Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas V SDN 04 Talaok Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masingmasing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN 04 Talaok yang berjumlah 13 orang pada semester Januari-Juni tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Data penelitian berupa hasil pengamatan modul ajar, hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, serta hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model Kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa analisis pengamatan atau observasi, tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 72,72 (B), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 84,25 (A). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas V SDN 04 Talaok Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the obstacles faced by teachers in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SDN 187/I Teratai. With the introduction of the independent curriculum, it is important to understand the challenges faced by teachers in implementing this educational technology. This study is expected to provide insight for schools and the government in formulating more effective strategies to support teachers in the learning process. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations of grade I to VI teachers and the principal. Researchers conducted data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research participants consisted of teachers who were directly involved in the use of PMM, so that the data obtained could provide a comprehensive picture of the existing obstacles. The results of the study showed that there were several significant obstacles faced by teachers, including limited technological competence, lack of understanding of PMM features, and time constraints in implementing educational administration. In addition, teacher motivation and acceptance of the use of PMM are also important factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of this platform. The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve the quality of learning at SDN 187/I Teratai, collaborative efforts are needed between teachers, principals, and other related parties to overcome these obstacles.

Abstract

Reading is a learning process that can produce knowledge and insight from the information sources read. Reading ability is the basis for mastering various fields of study. If children at early school age do not immediately have reading skills, they will have difficulty in learning various fields of study in the following classes. This study aims to improve reading skills by using illustrated story media in the Indonesian Language subject of grade II Elementary School students. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research. The research was conducted in the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in three cycles, each cycle having two meetings. The subjects of this study were grade 2 Elementary School students totaling 20 students, namely 12 boys and 8 girls. The data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and documentation. While the data collection instrument used oral tests and student observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. Illustrated story media can improve the reading skills of grade 2 students of An-Nur Tanjung Morawa Private Elementary School with the acquisition of student observation scores that have increased from cycle I to cycle III and have obtained scores. In cycle I there was an increase with an average value of 65.1, in cycle II there was an increase with an average value of 73.7, and in cycle III there was an increase with an average value of 88.05. The completion in cycles I, II and III also increased from 60%, to 70% to 90%.

Abstract

Imam Al-Ghazali's background as a Sufi, a religious expert, and prioritizing noble morals greatly influenced him in all his thoughts, including Islamic education. The journey of Islamic education that has grown and developed until now is greatly influenced by the thoughts of the driving figures in implementing the learning system in his educational institutions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature data collection techniques (library research). Imam Al-Ghazali, a great scholar in Islamic history, is known for his profound thoughts in various fields, including education. In his work, Al-Ghazali emphasized the importance of character formation, moral development, and balance between worldly knowledge and the afterlife. Although Al-Ghazali lived in the 11th century, the concept of the educational system proposed is related to education today. One of the similarities lies in the concept of using reinforcement and punishment in the learning process. The results of this analysis show that there is a match between the concept of the educational system according to Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts and current education, especially in terms of character formation through positive and negative reinforcement. Through this understanding, we can learn that ideal education is one that integrates spiritual and behavioral aspects, by emphasizing the formation of good character in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of card short media in the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) strengthening project in the critical reasoning dimension in class IV MI Al-Iman Kraksaan. This research was conducted at MI Al-Iman in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were all students of class VI MI Al-Iman. The object of this study is the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with Card Short Media in the Critical Reasoning Dimension. The results of the study show that students have been actively involved in the critical thinking process. This is evidenced by their ability to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and formulate conclusions logically. With the help of media, especially card short media, students are much more enthusiastic in the teaching and learning process so that they can help students think logically and systematically, but are constrained by variations in use, time, and teacher skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe conflict management in classroom management as a strategy to improve learning success. Through a qualitative approach and literature review method, this study analyzes various reference sources, including books, journals, and previous studies. The results of the study indicate that effective conflict management requires strategies such as early conflict prevention, identification of conflict sources, constructive conflict resolution, and follow-up evaluation. However, the implementation of this strategy faces internal and external obstacles. The conclusion is that good conflict management can create a conducive learning environment and improve learning success. Therefore, improving teacher competence in communication, negotiation, and emotional management, as well as support from educational policies and parental participation, are key factors in managing conflict in the classroom.

Abstract

Thisiresearch is entitled “TheiEffect of TGT Type Cooperative Learning Modelion Maharah Istima' 5th Grade Students of SDIT Luqman Padang”. Theipurpose of this study was toiexamine how the effect of TGT type cooperative learning model on maharah istima' of 5th grade students at SDIT Luqman Padang. In this study, ia quantitative approach methodiwas used withia one group pretest-posttestiresearch design. The research objectiwas taken from the population of fifth grade students consisting of 137 students. Theisample was takenirandomly using random samplingitechnique with a total of 32 students. iData were collected through tests, and theiinstruments were tested for validity and reliability using theiSPSS version 26 application. The resultsiof the paired sample t-testishowed a significance level of 0.000, which indicated a significant influence between the applicationiof the TGT type cooperative learningimodel and maharah istima' of grade V students at SDIT Luqman Padang.

Abstract

This research is based on the low calculation skills of reducing students in learning Indonesian at SD Negeri 1 Surabaya This research uses the Classroom Action Research method. “The purpose of this method is to improve reading comprehension and skills in students. The subjects in this study are students of class I B SD Negeri 1 Surabaya which amounted to 28 students, consisting of 13 women and 15 boys, The results of the research conducted at SD Negeri 1 Surabaya can be concluded that: Learning using the magic reduction board media (PANGAJI) can improve students' subtraction calculation skills. This can be shown in the results of the first cycle getting a percentage of 79% and increasing in the second cycle with a percentage of 96%”. Abstract

Adolescents are in a developmental phase marked by various physical and psychological changes. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of physical activity and sleep quality on students’ academic achievement. The research was conducted at MTs Ma’had Al-Zaytun. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 86 ninth-grade students selected from a population of 640 students. The results of the study show that: (1) physical activity does not have a significant effect on students' academic achievement, with a significance value of 0.338 (p > 0.05); (2) sleep quality has a significant effect on academic achievement (p < 0.05); and (3) the most influential factor in academic success is sleep quality. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more holistic educational policies that support student well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various problems experienced by students in reading beginning in grade I of elementary school. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests, and documentation. The subject of this study is class I students consisting of 24 students in one of the elementary schools in Musi Rawas. Based on the results of the study, there are various problems experienced by grade I students, namely students who have not memorized letters, difficulty distinguishing letters and eliminating letters, slow spelling skills, lack of interest and low motivation, and less than optimal teacher ability. So based on these problems, researchers offer various solutions in the form of interesting and varied media and methods to attract the attention of students.
