Abstract

The phenomenon observed in the field shows that many students in grade IV of SD Negeri 1 Manikyang have not demonstrated optimal critical thinking skills in Social Studies (IPS) learning. Students tend to be passive during the learning process and struggle to analyze and evaluate the available information. This study aims to explore the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in IPS lessons and to enhance the critical thinking abilities of grade IV students at SD Negeri 1 Manikyang. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method. The subjects of the study are grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Manikyang and the teacher who teaches IPS. Data collection techniques include literature review and direct observation of the implementation of the PBL model in teaching. Data analysis techniques are conducted through categorization, thematic analysis, and data verification to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The application of the PBL model successfully increased student participation in IPS learning, with students becoming more engaged in group discussions and more confident in expressing their opinions. 2) Students' critical thinking abilities improved, as seen in their ability to analyze social issues presented to them, evaluate various possible solutions, and make appropriate decisions. 3) The PBL model also encouraged students to work collaboratively in groups, which developed their communication, cooperation, and problem-solving skills more effectively. Furthermore, students showed improvement in their ability to connect learned concepts to real-life situations.

Abstract

This study was motivated by public skepticism regarding the implementation of deep learning in education, particularly at the elementary level. The research aimed to examine the pedagogical benefits and ethical considerations of implementing deep learning through an axiological lens. A systematic literature review was conducted. The axiological analysis revealed that deep learning empowered students to develop a sense of belonging in their learning through critical thinking and reflection, fostering joyful, mindful, and meaningful learning experiences. The study highlights the importance of active, authentic, and collaborative learning, while also emphasizing the ethical considerations such as adaptability to digital learning environments and the quality of learning materials aligned with students' needs, interests, and life contexts.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakikatnya ialah untuk mengembangkan manusia dengan membebaskan mereka dari berbagai kekurangan moral dan spiritual, seperti ketidaktahuan, ketidakmampuan, kebohongan, dan ketidakjujuran. Pendidikan karakter kini menjadi perhatian strategis dalam system pendidikan di Indonesia, mengingat krisis moral yang semakin berkembang belakangan ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter religius siswa sekolah dasar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari studi ini ialah pendidikan pancasila berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, sikap, dan perilaku sesuai dengan Pancasila. Guru memiliki peran krusial dalam membimbing siswa baik secara akademik maupun karakter, dengan fokus pada etika, sikap saling menghormati, kedisiplinan, dan kegiatan keagamaan. Lingkungan seperti sekolah, keluarga, dan sosial juga memengaruhi pembentukan karakter. Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menyusun Profil Pelajar Pancasila untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui enam aspek utama. Pendidikan Pancasila penting dalam membentuk generasi bangsa yang bermoral dan berkualitas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the (1) lack of utilization of the belajar..id platform which causes the belajar..id platform provided by the education and culture office to be useless. This research aims to find out how much the belajar.id platform benefits the (2) learning process at Al-Ishlah Cilegon High School. The research method used is (3) descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation of teachers and students. The results show that the utilization of the belajar.id platform has not been maximized because of the 14 applications integrated with the belajar.id account, Al-Ishlah Cilegon High School students only use 2 applications. In conclusion, students have activated the belajar.id account but have not used it optimally, it is only used to log into the premium canva account and save files on google drive, because the storage becomes larger. Keywords: Belajar.id, Learning Process, Descriptive Qualitative ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh (1) kurangnya pemanfaatan platform belajar.id yang menyebabkan tidak bergunanya platform belajar.id yang diberikan oleh dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat platform belajar.id dalam (2) proses pembelajaran di SMA Al-Ishlah Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (3) kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap guru dan siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan platform belajar.id belum maksimal karena dari 14 aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan akun belajar.id, siswa-siswi SMA Al-Ishlah Cilegon hanya menggunakan 2 aplikasi saja. Kesimpulannya, siswa-siswi sudah mengaktivasi akun belajar.id tetapi belum menggunakannya secara maksimal, hanya digunakan untuk login ke akun canva premium dan menyimpan file di google drive, karena penyimpanan menjadi lebih besar. Abstract

Digital literacy is characterized as the competence to understand and utilize information presented in various formats from various sources accessed through computing devices. This research aims to conduct a literature review related to the implementation of school digital literacy. The research method is SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Data collection was done by reviewing the same articles in this study. The articles used in this study were 11 articles from google scholar, national and international indexed journals. Abstract

Scientific literacy skills are one of the important skills to develop in science learning because they can help students have the ability to solve problems by utilizing science and technology. Scientific literacy skills must be trained from an early age from elementary school level. However, previous research shows that elementary school students' scientific literacy abilities are still low. The application of the STEM approach is one type of learning that can improve the scientific literacy skills of elementary school students. This is the basis for carrying out this research. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of the science technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) approach assisted by scratch on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students, 2) To determine the increase in scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students who receive learning using the STEM approach assisted by scratch media. better than students who receive learning with a scientific approach. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design in science and technology learning on energy transformation material. The instrument used is a scientific literacy ability test. The conclusions that can be obtained from this research are: 1) There is an influence of applying the scratch-assisted STEM approach on students' scientific literacy abilities by 48.2%, 2) There is an increase in scientific literacy abilities who receive learning using the scratch-assisted STEM approach better than students who get learning with a scientific approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bakalan 02 Polokarto Sukoharjo”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan ANBK di SD Negeri Bakalan 02. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan ANBK di SD Negeri Bakalan 02 terdiri dari kesiapan sekolah, kesiapan guru, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana, serta kesiapans iswa. Kesiapan sekolah dengan menyiapkan modul atau buku sebagai bahan pembelajaran ANBK, menyiapkan persediaan laptop dan jaringan internet, serta melaksanakan simulasi kesiapan alat-alat. Kesiapan guru dengan memberikan latihan soal yang relevan dengan materi yang diujikan. Kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dengan memastikan bahwa perangkat laptop dalam kondisi baik. Kesiapan siswa dengan melaksanakan simulasi ANBK. Pelaksanaan ANBK tidak lepas dari berbagai tantangan terkait sarana dan prasarana. Hambatan yang utama yaitu keterbatasan jumlah komputer/laptop yang tersedia, di mana guru menyediakan 5 unit, sehingga mengharuskan pihak sekolah untuk meminjam perangkat dari siswa dan mahasiswa. Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas ritus Tari Asek, sebuah ritual khas Kerinci yang berfungsi sebagai sarana penyembuhan dan pembersihan energi negatif. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan tokoh adat, dukun, dan masyarakat setempat, artikel ini mengeksplorasi simbolisme dalam setiap tahap ritus ini. Tari Asek bukan hanya untuk kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, tetapi juga menjaga hubungan harmonis dengan leluhur dan alam. Dukun sebagai pemimpin ritus berperan penting dalam melestarian tradisi. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Tari Asek bukan sekadar ritual penyembuhan, tetapi simbol identitas budaya yang kaya dan penuh makna bagi masyarakat Kerinci.

Abstract

The slang used by Generation Alpha is influenced by the development of social media, technology, and information. Generation Alpha itself is a human being born from 2010 to 2025, which many people call the child of the Millennial Generation and also the younger sibling of Generation Z. The Tiktok platform is the main media that bridges language development. This research was conducted with the aim of (1) knowing the variety of Alpha Generation slang in the TikTok mrci.tv account, (2) knowing the connotation meaning of the Alpha Generation slang variety in the TikTok mrci.tv account, and (3) knowing the context of using the Alpha Generation slang variety in the TikTok mrci.tv account. The method used in making this scientific work is a qualitative method obtained through observation, listening, and recording. Generation Alpha has access to global information quickly and easily so that they absorb new vocabulary from various languages. The vocabulary is modified into slang that is adapted to their social context. The results revealed that (1) the varieties of Alpha Generation slang in the TikTok account mrci.tv are sigma, rizz, mewing, skibidi, ohio, big l, gyatt, blud, no cap, +1000 Aura, fannum tax, yapping. (2) the connotation meaning of the Alpha Generation slang variety in the TikTok mrci.tv account is that sigma means best, rizz means dazzling, mewing means cool, ohi means weird, and (3) the context of use of the Alpha Generation slang variety in the TikTok mrci.tv account is that it is used in non-formal situations and used in daily conversations with peers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pop-up Book is a three-dimensional media designed to stimulate children's creativity while expanding their knowledge, making it easier to understand the representation of the shape of an object. The purpose of this study is to assess the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the Food Chain Pop-up Book media that combines texts, songs, quizzes, and interactive visuals in the learning of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade V of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. The ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model is used as a development approach in this study. The research sample consisted of 24 students in grade V and had validation sheets, questionnaires, and final tests. The results of the study prove that the percentage of validation of material experts is 90%, and the percentage of validation of media experts is 98% with a total of 94% of the total validation is included in the very valid criteria. The student response sheet showed a percentage of 91%, included in the very valid criteria, while the teacher response sheet reached a percentage of 100% in the very valid category. The percentage of field trial results through posttest is 89%, which is also very valid. The results of the instrument prove that the Food Chain Pop-Up Book media used in IPAS learning is very valid and suitable for use in grade V elementary school learning. Keywords: Pop-up Book, Food Chain, Learning Media ABSTRAK Pop-up Book merupakan media tiga dimensi yang dirancang guna merangsang kreativitas anak sekaligus memperluas ilmu mereka, sehingga memudahkan dalam memahami representasi bentuk suatu objek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai validitas, efektivitas, dan kepraktisan media Pop-up Book Rantai Makanan yang menggabungkan teks, lagu, kuis, dan visual interaktif dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) digunakan sebagai pendekatan pengembangan dalam penelitian ini. Sample penelitian terdiri dari 24 siswa kelas V dan memiliki lembar validasi, angket, dan tes akhir. Hasil penelitian membuktikan persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 90%, dan persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 98% dengan total keseluruhan validasi mencapai 94% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat valid. Lembar respon siswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 91%, masuk dalam kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan lembar respon guru mencapai persentase 100% dalam kategori sangat valid. Persentase hasil uji coba lapangan melalui postest adalah 89%, yang juga tergolong sangat valid. Hasil instrument membuktikan bahwa media Pop-Up Book Rantai Makanan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kelas V Sekolah Dasar.
