Abstract

This research aims to analyze innovation in distribution logistics through the implementation of sustainable transportation systems. The background of this study is the increasing awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability in logistics operations and the need to reduce the negative impact of transportation on the environment. The research method used is a case study with qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and secondary data analysis from logistics companies that have implemented sustainable transportation systems. The results showed that the implementation of sustainable transportation systems, such as the use of electric vehicles, route optimization, and supply chain collaboration, can improve operational efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance corporate image. The implications of this research provide insights for logistics companies and policymakers about the benefits and challenges of adopting sustainable transportation systems to achieve sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Early adulthood is a transitional phase characterized by increasing demands for independence and responsibility in various aspects of life. Some students in early adulthood still demonstrate suboptimal achievement of developmental tasks, as evidenced by difficulties with time management, procrastination, unstable emotional regulation, indecision, and anxiety about the future. This study aims to understand and interpret the experiences of 2024 Guidance and Counseling students at the University of Jambi who exhibit these conditions. The study employs a qualitative approach using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The research subjects are eight students selected through purposive sampling based on the results of the Developmental Task Inventory (ITP). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and their validity was tested using source, technique, and temporal triangulation. The results indicate that students’ achievement of developmental tasks is not yet optimal but cannot be categorized as a developmental problem. All participants are in a dynamic and ongoing phase of development, characterized by identity negotiation, emotional instability, early-stage career exploration, and a tendency to suppress feelings. Nevertheless, all participants demonstrate reflective awareness and a drive to continue developing. It is concluded that the achievement of early adulthood developmental tasks among students is a gradual, individual, and ongoing process.

Abstract

The digital transformation has significantly reshaped the educational landscape while simultaneously giving rise to increasingly complex ethical challenges for teachers as professionals. This study aims to identify various forms of ethical dilemmas faced by teachers in the digital era and to examine appropriate strategies to address them. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review and analysis of digital education practices. The research procedures include defining the problem focus, collecting data from scholarly sources, conducting thematic analysis, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that ethical dilemmas are associated with inappropriate use of social media, violations of student privacy, blurred professional boundaries between teachers and students, and the demands of integrating digital learning technologies. Moreover, limited digital literacy skills and the absence of robust ethical guidelines further intensify these challenges. Therefore, this study concludes that strengthening professional ethical codes, enhancing digital literacy competencies, and providing institutional policy support are essential to assist teachers in navigating ethical dilemmas responsibly and professionally in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and study the implementation of technology-based picture and picture models to increase students' interest in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This is done to assist teachers in carrying out learning so that students' interest in learning can increase. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research was conducted at MINU 19 Tanjung Anyar. The results of the study show that the application of the technology-based picture and picture model can increase students' interest in learning. Its implementation is carried out in several stages, namely: first, planning. Second, implementation. Third, evaluation. The application achieved using this model makes students show an increase in interest in learning which can be seen from their active involvement during learning, such as their increased attention, participation, and enthusiasm in participating in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as facilitators in developing soft skills of students in class X of MA Riyadlus Sholihin social studies program which totals 15 students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain a clear picture of the role of teachers in the learning process. The results of the study show that Islamic Religious Education teachers have tried to carry out their role as facilitators through the application of interactive learning methods such as group discussions, questions and answers, and presentations. These efforts have a positive impact on increasing student participation, although there are still some students who tend to be passive and lack confidence in expressing opinions. Students' soft skills such as communication skills, cooperation, and confidence are still in the medium category, but are beginning to develop gradually. Supporting factors in the development of students' soft skills include teachers' efforts in creating active learning and the willingness of some students to participate. The inhibiting factors include the dominance of the lecture method, low student confidence, and passive learning habits. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed from teachers in implementing varied and participatory learning strategies so that the development of students' soft skills can run optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model project based learning dengan pendekatan deep learning terhadap kreativitas pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 060825 Medan Area. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Instrument dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap awal, penerapan model project based learning belum berjalan secara optimal. Guru belum sepenuhnya menerapkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran dan masih cendrung berfokus pada hasil akhir saja, sehingga proses perkembangan kreativitas siswa belum terlihat secara menyeluruh. Penerapan model project based learning dengan pendekatan deep learning, proses pembelajaran mengalami perubahan yang lebih baik. Siswa kelas V sangat antusias mengikuti proses pembelajaran, kreativitas juga mengalami peningkatan, serta suasana belajar menjadi lebih bermakna, sadar, dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan prinsip deep learning. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dari 26 siswa terdapat 8 siswa dengan kategori kreativitas tinggi, 10 siswa kategori sedang, dan 8 siswa kategori rendah. Data tersebut menunjukkan adanya perkembangan kreativitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model project based learning dengan pendekatan deep learning dapat mendorong berkembangnya kreativitas siswa pada mata Pelajaran IPAS kelas V sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif di lembaga PAUD sering kali terkendala oleh kesulitan pendidik dalam melakukan adaptasi pembelajaran yang konkret bagi anak dengan karakteristik beragam. Banyak pendidik cenderung memberikan bantuan yang bersifat "menyuapi" daripada dukungan yang memberdayakan otonomi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pendidik PAUD dalam melakukan adaptasi pembelajaran inklusif melalui pemberian scaffolding. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data utama berasal dari catatan lapangan visitasi, observasi, dan wawancara pada satuan PAUD di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi inklusif diimplementasikan melalui empat pilar utama: (1) penataan lingkungan belajar dan pemberian inspirasi awal melalui ragam media konkret; (2) pemberian dukungan bertahap dalam pemecahan masalah untuk melatih berpikir kritis; (3) pembangunan budaya inklusif melalui stimulasi perilaku prososial; serta (4) pemenuhan otonomi anak dalam memilih media dan alur belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa scaffolding yang terukur bukan hanya menjembatani kesenjangan kemampuan, tetapi juga menjadi muara bagi terciptanya kemandirian dan kemerdekaan belajar anak. Implementasi strategi ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran inklusif sangat bergantung pada kemampuan pendidik dalam mengubah peran dari instruktur menjadi fasilitator yang menghargai keunikan setiap anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the principal’s interpersonal communication intensity on teacher performance. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consists of all teachers at SMPIT Al-Imaroh Cikarang Barat, totaling 30 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The indicators of interpersonal communication intensity include frequency, duration, regularity, attention, breadth, and depth of messages, while teacher performance is measured through task achievement, work quality, punctuality, compliance with standards, and professional responsibility. The results show that both interpersonal communication intensity and teacher performance are in the moderate category. Correlation analysis indicates a strong and significant relationship between the variables, with a correlation coefficient of 0.751. Furthermore, simple linear regression analysis reveals a positive and significant effect, with a contribution of 56.5%. These findings indicate that higher intensity of interpersonal communication by the principal can improve teacher performance. Therefore, more intensive, open, and continuous communication is essential to enhance teachers’ understanding, motivation, and overall professional performance.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of Islamic education in shaping students’ character, as well as the gap between educational concepts in the Sunnah and the practice of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in elementary schools, which still tends to be cognitive. The main issues of this study are the educational concepts in the Sunnah, the current state of IRE in elementary education, and their relevance in the context of modern education. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research, through documentation and content analysis of hadith, Islamic educational literature, and previous studies. The results indicate that education in the Sunnah is oriented toward character development through the principles of exemplary behavior, dialogue, experiential learning, gradual progression, and individualization. Meanwhile, PAI instruction in elementary schools still faces various challenges, such as the dominance of the cognitive approach and a lack of value internalization. This study concludes that the concept of education in As-Sunnah is relevant to PAI instruction; however, it requires reinterpretation and contextual adaptation to be effectively applied within the modern education system.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical problem-solving ability of students, especially in understanding the concept of addition at SD Inpres Sailong. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the use of  interactive games based on Canva web and students' mathematical problem-solving skills. This quantitative research uses a correlational design with the subjects of grade II students. The data collection technique was carried out through a validated student perception questionnaire and a mathematical problem-solving ability test compiled based on the Polya indicator, including: understanding the problem, planning the solution, implementing the plan, and re-examining the results. Data analysis was carried out through the Product Moment correlation test  from Pearson's. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value r = 0.863 with a significance level of p < 0.001 which indicates a very strong and positive relationship, which means that the higher the quality of using  Canva-based interactive games, the higher the students' mathematical problem-solving skills. This study concludes that digital learning media is effective as a cognitive bridge to transform abstract mathematical concepts into concrete and fun learning experiences in rural areas.
