Abstract

Social media has become an important tool in shaping the image of schools. However, not all educational institutions are able to manage it effectively. This study aims to analyze the role of social media in public relations strategies to shape the image of schools. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type that occurred at SMAN 1 Paiton Probolinggo. Data was collected through interviews with school officials, observations of social media activities, and content analysis of the school's official accounts. The results indicate that strategic use of social media can enhance a school's visibility and reputation. Informative, educational, and interactive content has proven effective in building audience engagement and strengthening relationships with students, parents, and the community. The impact of this research not only provides practical contributions to social media management in school environments but also serves as a reference for other schools in developing digital communication strategies and encourages educational institutions to be more adaptive to technological advancements, making social media a primary tool in shaping public image and trust.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar pada siswa merupakan keseluruhan daya penggerak baik dari dalam diri siswa maupun dari luar siswa, sehingga menjadi sebuah dorongan yang muncul secara sadar maupun tidak sadar dalam diri siswa pada saat kegiatan belajar secara terus menerus untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai sehingga terjadi perubahan tingkah laku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi tuntutan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK YP GAJAH MADA Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi dengan uji regresi linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa yang mengalami rendahnya motivasi belajar disekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tuntutan orang tua mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa secara substansial, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0.784. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk menunjukan perolehan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.200. nilai ini lebih besar dari taraf signifikasnsi α = 0,05, yang berarti data residual berdistribusi normal. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa tuntutan orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK YP GAJAH MADA Palembang secara signifikan. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru BK dan sekolah dalam merancang layanan bimbingan untuk membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada materi Pecahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, pre eksperimental design. Tipe yang digunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tugu Harum. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tugu Harum. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling Jenuh dimana kelas berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan, yaitu tes kemampuan literasi numerasi yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji-t diperoleh taraf sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian H0 ditolak, sehingga terdapat pengaruh pada model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa pada materi pecahan kelas IV

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enhance fifth-grade students' collaboration abilities by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in the science and social studies (IPAS) course on the food chain theme at SDN Batujajar 2, West Bandung Regency. The research employed an action research approach using Stringer’s model, consisting of three stages: Look, Think, and Act, conducted over two cycles. The subjects were 30 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation using an assessment instrument that measured collaborative skills, including active contribution, listening skills, task distribution, conflict resolution, and giving and receiving feedback. The average collaboration score increased by 7.17 points from 78.58 in the first cycle to 85.75 in the second cycle, according to the data. Every collaboration metric tracked showed improvement. According to these results, PBL helps students build 21st-century skills at the elementary level while also improving their collaboration skills in 21st-century learning.

Abstract

The ability to recognise letters is one of the basic skills that is very important in the literacy development of primary school children, especially in grade 1. This ability is one of the main foundations for students in developing reading and writing skills in the next stage. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the Smart Box media in improving students' learning outcomes in letter recognition. The study was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach with 18 first-grade students at UPT SDN Rayun 2 as the research subjects. Data collection was conducted through pre-test and post-test evaluations. The effectiveness analysis used the N-Gain formula to measure changes in students' understanding before and after using the media. This aligns with the 100% pass rate of students in the post-test. Based on the N-Gain analysis, the effectiveness level was found to be high for all students. This indicates that the Smart Box media falls into the ‘effective’ category for supporting learning in primary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to test the significant influence of the use of Augmented Reality technology-based learning media on the learning outcomes of third-grade students on Ecosystem material in third-grade SD Inpres Noelbaki, Kupang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative experimental research. The population in this study were third-grade students of SD Inpres Noelbaki with the research sample being students of class III C. Data were obtained through observation and testing, which were then analyzed in two stages, namely test analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, then data analysis in the form of normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed a significant influence of Augmented Reality learning media on student learning outcomes, this was indicated by an increase from the pretest to the posttest results and the results of the hypothesis test stating that H_0 was rejected and H_a was accepted with a significance level obtained of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: 1) Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, 3) Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 guru, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi manajerial dan servant leadership secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Hal ini terlihat dari uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Besar pengaruh kompetensi manajerial dan servant leadership secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang sebesar 37,8% sisanya 62,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This study explores character education implementation in early childhood education at RA Diponegoro 2 Penaruban, located in Bukateja District, Purbalingga Regency. The purpose of this research is to examine how character values are integrated into learning activities based on Thomas Lickona’s perspective on moral development, focusing on moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, involving observations, interviews with teachers, and document analysis to collect data. The findings reveal that character education is carried out through daily routines, thematic learning, and teacher role modeling, emphasizing values such as responsibility, honesty, politeness, and cooperation. The educational environment and parental involvement also support character development effectively. The study concludes that RA Diponegoro 2 Penaruban successfully implements comprehensive character education, fostering moral growth in young children. Recommendations include continuous teacher training and further research on parental roles and quantitative measurement of character growth. This research contributes to understanding practical approaches to early childhood character education in Islamic-based institutions.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a strategic approach within the education system that guarantees equal learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs. Although Indonesia’s national policies have laid out the framework for inclusive education through various regulations, its implementation at the regional level still faces a number of significant challenges. This study aims to systematically analyze inclusive education policies in the city of Pekanbaru through a literature review approach. Data were drawn from academic journals, scholarly books, and both national and local policy documents, such as Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City No. 2 of 2023 and Mayor’s Decree No. 713 of 2017. The findings reveal a clear gap between normative policy and actual practice in schools. This gap is reflected in the inconsistent understanding of inclusive principles among teachers, the limited availability of training, and the inadequate presence of Special Needs Support Teachers (GPK). Additionally, the absence of detailed technical guidelines and a reliable monitoring system from local authorities has further hindered implementation. Therefore, policy reform at the regional level is essential focusing on institutional capacity building, investment in human resources, and the development of a continuous evaluation mechanism to ensure that inclusive education is implemented in a meaningful and equitable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh keadilan pajak, tarif pajak, dan teknologi informasi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pribadi di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden wajib pajak pribadi melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pribadi. Persepsi wajib pajak terhadap keadilan sistem, baik dari segi distribusi beban, prosedur, maupun perlakuan, menjadi pendorong utama kepatuhan. Selanjutnya, tarif pajak juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; artinya, tarif yang dipersepsikan wajar dan sesuai kemampuan wajib pajak justru meningkatkan kemauan untuk patuh. Terakhir, teknologi informasi perpajakan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi, dan manfaat sistem digital (seperti e-filing dan e-billing) secara efektif mengurangi biaya kepatuhan dan mempermudah pemenuhan kewajiban. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga variabel ini secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 68,5% variasi kepatuhan wajib pajak pribadi. Model penelitian menunjukkan kecocokan dan validitas yang sangat baik (GoF = 0,598). Implikasi dari studi ini menekankan pentingnya transparansi, komunikasi yang efektif mengenai kewajaran tarif, dan optimalisasi layanan digital untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di daerah berkembang seperti Kabupaten Sumbawa.
