Abstract

Kekeringan merupakan suatu kondisi dimana ketersediaan air jauh di bawah dari kebutuhan untuk sehari-hari. Proses terjadinya kekeringan sendiri diawali dengan berkurangnya jumlah curah hujan di bawah normal pada suatu musim. Analisis Indeks kekeringan dan peta sebaran kekeringan yang dapat digunakan sebagai masukan untuk menangani permasalahan kepada instansi terkait. Kabupaten Kupang, beriklim semi kering upaya adaptasi yang paling jitu dalam dalam optimalisasi pertanian adalah melakukan penetapan pola tanam dan waktu tanam (kalender tanam) yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi iklim. Data yang digunakan merupakan data klimatologi berupa data hujan. Dari 13 (tiga belas) stasiun hujan yang ada di Kabupaten Kupang. Analisis kekeringan menggunakan metode Theory of Run. Hasil Analisis kekeringan kemudian dibuat peta sebaran kekeringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Stasiun Hueknutu memiliki durasi dan defisit hujan yang paling besar durasi kekeringan selama 22 bulan dan defisit sebesar 1170,84 mm, sedangkan stasiun Baun memiliki durasi dan defisit hujan yang paling kecil, durasi selama 9 bulan dan defisit sebesar 383,22 mm. Prosentase Rata rata Indeks kekeringan di Kabupaten Kupang Untuk Kondisi Normal (N) sebesar 36.22%, Kering (K) 6.05 %, Sangat Kering (SK) 9.37 % dan Amat Sangat Kering 48.36 %. Bulan Januari, Pebruari, Maret dan Desember di wilayah Kabupaten Kupang di dominasi kondisi Normal/Basah dimana PJanuari > 89.64% , PPebruari >86.24%. Tingkat Kekeringan yang tertinggi Kabupaten Kupang terjadi Pada Bulan September. Optimalisasi berdasarkan pola tanam pada masing-masing daerah irigasi dilakukan penetapan waktu periode tanam pada kondisi Normal/Basah P>85%, memulai awal tanam MT I, (Januari, Pebruari, Maret dan Desember) sedangkan Untuk MT II dilakukan pada bulan Juni.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of literacy-based pop-up books on the material of Indonesia's cultural wealth in order to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. The method used is research and development with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fourth grade students in one of the public elementary schools. The results of validation by material, media, and language experts show that the developed media is very feasible to use in learning with an average validation score of 91. The practicality test showed that the media was very practical, with a teacher response of 98 and an average student response of 92.4. The effectiveness test based on the N-Gain calculation showed that 88% of students experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the moderate to high category, which means that this media is effective in improving students' understanding of the material on Indonesian cultural diversity. The conclusion of this study is that literacy-based pop-up book media is valid, practical, and effective in thematic learning, and is able to foster interest in reading, literacy, and love for the nation's culture from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to develop educational media UTAR (Ular Tangga Pintar) as a learning tool in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) material on Indonesian Cultural Diversity for grade V students at SDN Ngasinan Rembang. This development is motivated by low student interest and learning outcomes due to learning methods that are still dominated by lectures and limited learning media used. This research uses the ADDIE development model which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validation results showed that UTAR media was declared valid with a score of 90% from media experts and 93% from material experts. The practicality test shows that UTAR media is very practical to use in learning, with a score of 86% teacher response and 88% student response. In addition, the results of the effectiveness test showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely the average pre-test score of 61 increased to a post-test of 89. This media is also able to increase students' motivation and active participation in the learning process. Thus, UTAR educational media is feasible to use as an alternative interactive and fun learning media to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in Civics learning.

Abstract

Collaborative and cooperative learning are currently widely applied in modern education to increase student participation and academic achievement. This study adopts a literature review method by collecting and analyzing various sources, such as books, research reports, journals, and articles related to both learning approaches. One of the problems discussed in this article is the imbalance in participation between students and teachers, where students tend to be passive during learning, reducing the effectiveness of the learning process. In addition, in the 21st century, students are required to master collaborative skills in solving problems, making the participatory approach increasingly important. Before implementing the learning process, educators need to prepare a thorough plan in the form of a teaching module or Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that includes various components of strategies, methods, and learning models. The learning strategy itself is a combination of three fundamental aspects: theoretical foundations (science), pedagogical innovation (art), and practical competence (skills) applied by teachers in guiding students, providing motivation, and creating an optimal learning atmosphere. In the contemporary education system, collaborative and cooperative approaches have developed as significant learning methods. Both models emphasize social interaction and cooperation between students in order to optimize conceptual understanding. This learning process is designed so that students can master the subject matter through mutually supportive group activities. Collaborative/cooperative models not only strengthen students' social interactions but also train communication and teamwork skills. This kind of approach is very suitable for application at the elementary education level (MI/SD). Based on the results of the analysis, the collaborative approach has proven effective in honing students' high-level thinking skills through interactive dialogue, while the cooperative method shows advantages in achieving learning targets in a more structured manner.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the development and validity of liveworksheet-basedElectronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) as learning resource innovations thatcan be used in the learning process. This research uses a development researchapproach with the ADDIE model which consists of three stages, namely analysis,design, and development. Data was collected through interviews andquestionnaires addressed to validator experts and response questionnaires. Thevalidation results by the subject matter expert obtained a final score of 95.31%"Very valid", linguists obtained 92.5% "Very valid", and design experts 92.85%"Very valid". Overall, the validity of liveworksheet-based E-LKPD obtained anaverage score of 93.55% so that E-LKPD based on liveworksheet is categorizedas "Very valid" without revision and is already feasible to use. This liveworksheet-based E-LKPD also received responses from teachers and students with a scoreof 100% with a very good category, so that the liveworksheet-based E-LKPD wasdeclared suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of buffalo paper piecing on the fine motor development of children aged five to six years. This study used quantitative methodology in the form of Quasi Exsperimental Design, with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Class B students of Kartika I-61 Padang Kindergarten became the research population, with class B1 (20 people) and class B2 (20 people) becoming the research samples. An action test with eight assessment items was used in the data collection method. Statement sheets were used as data collection instruments, and normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis tests were used in the data analysis approach. The data obtained were then processed using t-test using the help of SPSS 25.0 for windows application which showed a significant level of 0.000. The effect size of 1.90 was obtained, which means it is classified in the high category. Thus, the activity of tying using buffalo paper is effectively used to develop children's fine motor development aspects and teachers are very suitable to use buffalo paper tying activities as a medium in developing children's fine motor development aspects.

Abstract

When children are between five and six years old, their fine motor skills do not develop optimally because there are not enough interesting learning activities to develop them. As can be observed when children hold a pencil, there are still children who have difficulty holding a pencil correctly. This is why a study on the effect of jumputan batik on the development of fine motor skills in children was conducted. Finding out how jumputan batik activities affect children's fine motor skills is the main objective of this study. Quasy Experiment technique was used in this quantitative study. Fifteen students from classes B1 and B2 formed the study population, which included all students at TK N Sapta Marga 1. Class B1 was the control class while class B2 was the experimental class with the sampling technique used being Purposive Sampling. The data collection procedure was through testing, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure included normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. By using SPSS 25.0 for Windows and a significance threshold of 5% (0.05), the data results were processed. The study found that the control group achieved an average score of 15.47 on the pre-test, while the experimental group achieved an average score of 16.00. After treatment, the average post-test score was 24.33 for the experimental group and 22.20 for the control group. The t-test obtained from the two-tailed t-test was 0.043 <0.05. Finally, there was a significant effect between the activity of making jumputan batik on children's fine motor skills.

Abstract

Importance of fostering scientific ability in young children through engaging and tangible learning experiences inspired this study. Simple experiments, like those employing eggs as a medium, can be a useful tool. Finding out how the egg experiment affected the scientific knowledge of kindergarteners at Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina 01 Sutera was the driving force for this study. Acquiring and applying scientific information, methods, and perspectives are all part of these scientific abilities. It was a quantitative research that employed a quasi-experimental design. The sample was drawn from two classes, B1 and B2, each with eleven children, and the population was comprised of all pupils at Taman Kanak-kanak Perguruan Islam. Interviews, documentation, and organized observation were the methods used to gather data. Utilizing SPSS 25.0 for Windows, the data underwent analysis through hypothesis testing (t-test), normality tests, and homogeneity tests. The results demonstrated that compared to the control class, the experimental group, who utilized the egg experiment method, exhibited superior scientific competency. The control group's average gain score was 11.09 whereas the experimental group's was 12.90. A statistically significant difference was shown by the significance value (2-tailed), which was 0.02 < 0.05. It follows that the egg experiment is an effective tool for fostering scientific literacy in young children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Wordwall learning media on student learning outcomes in the subject of Science at SDN 1 Piji. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental model. The subjects of the study consisted of 29 fifth grade students who were divided into two groups, namely 16 students in the experimental class and 13 students in the control class. Data collection techniques used tests (pretest and posttest), observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that Wordwall media had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. This was proven through the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance value (2-tailed) <0.05. In addition, the results of the Paired Sample T-Test also showed a significance value <0.05, and the N-Gain test showed an average N-Gain score of the experimental class of 79.34%, which was included in the effective category. Student responses to the use of Wordwall media were also positive, where 12 students stated that they liked and 4 students were interested in the media. Thus, it can be concluded that the Wordwall learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the science subject at SDN 1 Piji.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies applied by siomay and batagor MSME players in the Maulana Yusuf Stadium area, Serang City, and evaluate their contribution to increasing business competitiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with business actors. The results showed that the marketing strategy is still conventional, relying on strategic location, taste quality, friendly service, and cleanliness. Although they have not utilized digital media, business owners have a good practical understanding of business management. This study concludes that these simple strategies are quite effective in retaining customers, but not optimal for market expansion. Therefore, assistance and training in modern marketing are urgently needed so that MSMEs can sustainably improve competitiveness amidst the growing market challenges.
