Abstract

The development of digital media has encouraged the property industry to optimize marketing communication strategies through measurable digital advertising tailored to audience characteristics. This study aims to explain the digital advertising strategy of Vasaka Solterra Apartment on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using the media planning theory. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through observation, active participation, literature study, and analysis of Instagram Ads and YouTube Shorts Ads insights. The findings show that the main target audience is individuals aged 25–34 years, with Jakarta as the primary target area on Instagram Ads and several major cities as secondary targets on YouTube Shorts Ads. Media objectives were developed based on the AIDA stages: Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. Instagram Ads were more effective in generating leads through marketing contact messages, while YouTube Shorts Ads were more effective in increasing audience awareness and reach. Platform selection, budget allocation, seven-day pulsing scheduling, and performance evaluation indicate that media planning strategies can support more targeted advertising message distribution. The study recommends strengthening call-to-Action strategies and refining audience targeting to improve lead generation effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) on the consumptive and impulsive behavior of Generation Z in the digital era, particularly in online shopping activities influenced by social media and e-commerce platforms. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 33 Generation Z respondents aged 19–23 years who actively use social media every day, using a purposive sampling technique. The results show that FoMO has a fairly strong influence on consumptive and impulsive behavior, where most respondents admitted to making purchases because they saw viral products, were attracted by promotions and discounts, and were driven by the fear of missing current trends. In addition, social media also triggers higher levels of social comparison behavior, increased spending, and feelings of regret after purchasing items that do not meet expectations or are rarely used. In conclusion, social media is the main factor that strengthens consumptive and impulsive behavior among Generation Z, so digital literacy and self-control are needed in social media use and online shopping activities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the ineffectiveness of the lecture method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMPN 04 Genteng, particularly during afternoon class sessions that trigger student saturation and hinder the internalization of character values. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of transforming the learning method from the lecture pattern to the cooperative model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) in shaping students' religious character at SMPN 04 Genteng. The main problem raised is the low effectiveness of the lecture method during afternoon class sessions, which causes a decline in student focus and hampers the internalization of religious values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type focused on evaluating the learning process. Data were collected through in-depth observation, interviews with PAI teachers, and documentation of student character learning outcomes. The results show that the use of the lecture method during critical hours tends to make students passive and bored, making character values difficult to implement. Conversely, the application of the TSTS model proved effective in enlivening classroom dynamics through visiting and receiving guests activities that encourage students to actively move and communicate. This transformation significantly strengthened students' religious character dimensions, particularly in the aspects of responsibility, cooperation (ta'awun), and honesty. This study concludes that replacing the lecture method with the TSTS model is an appropriate managerial strategy to optimize the formation of students' religious character at school. Abstract

Schools and madrasas require a clear strategic direction so that educational programs do not stop at administrative routines. Vision, mission, and institutional objectives are essential instruments for aligning learning, school culture, resource management, and quality assurance. This article aims to describe the management cycle of developing, socializing, implementing, and evaluating school or madrasa vision, mission, and objectives as a basis for improving the quality of basic education. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained from educational regulations, books on strategic management and school-based management, and relevant scientific articles. The analysis shows that vision and mission should be formulated through a participatory process based on internal and external context analysis. Socialization is effective when it uses formal, visual, digital, and participatory communication channels. Implementation must be translated into curriculum planning, learning practices, extracurricular activities, character formation, school culture, and institutional work programs. Evaluation should be conducted periodically using measurable indicators, evidence-based reflection, and follow-up plans. The contribution of this article is an integrated management cycle that connects strategic formulation, collective understanding, program execution, and continuous improvement in school and madrasa governance.

Abstract

This study examines the motivation of housewives in participating in Qur'anic learning as a strategic effort to improve Qur'anic literacy in Bandung Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. The central problem addressed revolves around the reality that despite the community's strongly religious social environment, gaps in Qur'anic reading and writing ability remain prevalent among housewives due to factors such as age, domestic responsibilities, and reluctance to resume learning. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the village head, Qur'anic teacher, group leader, and member participants, and field documentation. All data were analyzed interactively following the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Three principal findings emerged. First, the motivation of housewives is multidimensional, integrating intrinsic drives rooted in spiritual longing to draw closer to God (taqarrub ilallah) with extrinsic drives anchored in their role as the first educational institution for their children. Second, participants' Qur'anic literacy improved significantly across three dimensions: the ability to read fluently according to tajwid rules, the capacity to understand verse content through basic tafsir, and the ability to practice Qur'anic values in daily life. Third, the synergy between strong motivation and the application of andragogical principles proved to be the key to program success, where learning that is relevant, participatory, and respectful of participants' experience succeeded in creating a sustainable learning culture at the family and community level.
