Abstract

The use of creative and innovative teaching materials in learning has a very important role so that it can increase students' interest in learning and be able to make it easier to understand learning materials, especially in social studies learning. This study aims to produce a product in the form of comic-based educational materials for IPS lessons that cover various types of community economic activities for Class V of SDN 1 Kuripan Utara, which are valid and practical. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a research model used being the 4D model, which consists of four stages: Define (definition), Design (design), Development (development), and Disseminate (dissemination). This study was conducted at SDN 1 Kuripan Utara. The subjects of the study were 8 fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Kuripan Utara. The object of the study was comic-based educational materials for IPS lessons on the topic of types of community economic activities. The research methods used in this study are questionnaires, in the form of expert media and material validation questionnaire and teacher and student response questionnaire. The results of this study are based on expert media validation tests, which yielded a score of 83.63% with a very valid criterion. The results of the expert material validation test yielded a score of 81.25% with a very valid criterion. Then, based on the practicality test according to the teacher's response, the result was 89% with a very practical criterion. Similarly, the result of the student's response was 81% with a very practical criterion. Therefore, it can be concluded based on the research results that the comic-based educational materials developed are feasible to used for teaching IPS lessons on the topic of types of community economic activities for Class V of SDN 1 Kuripan Utara.

Abstract

The background in this study is the low ability to think critically in Social Science subjects of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 43 Palembang. This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Game Tournament learning model on the critical thinking ability of social science fifth grade students of SD Negeri 43 Palembang. This research is a quantitative research with experimental method (Quasi Experimental Design) with Posttest-Only design. The data collection technique in this study was a test instrument in the form of a posttest question. The sample in this study used saturated sampling, namely 37 students of SD Negeri 43 Palembang. The results showed that based on the t-test, the tcount value was 3.484 and the ttable was 2.030, meaning that the t count> t table, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So it can be concluded that the Team Game Tournament learning model in social science subjects has a significant influence on the critical thinking skills of social science class V students of SD Negeri 43 Palembang

Abstract

Developing water-related materials is a step to improve the learning process for students. This research aims to develop and produce teaching material products in the form of flipbook-based emodules for grade 3 students at SD Negeri 143 Palembang which educators can use in the learning process. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 143 Palembang in Class 3C. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The validity results consisted of material experts, media experts and language experts who obtained 90% results in the very valid category. The feasibility results from educators obtained a 96% rating in the very feasible category. The difference between the learning outcomes of students who had not used the module (with an average score of 3.29) and those who used it (with an average score of 97.67) was significan. The effectiveness results obtained from the pretest and posttest showed an N-Gain of 0.96 in the very effective category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine to describe the preparation of teachers in implementing self-development-based Inclusive Education at SD Dwijendra Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative research, with descriptive methods. The research population was 1 principal, 1 special supervisor teacher, and 1 class teacher. Data collection uses interview sheets, observation sheets and documentation sheets. The results of data analysis Planning carried out at SD Dwijendra Mataram is that there is no special work program for special assistance teachers, there is only coaching, which is carried out 2 times a week, after school

Abstract

This study was conducted as a literature analysis aimed at elu-cidating the role of parents in fostering students' learning moti-vation at the elementary school level based on findings from various articles. To achieve this objective, the study adopts a qualitative approach, focusing on the detailed description, iden-tification, and in-depth exploration of findings from previous studies. The sources used in this research include journals and articles. The data analysis process in this literature review in-volves several stages, such as source identification, literature selection, synopsis creation, theme synthesis, comparative analysis, conclusion formulation, and evaluation of the source's credibility. The study reveals that parental involvement directly contributes to students' learning motivation, analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The importance of paren-tal support in the educational process is crucial; however, it of-ten faces obstacles such as parents' busy schedules and a need for more awareness regarding the importance of educa-tion.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to produce learning media Pop up book for reading skills of grade 1 students of SDN Godog; 2) to describe the quality of the Pop Up Book quality of Pop Up Book learning media products for reading skills of grade 1 students of SDN Godog based on product validity. This research uses the research method (R&D). Development research This development research refers to the 4-D development model development model developed by Thiagarajan which It consists of the stages: defining, designing, developing and disseminating. However, this research only reached the development stage. Subjects in this research The subjects in this study were grade 1 students of SDN Godog. The instruments used in this research The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. The results of this study is the overall validity test gets a high score with criteria very feasible. Pop up book media validation got a score with an average of 88% very feasible criteria. Test based on teacher's response showed 91% and parent's response showed 90%, both with the criteria “very practical”, and the effectiveness of Pop up book media is declared “effective”. This can be seen from the test questions that have been done. Thus, the development of Pop up book media on material recognizes the letters of the alphabet for reading skills of grade 1 students elementary school has been feasible, and is feasible to be applied to Indonesian language learning on material to recognize the letters of the alphabet.

Abstract

This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Several stages carried out in this research include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this research were class X students of SMAN 1 Pare-pare, totaling 36 students. The process of implementing audio visual media in this research uses power point and is displayed using an LCD with a saga story showing.The results of research using audio-visual media to improve student learning outcomes can be declared successful. In pre-cycle activities the average value of student learning outcomes was 64. In cycle I the average value of student learning outcomes was 77 with a KKM achievement percentage of 86%. Meanwhile, in cycle II the average value of student learning outcomes was 83 with a KKM achievement percentage of 100%. From these learning results, there has been an increase from pre-cycle activities to cycle I or cycle II activities at each meeting. The results of this research prove that the use of audio-visual media can improve student learning

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca sangat berperan dalam proses pembelajaran pada semuabidang ilmu. Karena dengan adanya kemampuan membaca dapat memperolehinformasi untuk menambah dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkankemampuan membaca melalui media pembelajaran flashcard pada siswa inklusidi kelas 3 SD. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Padapenelitian ini terdapat 2 siklus, yang disetiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahapperencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, dan analisis dan refleksi. Pada siklus Imemperoleh hasil 52,38% dan siklus II memperoleh hasil 85,71% maka dapatdisimpulkan mengalami adanya peningkatan dalam kemampuan membaca.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the execution of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5) within the independent curriculum's SBDP dance subjects at elementary schools. It explores P5 learning focused on the theme of unity within school contexts and identifies the factors that support or hinder the implementation of P5 learning in dance arts within elementary schools implementing the Merdeka Curriculum education program. The descriptive qualitative research method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study finding’s demonstrate that implementing project-based learning to enhance the profile of Pancasila students in the independent curriculum's dance subject within the Arts, Culture, and Physical Education (SBDP) course in fourth grade at SD Negeri 01 Jatilawang offers significant benefits. It helps students develop artistic thinking, work, experience, creativity, and reflective skills. Fourth-grade teachers utilize this approach as a resource and facilitate learning projects to bolster the Pancasila student profile in their students at school. Efforts to learn the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in dance with the theme of bhineka tunggal ika make a significant contribution to the understanding of Pancasila values in students. The implication is that project learning to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SD Negeri 01 Jatilawang has succeeded in improving the quality of dance learning in the independent curriculum by strengthening dance competencies and developing the attitude of the spirit of nationalism in students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing perception that the sector education has failed in nurturing the younger generation, as can be seen from the increase incidents related to a decline in moral values. This condition occurs due to many reasons educational institutions that prioritize cognitive values and ignore values and ignore values moral. For this reason, the government must immediately take responsive action to ensure education national in accordance with Law. No. 20 of 2003, focuses on the application of values character as well as strengthening school culture, in order to achieve the aim of forming a generation with strong and competent character. This research carried out to find out how the implementation of religius character in building character values in students at SD Muhammadiyah 12 Surabaya. Researcher using a qualitative descriptive approach, with research subjects including students class IV, class teacher, and principal. The findings from this study show that implementation of a school culture that focuses on religious character at Muhammadiyah elementary school 12 Surabaya involes a series of routine activities that strengthen religious character, both in the classroom and within the school as a whole.
