance of post-activity discussions in strengthening children's musical understanding. Based on literature findings, a design for song guessing activities using pianists in small groups is proposed as a practical method for developing musical intelligence of children aged 5-6 years

Abstract

Intrapersonal intelligence is also the ability to understand oneself, know who one is, what one wants to do and how oneself reacts to situations such as what one should avoid as well as directing and introspecting oneself. The aim of this research is to uncover favorite pocket media. The research method used is literature study. The type of data source used by researchers is secondary source data. The data collection technique used was from several relevant previous book and journal data according to the problem topics raised by the researcher. Based on the data from several findings that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the favorite pocket game has an effect on the intrapersonal intelligence of young children.

Abstract

The research conducted was motivated by the low mathematical problem-solving skills of sixth-grade students at SDN Kertosari 02 Madiun. The sixth-grade students had difficulty understanding the questions and translating word problems about fraction multiplication into mathematical sentences, thus failing to solve the problems. The type of research conducted was Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle was carried out in two meetings. The research subjects were 19 sixth-grade students at SDN Kertosari 02 Madiun. This research was conducted in the mathematics subject on the topic of fraction multiplication. The research aimed to determine the implementation of planning, the execution of teaching by teachers and students, and the learning outcomes using the RME approach to improve the mathematical problem-solving skills of sixth-grade students. Data in this research were collected through observation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of the learning planning stages increased by 11% from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The implementation of learning using the RME approach by teachers increased by 11%, while the implementation of learning using the RME approach by students increased by 10%. The application of the RME approach can improve the mathematical problem-solving skills of sixth-grade students at SDN Kertosari 02 in the topic of fraction multiplication. The classical mathematical problem-solving skills in the pre-cycle were 63%, in cycle 1 were 76%, and in cycle 2 were 86%, which falls into the very good category.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in the application of cultural values of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the cultural values of elementary school students on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel and describe the implications of Indonesian language teaching materials on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative with a content analysis method. This data was obtained through folklore videos on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel and the results of the analysis of cultural values on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel as implications of Indonesian language teaching materials in elementary schools. The data analysis of this study used the Milles and Huberman model. The results obtained from this study were that the cultural values contained on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel include: 1) cultural values of human relations with God found two criteria, namely, piety and prayer, 2) human relations with nature found the use of natural resources to meet their daily needs, 3) human relations with society in the form of deliberation, 4) human relations with others include politeness, mutual assistance, compassion, and keeping promises and 5) human relations with themselves, namely self-confidence, patience, and hard work. The implications of the teaching materials used on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel can be useful in the use of appropriate, enjoyable, efficient teaching materials, supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom and helping to instill and develop students' character through the habits of the characters contained in the folk tales on the Dongeng Kita channel.
