Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Pancasila values ​​have shaped Indonesian society in the digital era. The main issue raised is how Pancasila can function as a moral and ethical basis to overcome the difficulties faced by the younger generation as a result of the influence of digital technology. This study uses a literature review methodology combined with a qualitative research strategy, utilizing secondary data from various related scientific articles and journals. To synthesize knowledge based on the author's ideas and experiences, the analysis process is carried out narratively. The findings of the study indicate that the basic values ​​of Pancasila. Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Social Justice can function as a framework for developing strong social ethics. In the context of education, the incorporation of Pancasila values ​​into the curriculum makes a significant contribution to the development of a young generation that has strong digital ethics and academic intelligence. This study also emphasizes how important it is for the government, education community, and society to work together in order to promote the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in all areas of life, including online. The younger generation is expected to be able to respond to the complexity of the digital era wisely, ethically, and with integrity if Pancasila values ​​are prioritized

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes in physical education sports and health learning for class VIII students of SMP Neger 2 Telukjambe Barat. This research uses quantitative with correlation research methods using questionnaires. The research sample was class VIII students totaling 85 students. This study aims to determine the relationship between student discipline using a questionnaire and learning outcomes using the last semester report card scores. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation techniques. The results obtained showed that if student discipline with learning outcomes in learning physical education sports and health as evidenced by the Significance value is 0.001 <0.05. These results can be interpreted that there is a relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes in learning physical education sports and health in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat. And has a correlation of 0.377 and obtained a coefficient of determination R Square of 0.142 which implies that the influence of the student discipline variable with the learning outcomes variable is 14.2%.

Abstract

Pancasila is the collective soul of the Indonesian people, providing life to the state and guiding society toward justice and prosperity. This research examines the application of Pancasila's values in the daily lives of the Sasak community in Dusun Sade, Rembitan Village, a culturally rich area facing challenges of modernization and globalization. Employing a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, the study aims to explore how Pancasila principles, such as social justice, mutual cooperation, and consensus-building, are internalized and practiced in resolving social conflicts while preserving local traditions. The findings reveal the significance of integrating Pancasila into cultural practices to maintain social cohesion and strengthen cultural identity. The research offers theoretical insights into the relevance of Pancasila in diverse local contexts and practical recommendations for policy development to support cultural preservation and social harmony. This study highlights the importance of balancing cultural heritage with modern influences to foster a united and harmonious society.

Abstract

Leadership is a key element in organizational success. Various approaches have been developed to understand the role of leaders in influencing individual and group behavior. Among the most common approaches are classical and situational leadership styles, which reflect two different perspectives on how leaders can achieve optimal effectiveness in various situations. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze the differences between classical and situational leadership styles in various organizational contexts. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting a review of various literature and references related to classical and situational leadership styles. The results of the analysis show that classical and situational leadership styles offer different approaches to leading an organization. Classical leadership tends to prioritize tight control, hierarchical structure, and clear commands, while situational leadership offers greater flexibility by adjusting the leadership style based on the conditions and needs of subordinates.

Abstract

Education investment is a strategic step to improve the quality of human resources and economic growth. This study uses library research with a cost-benefit analysis (ABM) approach to evaluate the effectiveness of education investment in Indonesia, including direct costs, indirect costs, and benefits such as increased income up to 2.5 times and positive social impacts, such as reduced inequality. The results show a favorable cost-benefit ratio, especially in higher education. Recommendations include increasing the budget, expanding scholarships, and integrating technology to optimize education investment.

Abstract

Educational institutions have a responsibility to realize the ideals of educating the nation's life and forming a virtuous national personality, so that education can be defined as an important factor in realizing quality human resources (HR). This research is to describe the financial management of education at SD Negeri Kalongan 01. The research used is descriptive qualitative which refers to an explanation of Educational Financing Management. With this research, the author will use descriptive research methods through a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the principal, property, teachers, parents and the school committee. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Financial management and financing principles that must be applied include transparency, accountability, effectiveness, efficiency and fairness. The research results show (1) Financial planning education is made into a 1 year budget. (2) The implementation of financing is carried out in accordance with the RAPBS and is reported every three months. (3) Monitoring and evaluation of education financing is carried out periodically.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the improvement in student learning interest using visual media to prevent boredom during thematic learning on the weather theme, which includes Indonesian language and mathematics. This research used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design and employed the ProblemBased Learning (PBL) model. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and observations. Based on inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, the calculated t-value was 0.052%. With a frequency (df) of 25-1=24, at a significance level of 0.05%, the ttable value was 0.025. Since the t-calculated value > t-table value at the 0.05 significance level, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. This indicates that there is an effect of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on student learning interest with the help of visual media on the weather theme at SD Negeri 104280 Pulau Gambar.

Abstract

Efektivitas guru dalam proses pendidikan tercermin dalam hasil belajar siswa. Pembelajaran yang berhasil sering dievaluasi berdasarkan penyajian materi oleh guru. Meskipun demikian, pendidik terus menghadapi tantangan dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dalam pengajaran. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menguji dampak model pembelajaran Visualisasi Auditori Kinestetik berbasis game. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi-eksperimental yang menggunakan desain kelompok pre-test post-tes control. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 45 siswa, yang dipilih dengan metode pengambilan sampel acak. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelompok eksperimen yang terdiri dari 23 siswa dan kelompok kontrol yang terdiri dari 22 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pertanyaan tes. Hasil penelitian, yang diperoleh dari uji-t, menunjukkan thitung sebesar 19,893 dan ttabel sebesar 2,016. Perbandingan ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebi dari ttabel, menunjukkan dampak signifikan dari model pembelajaran Visualisasi Auditori Kinestetik berbasis game terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa sekolah dasar kelas lima. Game yang digunakan berupa permainan Kata Ludo yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Visualisasi Auditori Kinestetik. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran Visualisasi Auditori Kinestetik yang dibantu Permainan Kata Ludo untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar

Abstract

Implementation of multicultural education in PAUD units has an important role in instilling the values ​​of diversity, tolerance and respect for differences from an early age. Multicultural education aims to form an early generation capable of living side by side in harmony. This research aims to provide an understanding for educators about how to implement multicultural education in PAUD units to increase effectiveness in an exciting learning process. Researchers used a qualitative approach with literature studies adapted to the topic of discussion. This research provides practical recommendations for educators to create an inclusive learning environment that supports the realization of multicultural education from an early age. Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the development of modernization, many challenges are faced in implementing the values of Pancasila, more specifically the value of unity. The aim of this research was to examine the impact of modernization on the shift in the value of unity in social life in Beber Hamlet. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study type. Data collection techniques were used in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted by the author show that modernization has had many negative impacts on the application of the value of unity, including the waning of the spirit of mutual cooperation and a shift in tradition.
