Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada tema kearifan lokal pada kurikulum merdeka kelas v sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo pada semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian yaitu Ibu D selaku wali kelas VA dan Bapak sandi selaku wali kelas VB. Data penenelitian diperoleh melalusi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) dengan tema kearifan lokal pada kurikulum merdeka kelas v sekolah dasar, telah berjalan dengan baik. Dalam penerapan P5 terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. (2) faktor pendukung yang terlibat adalah guru, orang tua, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta keterlibatan masyarakat. Kerjasama serta kolaborasi antar pihak menjadi kunci agar program ini mampu memberikan dampak positif yang berarti bagi pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Sedangkan faktor penghambat didalam penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila adalah adanya karakter peserta didik yang berbeda serta kurangnya jam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila bahwa guru kelas V berhasil menerapkan proyek tersebut. Keberhasilan tersebut dapat dilihat dari implementasi pembelajaran projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam sekolah, yang tidak terlepas dari peran penting pendik dalam mengimplementasikannya.

Based on a research problem at SDN 10 Singkawang, the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students from the final mathematics score data are known that 72% of student scores are still in the range of KKTP, namely 65. Based on the results of interviews with class V teachers who stated that students felt bored during mathematics learning, students were only enthusiastic about learning when the subject matter they liked, and students did not pay attention to the teacher when explaining. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between learning attitudes and students' mathematics learning outcomes in grade V fraction material of SDN 10 Singkawang. This research method is a correlation research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all grade V students of SDN 10 Singkawang. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study showed that: 1) the learning attitude of grade V students at SDN 10 Singkawang was at a high criterion with an overall average of 84.14. 2) The learning outcomes of grade V students at SDN 10 Singkawang are at the criteria of sufficiency with an overall average of 66.88. 3) There was no significant relationship between learning attitudes and mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students at SDN 10 Singkawang.

This research aims to determine the effect of the Pre-Learning Literacy Movement Intervention on the reading skills of fifth grade students at SDN Menanggal 601 Surabaya. According to Hidayati and Putra (2021), pre-learning literacy plays an important role in the transition to the world of formal literacy at school. Prasetyo (2021) explains reading skills as the ability to absorb information from text, which is an interactive process to understand the meaning and message contained. This research was motivated by problems regarding the implementation of the Pre-Learning Literacy Movement Intervention program for fifth grade students at SDN Menanggal 601 Surabaya which were still relatively weak, some students did not read but only looked at the pictures in the books. This research uses a causal quantitative method using an ex post vacto research design. The population used in this research was all Class V students at SDN Menanggal 601 Surabaya, totaling 60 students. The sample used was 30 students from class VB as the experimental class, and 30 students from class VA as the actual class used for the research. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability. Prerequisite tests use the normality test and homogeneity test. Test the hypothesis in the form of a Paired Sample T-Test t test. To find out the value of the ttable distribution, it is seen based on df = 29 with a level of a = 0.05. Because the value of tcount > ttable (35,652 > 1,699) and Sig (2-tailed) 0.01 < 0.05, Ho and Ha are accepted. "This means that the hypothesis states" there is a significant influence on the influence of the Pre-Learning Literacy Movement Intervention on the Reading Skills of Class V Students at SDN Menanggal 601 Surabaya.

This study aims to determine how the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) learning and to assess student learning outcomes when using the PBL model. This research is a classroom action research (CAR), which is a practical study intended to improve learning in the classroom. The subjects of this study were 20 fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Beru. The research data were collected using field notes, interviews, and documentation techniques. Based on the research design used, data analysis was conducted through analysis and reflection in each cycle, based on observations recorded in field notes and other observation formats. The teacher carried out learning activities according to the indicators and learning objectives, and students actively presented the results of their discussions in front of the class. Through the application of the Problem-Based Learning model in Social Studies learning on the topic of "Cultural Diversity of My Nation" in fourth grade at SD Inpres Beru, data on learning outcomes and observations during the learning process in each cycle were obtained. The data from this study indicate an increase in teacher activity, student activity, and overall learning outcomes in Social Studies. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes were categorized as fairly good, as evidenced by a completion rate of 70% and a class average score of 79. Based on these results, the study proceeded to the second cycle. The results of the second cycle showed an improvement in learning outcomes, with a completion rate of 100% and a class average score of 90.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Kembangan saat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas khususnya pada muatan Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektifitas media kartu Truth or Dare pada model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental Design One Group Pretest-Postest. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis.Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test dan uji n-gain. Hasil menunjukkan adanya kenaikan nilai pretest pada posttest, hal ini dapat dilihat pada Uji paired sample t-test dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu 0,001. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji N-Gain menunjukkan skor 0,6535 yang berdasarkan hasil tafsiran presentase gain (g) bahwa nilai 0,6535 Berada di nilai gain ternormalisasi (0,30 ≤ g < 0,70) memiliki interprestasi sedang dengan kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract This research aims to produce a teaching module, analyze its feasibility and see teacher and student responses to a teaching module based on traditional Banjar cakes for understanding geometric concepts. This research design uses development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The subjects of this research were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 104261 Sukajadi. The tools used in this research were material expert validation questionnaire sheets and teacher response and student response questionnaire sheets. Based on the results of the assessment carried out by the material expert validator, the results of the material expert assessment were 90% with the criteria "Very feasible" so that it could be declared suitable for testing. The teacher response assessment results were 95% with the criteria "Very Appropriate", while the student response results were 97% with the criteria "Very Appropriate". The results of the scores on the evaluation questions in the module received and average score of 90.Thus, it can be concluded that the teaching module product developed is suitable for use and has received a good response from teachers and students.

Pojok baca kelas guna meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik di SMP N SatapLigalejo adalah salah satu program untuk meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik.Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) harus dioptimalkan dengan pemanfaatan pojokbaca yang berada disudut kelas maupun sekolah. Dengan adanya pojok baca,peserta didik diharapkan mampu menjadikan membaca sebagai sebuahkebiasaan sehingga membentuk karakter rasa ingin tahu dan harus akan informasiatau ilmu pengetahuan. Budaya membaca merupakan salah satu upaya dalammencerdaskan generasi bangsa. Pojok baca juga tujuan dibuat semenarikmungkin agar peserta didik merasa nyaman dan tidak merasa bosan melihatnya.Buku-buku yang ada di pojok baca juga harus bervariasi dan tidak hanya berisikancerita fiksi saja

This study aims to: (1) develop a feasible Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) instrument for Level 1 to be used in Grades I and II at SD Negeri 2 Citenjo, Kuningan, West Java, and (2) evaluate the effectiveness of the instrument in supporting learning in Grades I and II. This research employs a development method (Research and Development/R&D) based on the Borg and Gall development model, which consists of three main stages: (1) preliminary study, (2) development, and (3) testing and implementation. The preliminary testing subjects consisted of two expert validators, while the main testing subjects included 21 second-grade students. Data collection instruments included interview guidelines, AKM instrument evaluation questionnaires by expert validators (curriculum 2013 experts and evaluation instrument experts), and teacher response questionnaires to the product. Data analysis utilized Aiken’s V statistical technique to assess validity during the limited trial, while product effectiveness was tested through student test results. Item quality analysis included difficulty level, item discrimination, and reliability testing. The research results indicate that during the limited trial stage, the Level 1 AKM instrument was deemed highly feasible, with an average Aiken’s V score of 0.862, reflecting very high validity. Effectiveness testing showed that the Level 1 AKM instrument could accurately measure students' literacy and numeracy skills across four competency categories. In terms of item quality, the AKM instrument demonstrated good item discrimination and a proportional difficulty level to reflect students' literacy and numeracy abilities. Reliability testing yielded excellent results, with a range of 0.96 for literacy components and 0.94 for numeracy components.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Wordwall method based on differentiation literacy to improve reading interest in elementary school students. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a quasi-experimental design. Research subjects involved 60 students grade 2 from SDN DANGDANG 1. Research instruments included literacy tests, reading interest questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interviews. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with experimental and control group divisions. Research results demonstrated a significant increase in students' reading interest, with an average literacy score improvement of 67.3% in the experimental group. Statistical analysis using independent t-test showed significant differences between experimental and control groups. The Wordwall method based on differentiation literacy proved effective in improving reading motivation and abilities of elementary school students.

The high turnover rate among teachers can negatively impact the quality of education in schools. Servant leadership and workplace spirituality are considered important factors that can enhance teachers' commitment and job satisfaction, thereby potentially reducing their intention to leave the organization. Additionally, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is thought to strengthen the relationship between servant leadership and workplace spirituality in the workplace, fostering an intention to remain with the organization. This study aims to determine whether servant leadership and workplace spirituality influence teachers' turnover intention and to explore the mediating role of OCB in this relationship. Data were collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 74 teachers at XYZ School in Batam and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that servant leadership and workplace spirituality have a positive influence on OCB but servant leadership do not directly affect turnover intention. Contrarily, workplace spirituality was found to have a negative impact on turnover intention. OCB does not mediate between servant leadership, workplace spirituality, and turnover intention.
