Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in learning as an anti-bullying preventive effort in class XI of SMA N 1 Sukoharjo and to implement the obstacles faced in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects including Pancasila Education teachers, vice principals for student affairs, and 20 class XI students of SMA N 1 Sukoharjo. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out through the instillation of humanity, unity and cooperation, habituation of attitude reflection, and learning related to bullying problems in everyday life. In addition, there are anti-bullying preventive efforts carried out by teachers such as instilling moral and character values, providing anti-bullying socialization to students, and teachers as role models for students. The obstacles found include teachers' understanding that still needs strengthening in implementing Pancasila values, learning strategies that have not fully involved all students actively, limited effectiveness of learning resources in dealing with the development of social media, low social involvement of some students, school environmental conditions that are still influenced by bullying behavior, support for school policies that need to be consistently strengthened, and the influence of factors outside the school such as social interactions and social media.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low gross motor skills observed among early childhood students at the Yayasan Amalan Kindergarten in Padang City. Issues included poor balance during jumping and a lack of agility, attributed to limited outdoor physical activity variations and high daily screen time (mobile phone usage). Consequently, this study aimed to determine the impact of the traditional game galah asin on children's gross motor skills. A quantitative experimental method was employed using a quasi-experimental design with pre-tests and post-tests administered to both experimental and control groups. The study population consisted of 30 students from Yayasan Amalan Kindergarten, divided into three classes: Ali, Umar, and Uthman. The Umar class (10 children) was designated as the experimental group, while the Ali class (10 children) served as the control group. The results revealed a highly significant difference in gross motor skill development between the two groups. In the control group, the overall score showed only a modest increase, rising from a pre-test total of 162 (mean: 16.2) to a post-test total of 185 (mean: 18.5). In contrast, the experimental group experienced a much more substantial developmental surge, with scores rising from a pre-test total of 156 (mean: 15.6) to a post-test total of 229 (mean: 22.9). Analysis of the pre-test and post-test data yielded an average gain score of 7.3 for the experimental group and 2.3 for the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that the traditional game *galah asin* is highly effective and is recommended as a fun, active learning tool to stimulate gross motor skills among children at Yayasan Amalan Kindergarten in Padang City.

Abstract

Women's representation in Indonesian political leadership remains far below the mandated 30% affirmative quota, making the emergence of female regional leaders a significant phenomenon worth examining. This study investigates how Sherly Tjoanda, Governor of North Maluku, constructs her political branding as a woman through TikTok content on the account @sherlytjoanda. The central question addressed is: how is Sherly Tjoanda's political branding as a woman constructed through TikTok? This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using qualitative content analysis as its method. The corpus consists of 70 videos published between January and March 2026, analyzed through a layered coding framework based on Carprara et al.'s political branding personality, encompassing seven dimensions: sincerity leads to agreeableness, competence and energy, excitement, openness, sophistication, ruggedness, and consociation. Gender communication patterns were analyzed using Grebelsky-Lichtman's Mixed Communication Model (2017), which distinguishes masculine and feminine verbal and nonverbal communication. Findings reveal that the Competence and Energy dimension is the most dominant across the corpus, followed by Consociation and Sincerity Leads to Agreeableness, while Sophistication and Ruggedness appear minimally. In terms of gender communication patterns, feminine verbal combined with feminine nonverbal communication dominates the entire corpus, diverging from Grebelsky-Lichtman's model which predicts masculine verbal paired with feminine nonverbal as the typical pattern for senior female politicians. This divergence is attributed to TikTok's informal character, which privileges authenticity and emotional closeness over formal authority. The study concludes that Sherly's political branding positions femininity not as a liability but as a deliberate and effective communication strategy in digital political spaces.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of biodiversity through the implementation of the Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning model in fifth-grade at SD IT Muhammadiyah Bireuen. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The subjects of this study were 20 students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, teacher and student activity observation sheets, and response questionnaires. The results of the study in Cycle I showed that teacher activity reached an average of 87.69% and student activity reached 82.09% (both in the excellent category), but classical learning completeness only reached 40% (8 out of 20 students) with a low average score. After improvements were made in Cycle II, a significant increase occurred in students' learning outcomes, with the classical completeness rate reaching 85% (17 out of 20 students). This indicates that the success indicator of 80% had been exceeded. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the AIR learning model is effective in improving Science (IPA) learning outcomes on biodiversity materials for fifth-grade students at SD IT Muhammadiyah Bireuen.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the skills of the 21st century that need to be measured using valid and reliable instruments. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the feasibility of critical thinking ability test instruments on Static Fluid materials through content validity, empirical validity, and reliability tests. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of three lecturers of Physics Education at Padang State University as validators and 34 grade XI students of SMAN 6 Padang. The research instrument included expert validation sheets as many as 20 statement items and a critical thinking ability test in the form of six phenomena-based essay questions developed into 24 questions based on Facione's critical thinking indicators, namely interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. The validity of the contents was analyzed using the Aiken's V index, the validity of the item using Pearson's Product Moment correlation, and the reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results showed that the value of Aiken's V ranged from 0.7222–0.8000 so that all aspects of the instrument were declared valid. The results of the empirical validity test showed that 20 out of 24 questions were valid, while 4 were invalid. The reliability test of 20 valid questions obtained a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.912 with a very high category. Thus, the test instruments developed meet the criteria of validity and reliability so that they are suitable for measuring students' critical thinking skills on Static Fluid materials.

Abstract

The prevalence of diabetes was increasing worldwide. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that 578 million people will suffer from diabetes in 2030 and 700 million people in 2045. Health education was an important aspect of diabetes management. Pocket book media was a type of information media that can disseminate various information, especially regarding broader material. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the type 2 diabetes mellitus healthy diet pocket book on the knowledge and compliance of type 2 diabetes outpatients in Arjasa Health Center, Jember Regency. This research was a quantitative experiment with a post-test only design and a sample of 50 respondents (total sampling) from two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data processing was analyzed using the wilcoxon signed rank test because the data was not normally distributed. The study revealed that the pocket book had no statistically significant effect on the knowledge of outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (p = 0.053). However, it demonstrated a significant effect on patient adherence (p = 0.000) at Arjasa Public Health Center, Jember Regency. The diabetes healthy diet pocketbook was effective in improving dietary adherence among patients, although it did not significantly enhance their knowledge. Developing more interactive educational media and conducting long-term adherence evaluations are recommended to increase the effectiveness of the intervention.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing use of artificial intelligence technology, particularly ChatGPT, in the learning process, the benefits and impacts of which on students’ self-directed learning are not yet fully understood. This study aims to examine the use of the ChatGPT application in supporting digital-based self-directed learning and to identify the positive and negative impacts of its use by 11th-grade students in the Computer Science course at SMA Negeri 2 Bone. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consist of 11th-grade students who actively use ChatGPT in their Computer Science studies and the subject teacher as a supporting informant. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques, with validity testing conducted through triangulation. The results indicate that students utilize ChatGPT as a digital learning resource to search for information, obtain explanations of course material, complete exercises, deepen their understanding, and support self-directed learning. This use has positive effects, such as easier access to information, improved understanding of the material, more efficient use of study time, and increased student motivation and independence in learning. However, the use of ChatGPT also has negative effects, such as a reliance on instant answers, a decline in critical thinking skills, and the potential to receive inaccurate information if it is not verified. Therefore, ChatGPT should be used wisely as a learning aid, not as a substitute for students’ own thinking processes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the bayani epistemology within the corpus of Islamic scholarship by conducting a comparative analysis of the thought of Imam al-Shafi‘i and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, two central figures in the development of usul al-fiqh. Bayani epistemology is understood as an epistemic framework grounded in the authority of textual sources and linguistic structures as primary instruments in legal derivation. Imam al-Shafi‘i, through his seminal work al-Risalah, established a systematic framework of usul al-fiqh by articulating a hierarchical structure of legal sources, including the Qur’an, Sunnah, consensus (ijma‘), and analogical reasoning (qiyas). His approach demonstrates an integration between textual fidelity and methodical linguistic reasoning. Conversely, Imam Hanbali represents a stricter textual orientation, prioritizing hadith and the reports of the Companions as core epistemic foundations while limiting the application of qiyas to its minimum necessity. Using a literature-based method and content analysis, this study finds that although both scholars fall within the bayani epistemological paradigm, significant differences appear in their degree of rational engagement, methodological structuring, and textual orientation. These findings underscore the substantial contributions of the two scholars to the diversification of usul al-fiqh methodologies and their relevance to contemporary Islamic legal thought.

Abstract

The management of distribution materials at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tabing often faces obstacles due to manual recording processes that lack real-time synchronization and are prone to human error. This study aims to develop a Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on Progressive Web App (PWA) and Firebase to optimize logistics operational efficiency. The development follows the Waterfall methodology, which provides a structured approach from analysis to implementation. The system incorporates Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data integrity and secure user access management. The results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully digitizes stock recording and material tracking, significantly improving the accuracy of logistics data and providing better decision-making support for management.
