Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang menganalisis implementasi Program Permakanan bagi Lanjut Usia dan Penyandang Disabilitas Tunggal di Kecamatan Gondangwetan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori implementasi George Edwards III, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung maupun menghambat keberhasilan program tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa di tingkat operasional, pelaksanaan program berjalan cukup efektif berkat tingginya komitmen para pelaksana lapangan serta dukungan sumber daya anggaran yang memadai, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan para penerima manfaat. Namun demikian, penelitian juga menemukan permasalahan mendasar pada aspek struktur birokrasi, khususnya terkait validitas Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) yang menjadi basis penentuan sasaran program. Rendahnya akurasi data ini disebabkan oleh prosedur pembaruan data yang belum terintegrasi dan masih bersifat tidak efisien. Ketidakakuratan data DTKS tersebut menimbulkan hambatan sistemik yang berpotensi mengurangi efektivitas program secara keseluruhan, meskipun manfaatnya tetap dirasakan secara nyata oleh penerima di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan sistem pendataan yang lebih akurat, terpadu, dan berkelanjutan menjadi krusial guna memastikan tepatnya penyaluran bantuan serta mendukung keberlanjutan program permakanan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TeFa) dan kemitraan industri, serta dampaknya terhadap prestasi akademik siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Teaching Factory adalah pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis produksi yang berorientasi pada dunia kerja, menekankan keterampilan praktis yang relevan dan kontekstual. Kemitraan industri meliputi kolaborasi antara sekolah dan sektor bisnis serta industri (DUDI) melalui magang, pelatihan, pengembangan kurikulum, dan sertifikasi kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan catatan akademik sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Teaching Factory dan kemitraan industri memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan nilai siswa, terutama dalam keterampilan praktis dan pemahaman materi kejuruan. Terdapat korelasi signifikan antara tingkat keterlibatan industri dan skor prestasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, mengintegrasikan pembelajaran Teaching Factory dan kemitraan industri dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan sekolah vokasi yang siap kerja dan kompeten secara profesional

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the Flipped Classroom learning model and student learning engagement in the digestive system topic among fifth- grade students at UPT SDN 11 Padang Ganting. Using a quantitative approach, this correlational study analyzes the relationship between two variables. The sampling technique employed was total sampling, involving all 21 fifth-grade studentsl. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all items were valid and reliable. The Pearson product-moment correlation test showed a p-value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.020, which is less than 0.05. This indicates sufficient statistical evidence to support the existence of a relationship between the flipped classroom model and student engagement. The correlation coefficient was 0.502, indicating a moderately strong positive relationship. This suggests that the more effectively the Flipped Classroom model is implemented, the higher the level of student engagement. In conclusion, the study found a moderately strong relationship between the Flipped Classroom learning model and student engagement in learning about the digestive system among fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 11 Padang Ganting.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to 1) find out whether there are differences in narrative writing skills that use the picture and picture model and classes that use the conventional model in narrative writing activities in class V at SDN 13 Singkawang. 2) to find out how much influence the picture and picture learning model has on narrative writing skills in class V Indonesian language learning at SDN 13 Singkawang. The type of research used is quantitative with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all class V students at SDN 13 Singkawang. And the samples for this study were 23 students in the experimental class VA and 24 students in the control class VB. The results of the research show that 1) The t test shows t_count > t_(table), namely 3.2679 > 2.01410, so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability to write narratives between the class that uses the picture and picture learning model and the class that uses the conventional model in the narrative writing ability of class V students at SDN 13 Singkawang; 2) test the magnitude of the influence (effect size) of the picture and picture learning model on students' narrative writing skills, the results are influential with the effect size being in the high criteria with a value of 0.813 in the range E_Sd>0.8. The of this research indicate that there is a need for a picture and picture model in learning to improve students' narrative writing skills so that it can have a positive impact on Indonesian language learning skills. Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model combined with the use of concrete media in enhancing students’ understanding of science concepts, particularly in the topic of energy transformation. The main problem underlying this research is the low level of students’ scientific concept mastery due to traditional lecture-based and non-contextual teaching approaches. This quasi-experimental study applied a quantitative approach and involved 75 fifth-grade students at SDI Sikumana 3 in Kupang City, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received PBL instruction supported by concrete media in the form of mini solar panels, while the control group experienced conventional teaching without visual aids. Data were collected using multiple-choice tests, student engagement observation sheets, and closed-ended learning perception questionnaires. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in the experimental group’s posttest scores and N-Gain values, with 34.7% of students showing high-level improvement and 45.3% in the moderate category. These findings suggest that PBL integrated with tangible media is effective in helping students grasp abstract concepts, encouraging active participation, and promoting scientific thinking from an early age

Abstract

This study examines the role of the church and Christian schools in shaping future leaders amid a growing leadership crisis across various sectors. A theological and educational approach is applied to explain how Christian faith values and contextual education principles can foster a transformative leadership model. This study adopts a reflective-descriptive method supported by literature on theological leadership and contemporary Christian education. The findings reveal that churches and Christian schools have a strategic responsibility to produce future leaders who are not merely followers but servant-leaders and reformers. Paul’s teaching in 2 Timothy 2:2, the concept of servant leadership, and local wisdom from East Nusa Tenggara such as the cultural philosophy “ndai teu fefine, lolok teu fa’a lete” serve as foundational principles for building empowering leadership. The article recommends the integration of leadership curriculum in Christian educational units and the implementation of regenerative leadership training within churches as practical strategies to develop spiritually grounded and socially transformative leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher competency needs, the availability and relevance of teaching materials, and implementation strategies for integrated learning at SD Negeri Sikumana 2 in Kupang City. The background of this research stems from the suboptimal implementation of integrated learning at the elementary level, caused by limited pedagogical and professional competencies, lack of contextual teaching materials, and weak coordination and execution strategies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Research subjects consisted of fifth-grade teachers, the principal, and students. The findings show that teachers struggle to design and apply thematic-integrated lesson plans; most teaching materials are generic and lack local contextualization, and implementation strategies remain unstructured. Intensive training focused on designing integrative learning, developing teaching materials based on local wisdom, and strengthening collaboration among teachers through learning communities is urgently needed. This study offers practical intervention recommendations to improve the quality of contextual and sustainable integrated learning implementation in Eastern Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ketidakstabilan prestasi tim bola basket putra ekstrakurikuler SMP Negeri 3 Batang yang dulunya selalu mendominasi di daerah kabupaten Batang. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Batang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dalam pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Batang tahun 2025 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes push up 1 menit, lari 30 meter, multistage fitness test, sit and reach, illionis agility run test, vertical jump.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan frekuensi ke dalam bentuk presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profil kondisi fisik siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 3 Batang tahun 2025, kekuatan memiliki rata- rata dalam kategori baik, kecepatan memiliki rata-rata dalam kategori sedang, daya tahan memiliki rata-rata dalam kategori kurang, kelentukan memiliki rata-rata dalam kategori kurang sekali, kelincahan memiliki rata-rata dalam kategori kurang sekali, daya ledak memiliki rata-rata dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan kurangnya tingkat kreativitas siswa kelas 4 di SD Negeri Runggu dalam mempelajari materi tentang daur hidup hewan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media Mystery Box berbasis model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sains. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (R&D) mengikuti model Borg & Gall yang meliputi tahap-tahap seperti identifikasi masalah, desain produk, validasi, dan uji efektivitas. Dalam penelitian ini, rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah: (1) Kelayakan media Mystery Box berbasis model PjBL telah terbukti baik, dengan hasil validasi dari para ahli yang menunjukkan bahwa media ini sesuai dengan standar pembelajaran. (2) Kepraktisan media dalam konteks penggunaannya di kelas sangat memuaskan, karena siswa dapat dengan mudah berinteraksi dan terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. (3) Keefektifan media dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, dengan peningkatan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar yang jelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan kelayakan dan kepraktisan media agar dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran, serta untuk menilai dampaknya terhadap kreativitas siswa, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Mystery Box secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif seperti Mystery Box dapat menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis, yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan manfaat bagi keseluruhan pengalaman pendidikan siswa.

Abstract

Early childhood education in the digital and globalization era faces significant challenges due to the dominant focus on cognitive orientation and academic achievement, while aspects of morality, affection, and spirituality tend to be neglected. This has resulted in an identity crisis, lack of empathy, and weak religious awareness in children from an early age. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The findings indicate that early childhood education from the perspective of hadith emphasizes three complementary main strategies: modeling, affection (love), and spirituality. Modeling is the most effective method for instilling values of goodness, as children tend to imitate what they observe from their parents and educators. Affection serves as an emotional foundation that creates closeness and a sense of security, allowing children to grow in a loving environment that supports their learning process. Meanwhile, spirituality acts as the character foundation that guides children to recognize God, develop moral awareness, and live by meaningful values. These three aspects when applied consistently and integratively will shape a holistic child personality: morally upright, gentle-hearted, and oriented toward divine values.
