Abstract

Digitalization has profoundly impacted various aspects of the music industry, including the shift from physical formats to digital media. However, the influence of digitization in the K-pop industry is at odds with the continued purchase of physical products, such as albums. The objective of this study is to ascertain the following: (1) The Effect of Social Media Marketing on Customer Satisfaction, (2) The Effect of Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (3) The Effect of Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions, (4) The Effect of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions, (5) The Effect of Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions, (6) The Effect of Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions Through Customer Satisfaction, and (7) The Effect of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions Through Customer Satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, with 93 respondents who purchased Stray Kids music albums between September and November 2024. The results of this study indicate that (1) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) product quality has a positive and significant effect. Purchasing decisions, (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction, and (7) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance and work motivation as intervening variables at PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA Logistics) Semarang, Central Java. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. In this research, the sample was determined using a non-random sampling method (non-probability sampling) with a purposive sampling procedure with a sample size of 50 people. The research data was processed in a quantitative descriptive manner using path analysis techniques and using Smart PLS 3.29. The results of the study concluded that (1) work discipline had a positive and insignificant effect on work motivation, (2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) work discipline had a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, (4) organizational culture had a positive effect and significant on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect as an intervening variable that is able to mediate work discipline on employee work performance, (7) work motivation has a positive and significant effect as a capable intervening variable mediates organizational culture on employee work performance.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of Technological Engineering in strengthening 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity) for elementary school students. The Merdeka curriculum implemented in Indonesia emphasizes the importance of strengthening student character through project-based learning. This research was conducted at SD Labschool UNNES with a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data. The results showed that the implementation of P5 with the theme of Technological Engineering was able to strengthening students' critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration skills through various projects, such as making creative houses, aesthetic lanterns, swing wheels, and simple robots. In addition, the integration of technology in learning also helps students understand technology concepts more deeply and applicatively. Therefore, the implementation of P5 based on Engineering Technology can be an effective strategy in strengthening 4C skills for elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the impact of applying the icebreaking technique in increasing the focus and involvement of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Islamiyah students, especially in facing learning challenges in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which includes in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and distributing questionnaires to students. The research results showed that the application of the icebreaking technique significantly increased student concentration, with 85% of students reporting feeling more prepared and focused in participating in learning after the icebreaking activity. Apart from that, the implementation of icebreaking also creates a more interactive and fun classroom atmosphere, which encourages active student involvement in both face-to-face and digital learning. Icebreaking techniques that integrate technology, such as the use of educational apps or games, have proven effective in helping students adapt to digital learning without being distracted by distractions from technological devices. However, the limitations of this research lie in its limited scope to one madrasa and not taking into account other external factors that influence student focus. Further research is recommended to expand the scope and consider external variables in the analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the improvement of physics learning in improving students' argumentation skills. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA analysis model. The process includes several steps, namely formulating research questions, conducting searches sourced from the Semantic Scholar Database, using three keywords, namely High school; scientific argumentation; Physics Learning in 2014 to 2024. Furthermore, the next stage is to conduct an initial filtering based on the year of publication, followed by a second filtering based on the research criteria to be analyzed. After that, an analysis of the literature published in 2014 to 2024 was carried out and the results were reported in this literature study. This study shows that students' scientific argumentation skills are crucial skills in physics learning that can be improved through learning models, because these models help students understand good argumentation structures and practice developing scientific arguments effectively.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low literacy ability of students, which is still at the minimum competency level (insufficient literacy). The researcher aims to determine the impact of using audiovisual media in enhancing students' linguistic intelligence as an alternative literacy tool besides books. This study was conducted to examine the effects of audiovisual media on the development of students' linguistic intelligence. A quantitative method was applied using a quasi-experimental design, with a posttest-only control design framework. Data collection techniques involved posttest assessments and observations. The data analysis methods used in this research included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and the Mann-Whitney test. The findings of this study were obtained from the "Test Statistics" results in the Mann-Whitney test, which indicated that audiovisual media had a significant impact on the development of linguistic intelligence in first-grade students at SDN Margorejo I Surabaya in the Pancasila Education subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of school discipline in improving the discipline of grade V students at SD Negeri Samata. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects of this study are the principal, class teacher, and 5 students of SD Negeri Samata. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. In this study, the implementation of school discipline in improving student discipline is (a) students come and leave school on time, (b) students do not leave class/skip school, (c) students complete assignments according to the set time, (d) students obey/do not violate applicable regulations, (e) students are not lazy in learning, (f) students do not tell others to do their assignments, (g) students do not cheat, (h) students do not make a noise in class during class hours, (i) students do not disturb others who are studying. In this study, it can be seen that: (1) the school has implemented strict policies to ensure student discipline in terms of time, (2) the school has a strict policy against truancy, with sanctions that vary according to the level of violation, such as reprimands etc., (3) the school can help students develop a sense of responsibility by creating a supportive environment, (4) the school has a strong commitment to supporting teachers to educate students about the importance of complying with regulations through various strategic measures, (5) the school handles lazy students with a holistic approach and focuses on individual understanding and solutions, (6) the school educates students on the importance of completing tasks independently as part of character formation and responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning innovations implemented at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) An-Nuur and its impact on improving the quality of education. Learning innovation is an effort to improve and develop learning methods and strategies to be more effective and efficient in achieving educational goals. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the learning innovations implemented at MDTA An-Nuur, such as the use of technology in learning, the application of active learning methods, and the development of competency-based curriculum, can significantly improve the quality of education. Students showed an increase in learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and understanding of subject matter. This study suggests that learning innovations continue to be developed and adjusted to student needs and technological developments to achieve better quality of education.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The experimental design applied was one group pretest-posttest design. The population and sample in the research were students in class VA SDN 64/I Muara Bulian, totaling 27 students. The sampling technique used in this research was Probability Sampling with Cluster Random Sampling type. The data collection technique is a problem solving ability test. Validation of the assessment instrument uses validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques through normality and hypothesis testing activities. The research results show that the PMRI approach has quite an influence on the problem solving abilities of fifth grade elementary school students. This is proven by the average initial ability value, namely 47.34, and the final ability after being given the PBL model treatment, namely 68.60. According to N-Gain calculations, the average increase from pretest to posttest is 0.43 in the medium category. After carrying out the Wilcoxon test, the sig value was also obtained. < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be stated that the PMRI approach has quite an influence on the problem solving abilities of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a STEM-SRSD-based Natural and Social Science learning model to improve the numeracy and critical thinking skills of elementary school students that is valid, practical, and effective. The development of this model is motivated by the greater focus on literacy skills, while numeracy skills are often neglected, even though these skills are crucial in the modern era. Based on preliminary studies, the use of STEM approaches and SRSD strategies is still limited among teachers. Therefore, this research aims to develop a learning model that can train students' numeracy skills. This study uses a mixed-method approach with an embedded experimental model design. The development model selected is the 4D design (define, design, develop, disseminate). The research subjects consisted of 19 students in the experimental class and 18 students in the control class at SD Negeri 01 Panca Tunggal Jaya. The results showed that expert validation obtained an average score of 7.10 with a validity percentage of 78.85%, categorized as valid. The practicality test showed an average score of 95.79%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test showed an N-Gain of 0.74 for the experimental class (effective), while the control class had 0.04 (less effective). Therefore, the STEM-SRSD learning model is valid, practical, and effective in improving the numeracy and critical thinking skills of elementary school students, while also introducing a new learning model.
