Abstract

kelayakan materi ajar teks ulasan yang didukung oleh media Whiteboard Animation untuk siswa kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model 4D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel, yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Namun, pelaksanaan penelitian dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap develop sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, serta guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Sementara itu, objek penelitian berupa materi ajar teks ulasan berbasis Whiteboard Animation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket validasi yang diberikan kepada para ahli dan guru, dengan skala penilaian Likert. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan persentase guna mengetahui tingkat kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar yang dihasilkan memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sebesar 95% dari ahli materi dengan kategori “sangat baik”, 91,7% dari ahli media dengan kategori “sangat baik”, dan 93,75% dari guru mata pelajaran dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Secara keseluruhan, nilai rata-rata kelayakan mencapai 93,48% yang termasuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian, materi ajar teks ulasan berbasis Whiteboard Animation yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi siswa kelas VIII.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Kualitas pembelajaran merupakan indikator penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, supervisi dan kompetensi profesional guru dianggap penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 10 guru di sekolah yang dipilih, dan teknik pengambilan sampel total digunakan, artinya seluruh anggota populasi dilibatkan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berdasarkan pengukuran skala Likert yang mencakup variabel supervisi, kompetensi profesional, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi berganda untuk menentukan hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berada dalam kategori cukup baik, sedangkan kompetensi profesional guru dan kualitas pembelajaran berada dalam kategori baik. Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis korelasi dan regresi menunjukkan bahwa supervisi dan kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa persentase yang cukup besar dari kualitas pembelajaran dijelaskan oleh supervisi dan kompetensi profesional, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini. Kesimpulannya, supervisi yang efektif dan kompetensi profesional guru yang tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kedua aspek ini sangat penting untuk mendukung hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik. Abstract

This study is motivated by the varied public responses to the urban public transportation regulation policy, which indicate challenges in government public communication. This condition requires an effective communication strategy so that policy information can be properly understood and accepted by the public. This study aims to identify the forms of public communication and to analyze the communication strategies employed by the Bogor City Diskominfo in supporting the campaign for urban public transportation regulation. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. The findings show that public communication is carried out through the use of digital media, particularly Instagram, as the main channel for disseminating information. The communication is delivered through visual content such as infographics and videos designed to be easily understood and engaging for the audience. The communication strategy is structured systematically through stages of situation analysis, target audience identification, message formulation, media selection, and evaluation. Message delivery is designed to be concise, clear, and focused on the benefits for the public. Video-based content is found to be more effective than infographics in enhancing audience understanding and engagement. Public responses to the campaign remain varied and indicate challenges related to message clarity and information consistency. These findings suggest that well-planned and adaptive public communication is necessary to improve the effectiveness of policy dissemination and to encourage public participation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the endurance of basketball athletes. Endurance is a crucial physical component in basketball because the game requires repeated high-intensity activities over a long duration. The research method used is an experimental design with a quantitative approach through a pre-test and post-test in a single group. The subjects were basketball athletes who followed a HIIT training program for several weeks. The instrument used to measure endurance was a cardiorespiratory fitness test such as the beep test or multistage fitness test. The results showed a significant improvement in endurance after the implementation of the HIIT program. Therefore, HIIT is proven to be effective in improving the endurance of basketball athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the construction of elementary school students' narrative writing skills through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in deep learning-based instruction. This study used qualitative methods with a phenomenological design to understand students' learning experiences in depth. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of student writing. The results indicate that AI assists students in generating ideas, structuring texts, and developing language expression, while the deep learning approach encourages active engagement and in-depth reflection. The construction of narrative writing skills occurs through an iterative process involving exploration, interpretation, and reconstruction of ideas. Students demonstrated increased creativity and coherence in their writing, despite challenges in digital literacy and critical thinking skills. This study concludes that the integration of AI in deep learning-based instruction significantly contributes to the development of students' narrative writing skills through deeper cognitive and reflective processes.

Abstract

Low student interest in science learning remains a common problem in elementary schools, characterized by a lack of student engagement and enthusiasm during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation and the effect of using the ASLINE-3 interactive media on increasing students’ interest in learning. This study employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The research subjects were 26 fifth-grade students from Class V-A at SDN Kalirungkut I/264 in Surabaya. Data collection techniques included a questionnaire to measure students’ interest in learning and observation to assess the implementation of the learning process. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and N-Gain. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning using the ASLINE-3 media was in the “very good” category, with a percentage of 100%. Students’ learning interest increased, as indicated by a rise in the average score from 78.08 to 92.69. The N-Gain analysis result of 0.73 indicates a moderate category (fairly effective). Thus, the use of the ASLINE-3 interactive media has proven effective in increasing students’ learning interest in IPAS instruction and can serve as an alternative for technology-based instructional innovation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how Islamic family values ​​are implemented to support the obedience of students at the Zainul Anwar Islamic Boarding School. The methodology used was a qualitative approach with field research. Data collection was conducted through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and validation was carried out using source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was carried out in several steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Islamic family values ​​are implemented by approaching students in a family-like manner that emphasizes exemplary behavior (uswah hasanah), habituating worship, humanistic communication, and compassionate parenting. The female teachers and administrators function as real parents in daily life. This implementation has been proven to foster obedience in students that is not only formal but also stems from moral and spiritual awareness. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including the impact of digitalization, the diversity of student backgrounds, and the low level of student awareness. This study concludes that the application of Islamic family values ​​plays a crucial role in shaping the character of students who are disciplined, responsible, and have good morals, although adjustments to current developments are necessary.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the recitation method in improving students' understanding of Fiqh subjects in class V of MI Nurul Yaqin. The recitation method is applied through the assignment of independent assignments to students outside of class hours which are then accounted for in class. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are 20 students in class V and teachers of Fiqh subjects. The results of the study show that the application of the recitation method is able to increase students' understanding of Fiqh material. Students become more able to explain, remember, and apply the material in daily life. In addition, the recitation method also increases students' activeness, independence, and responsibility in the learning process. The supporting factors in this study include the role of teachers, parental involvement, and the availability of learning resources, while the inhibiting factors are differences in students' abilities and the conditions of the learning environment at home. Thus, it can be concluded that the recitation method is effective in improving students' understanding of Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This method not only improves the cognitive aspect, but also the affective and psychomotor aspects of students through directed independent learning.

Abstract

This classroom action research (CAR) aims to improve students’ learning activities and learning outcomes in IPAS through the implementation of the Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) model among 21 fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation and tests, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results show that students’ learning activities improved from a moderate category in Cycle I to a high category in Cycle II, while learning outcomes also increased and met the predetermined mastery criteria. Therefore, the Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) model is effective in improving students’ learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

Arabic vocabulary instruction in elementary schools is still largely dominated by conventional approaches that emphasize memorization, resulting in limited student engagement. This condition contributes to low mufradāt mastery and weak learning motivation. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Word Square media in improving students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental one-group pre-test–post-test design, conducted with third-grade students at SERI ABIM Elementary School, Selangor, Malaysia. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments and analyzed using statistical tests with SPSS. The findings indicate that the use of Word Square media has a significant effect on improving students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery. This media enhances learning engagement, visual memory, and structured vocabulary comprehension in a more enjoyable learning environment. These findings are expected to provide empirical reference for the development of Arabic vocabulary instruction in Indonesia, particularly in promoting the use of Word Square media as an effective and contextual alternative for elementary school learning.
