Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penggunaan AI terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar dengan menggunakan studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan dan mengamati jurnal dan e-book yang dapat menjadi sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI dapat memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara. Kecerdasan Buatan dapat memberikan umpan balik yang dipersonalisasi dalam pembelajaran berbicara. Beberapa produk berbasis AI dapat mendukung pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar, seperti Duolingo, ELSA, Aplikasi ELAi, Asisten Virtual Lyra, Asisten Google, Lingokids, dan konten berbasis AI. Namun, Kecerdasan Buatan memiliki efek atau potensi negatif, seperti berkurangnya keterampilan sosial dan emosional siswa dalam berkomunikasi, ketergantungan pada teknologi yang menyebabkan siswa menjadi pembelajar pasif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar dapat disebut sebagai pisau bermata dua. Di satu sisi, AI memberikan kontribusi positif dan dapat memudahkan siswa atau guru dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya bimbingan atau kontrol dalam penggunaan AI dari guru, orang tua, atau pelatih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the storytelling method using flashcard media in improving the speaking skills of fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki. This study uses quantitative experimental research (pre-experimental design) with a one-group pretest-posttest design experimental design. The sample used was 31 students of class IV B UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki. Data collection techniques used were observation, testing and documentation. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods. The results showed that there was an effect of the application of the storytelling method using flashcard media in improving the speaking skills of fourth-grade students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki. This can be seen from the increase in test scores given before the storytelling method was applied using flashcard media which only obtained an average pre-test score of 56.6 and after treatment the average post-test score was 74.8. The calculation results with t-test analysis after tcount = 15.8 and ttable 2.024 then obtained tcount> ttable or 15.8> 2.042. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. This means that the application of the storytelling method using flashcard media has an effect on the speaking skills of fourth grade students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Mannuruki.

Abstract

Basic education plays a fundamental role in shaping a nation's human capital and ensuring long-term socio-economic development. In Indonesia, the implementation of the school zoning policy, formalized through Ministerial Regulation No. 14 of 2018, was intended to promote equitable access to education. However, in practice, it has intensified disparities, especially for students from low-income families and those living in areas with inadequate educational infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the impact of the zoning policy on access inequality in primary education and to examine the role of digital technology in mitigating or exacerbating these disparities. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the study draws upon scholarly articles, policy reports, and official documents published within the last five years. Findings reveal that the zoning policy has not fully accounted for regional disparities and the digital divide, thereby reinforcing existing inequalities. The study contributes to the discourse on basic education policy by highlighting the need for a more integrative strategy—one that combines spatial equity with digital inclusion. Policy recommendations include the development of flexible zoning mechanisms tailored to local contexts and the expansion of equitable digital infrastructure and digital literacy programs to ensure just and inclusive educational access.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on the effectiveness of the talking stick learning model assisted by wordwall media in improving student learning outcomes, particularly in Pancasila Education. The aim of this research is to measure the influence of the model on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Kedensari 1. The study used a quantitative method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 22 students selected through total sampling. The instrument used a test that had been validated and tested for reliability. The analysis results showed a significant improvement, with the average pretest score increasing from 66.1 to 83.1 in the posttest. The paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect. The study concludes that the talking stick model assisted by wordwall is effective in improving Pancasila Education learning outcomes. The findings suggest that this model should be integrated into learning to enhance student engagement.

Abstract

Quality primary education serves as a fundamental pillar in developing competent human resources. One of the Indonesian government's strategic policies to ensure educational equity is the implementation of teacher certification programs at the elementary school level, aimed at enhancing teachers' professional competence as agents of instructional transformation. This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the elementary school teacher certification policy in improving learning quality and promoting transformation in basic education. Employing a qualitative method through a literature review approach, this research examines academic articles, policy reports, and scholarly literature from the past decade. The findings reveal that while certification enhances teacher motivation and professional recognition, its impact on instructional practices and student learning outcomes remains limited. Certification tends to be administrative in nature and is not yet fully integrated with continuous professional development initiatives. This study contributes to educational policy discourse by offering critical insights into the need for redesigning performance-based certification systems and reinforcing post-certification training as part of a more equitable and quality-driven basic education reform.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk mengetahui dampak dari strategi pembelajaran dan latar belakang pengetahuan terhadap kemahiran murid dalam menulis bahasa Indonesia di dalam kelas. Hasilnya dapat dijelaskan secara mendalam dan dengan banyak analisis karena penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sistem penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata, baik dalam bentuk tertulis maupun lisan, merupakan dasar dari penelitian kualitatif. Penulis mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi dari sejumlah publikasi referensi dan situs online untuk tujuan penelitian ini. Salah satu definisi teknik pembelajaran adalah pendekatan pendidikan yang memanfaatkan aktivitas dunia nyata untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Metode pembelajaran adalah pendekatan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan rencana yang telah ditetapkan dalam bentuk kegiatan nyata dan praktis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai macam pendekatan untuk pengajaran menulis. Namun, tidak semua pendekatan dapat digunakan untuk mengajar orang menulis. Kemampuan menulis adalah sebuah keterampilan proses. Kegiatan menulis itu sendiri, dan bagaimana anak-anak belajar untuk merangkai kalimat tentang apa saja dan segala sesuatu yang mereka sukai, harus menjadi pusat dari setiap instruksi menulis. Berbagai pendekatan digunakan untuk mengajarkan menulis, termasuk yang berikut ini: teknik langsung, komunikatif, integratif, tematik, konstruktivis, dan kontekstual. Dengan cara yang sama seperti ujian kemampuan lisan yang dapat berfungsi sebagai ujian praktik, ujian kemampuan menulis juga bisa. Kompetensi menulis adalah bagian dari kemahiran linguistik yang mencakup mencerna materi dan menggunakan bahasa secara efektif. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang dasar-dasar keberhasilan dan keterampilan menulis merupakan akar dari kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugas menulis. Tes kemahiran menulis yang ditujukan semata-mata untuk mengetahui kemampuan berbahasa, atau lebih tepatnya hanya unsur kebahasaan tertentu, bersifat lebih deskriptif atau mungkin integratif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the types of misconceptions that occur in the teaching of Indonesian writing skills in elementary schools through a literature review approach. Misconceptions are understood as incorrect understandings of linguistic concepts or rules, which result in low-quality student writing. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through a review of relevant scholarly articles. The findings show that misconceptions in writing occur in aspects such as text structure, spelling, punctuation, coherence, and word choice. These findings highlight the importance of teaching strategies that can identify and address misconceptions from an early stage.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant impacts on the development of students’ character, both positively and negatively. In this context, Civic Education (PKn) plays a strategic role in shaping students' character based on the values of Pancasila. This article aims to explore various innovative approaches in Civic Education that are relevant and effective in developing students’ character amidst rapid technological advancement. Through literature review and analysis of teaching practices in schools, it is found that digital-based approaches—such as the use of interactive media, online learning platforms, and integration of character-based content—can enhance student engagement while instilling values of nationalism, responsibility, and tolerance. Innovative Civic Education that is adaptive and contextual has proven to bridge the needs of students in the digital age with the goals of character education. Therefore, active teacher involvement is essential in designing learning experiences that are not only informative but also transformative in shaping intelligent, responsible, and morally grounded citizens.

Abstract

Masalah rendahnya motivasi dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya pada materi keberagaman sosial dan budaya di Indonesia, masih menjadi tantangan di SDN Ngijo 01. Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif menyebabkan proses belajar cenderung monoton dan berpusat pada guru, sehingga siswa kurang terlibat secara aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan media interaktif Wordwall dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan keaktifan siswa kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Subjek penelitian adalah guru wali kelas IV dan 26 siswa kelas IV SDN Ngijo 01. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media interaktif Wordwall pada pembelajaran keberagaman sosial dan budaya mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan keaktifan siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif bertanya, serta terlibat dalam diskusi dan pemecahan masalah. Guru juga merasakan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan materi dan mengelola kelas. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media interaktif Wordwall efektif sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the meaning of the mappettu ada tradition in Bugis traditional marriage in Benteng Village, Sungai Batang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Mappettu ada is a crucial stage that involves discussions between families about various aspects of marriage, including sompa (dowry) and dui mendre (expenses). Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that mappettu ada symbolizes commitment, respect, and consensus in Bugis culture. This tradition strengthens family ties and preserves cultural heritage.
