Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Pancasila values in shaping the cooperative character of fourth-grade students in elementary schools and the obstacles to applying Pancasila values in shaping the cooperative character of fourth-grade students in elementary schools. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method at SD Negeri 182/1 Hutan Lindung. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the application of Pancasila values in efforts to shape students' cooperative character has been carried out by teachers through various learning activities related to the five principles. These activities include praying, modeling respectful behavior, commemorating national holidays, involving students in decision-making, and treating students fairly. In implementing Pancasila values, there are several obstacles that teachers face. Among them are challenges related to teachers' lack of understanding and insight into the meaning and implementation of the five principles, differences in students' socio-cultural backgrounds, insufficient understanding and modeling of national values within family and community environments, and limited class time for discussions, which can impact teachers' efforts to develop students' cooperative attitudes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengurangan di kelas 1 SD Negeri Bondongan, Kota Bogor. TaRL merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada kemampuan aktual siswa, bukan berdasarkan usia atau jenjang kelas, sehingga lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan belajar individual. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan observasi terhadap seluruh siswa kelas 1 yang berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif siswa setelah penerapan pendekatan TaRL. Pada tahap pra-siklus, ketuntasan belajar hanya mencapai 54,55%. Setelah intervensi pada Siklus I, ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 77,27%, dan selanjutnya mencapai 86,36% pada Siklus II. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan efektivitas pendekatan TaRL dalam menjembatani kesenjangan pemahaman dasar antar siswa, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika dasar. Dengan demikian, penerapan strategi TaRL dinilai mampu memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan capaian belajar siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam pembelajaran yang menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan faktual siswa. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan TaRL sebagai alternatif pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran kelas awal di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan isu sosial yang mendesak di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin di Desa Winong, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan, serta mengkaji penerapan teori pilihan rasional dalam pengambilan keputusan masyarakat terkait program pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini brtujuan untuk menganalisis program pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin dengan menggunakan perspektif ratioal choice dengan beberapa Variabel : implementasi program pemberdayaan menurut Grindle (2021) implementasi konteks dan sosial dan di tambahkah dengan rational choice dengan 5 variabel: Pembuatan keputusan, Kejelasan masalah, Terdapat sejumlah alternatif solusi yang dinilai secara rasionald dan Memilih alternatif solusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (LPMD) telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal partisipasi dan pemahaman masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Talking stick learning model based on Wordwall on student learning outcomes in the Science lesson on the material "My dear earth, my poor earth" V SD Negeri 004 Balam Sempurna in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain data, a test instrument of 35 questions and a questionnaire of 27 items are required. The number of research samples was 23 students using a purposive sampling technique. To determine the initial abilities of students, the researcher conducted a Pretest with an average score of 69.56 which was included in the sufficient category. The results of the Pretest have increased from the results of the Posttest given previously with an average score reaching 87.39 with a very good category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes using the Talking stick model based on Wordwall has increased and has an effect with a strong category as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation obtained the results of r_count ≥〖 r〗_table with results of 0.755 ≥ 0.413. Next, hypothesis testing compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. The value of t_count = 11.943 while t_table = 1.714 is obtained. Because t_count ≥ t_table (11.943 ≥ 1.714) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Talking stick learning model based on Wordwall (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dengan fokus pada Desa Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap layanan yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel di tingkat desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penilaian kinerja aparatur desa serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap aparatur desa serta pemangku kepentingan terkait. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori evaluasi kinerja dari Davis yang mencakup delapan indikator penilaian, antara lain peningkatan kinerja, penyesuaian kompensasi, keputusan penempatan, kebutuhan pelatihan, pengembangan karier, kekurangan dalam proses perekrutan, ketidakakuratan informasi dan kesalahan desain pekerjaan, serta kesempatan kerja yang setara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya peningkatan kinerja melalui koordinasi dan pelatihan (bimtek), masih terdapat kendala terutama dalam aspek kompensasi yang tidak sebanding dan penempatan tugas yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kualifikasi. Selain itu, pengembangan karier aparatur masih terhambat oleh struktur jabatan yang cenderung statis. Meskipun demikian, aparatur desa menunjukkan responsivitas yang baik dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja aparatur desa membutuhkan pelatihan yang terstruktur, kompensasi yang adil, dan jalur karier yang lebih jelas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

The implementation of budget efficiency in education through government policies such as Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 2025 has raised various concerns regarding its impact on the quality of education. This article aims to examine strategies for managing educational financing in the face of budget efficiency using a systematic literature review approach. Data were collected from relevant literature on education financing and budgeting. The findings reveal that effective governance of educational financing must uphold the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Proper financial governance not only ensures optimal budget utilization but also prevents fund misuse and enhances the quality of educational services. In the context of budget efficiency, financial management strategies should focus on optimizing operational costs, improving infrastructure, and empowering human resources to remain aligned with national education development goals and the Vision of Advanced Indonesia 2045. Strengthening governance requires synergy between regulations, financial management, and collaboration among stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of study to analyze the role of the principal as a learning leader in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 2 Taman, Pemalang Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal as a learning leader in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 2 Taman, Pemalang Regency, has been implemented effectively. In terms of the role of the principal as a learning leader, it is reflected in his ability to formulate a clear learning vision. In terms of the principal's strategy in leading learning, it is reflected in the ongoing professional development of teachers. The challenges faced by the principal in carrying out his role as a learning leader include limited resources, resistance to change, and administrative workload. Meanwhile, the impact of the principal's leadership on the quality of education at SMP Negeri 2 Taman is an increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of students because in the learning process students still have difficulty understanding the learning material. For this reason, researchers conducted research using learning media. One of the learning media used is a multiplication board. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing multiplication board media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class II students at SDN 04 Koto Baru. The research method uses pre-experiment, with a one group pretest posttest design. The research subjects were all class II students at SDN 04 Koto Baru, totaling 28 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling with a sample size of 28 people. Data collection techniques in the form of pretest and posttest using test questions in the form of 20 multiple choice questions. data analysis technique using SPSS 20 using the Shapiro-Wilk test, with the criterion that if the results are significant, the results are more than 0.05, meaning they are normally distributed. Meanwhile, if the result is significant < 0.05, it means it is not normally distributed. So it can be concluded that the research results show that there is an influence of the application of multiplication board media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class II students at SDN 04 Koto Baru.

Abstract

Using a descriptive qualitative literature study, this research aims to find and analyze the problems facing primary school education in the future.  The research focuses on two main elements: challenges to implementing learning technology and issues of teacher quality and welfare. The analysis shows that the major barriers to implementing technology-based learning are the gap in access to technology infrastructure and the low level of digital literacy in some areas.  In contrast, the quality of learning depends heavily on teacher preparedness. Lack of professional training and lack of welfare can reduce teacher motivation and performance.  Therefore, to face the challenges of basic education in the future, a concerted effort is needed to ensure everyone has access to technology, improve their capacity and sustainably safeguard teachers' welfare. These results are expected to contribute to the formation of flexible and inclusive education policies in the digital and global era.

Abstract

Penelitian analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis karangan teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 231 Palembang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi berupa lembar kerja siswa (LKS). Rata-rata nilai keterampilan siswa menulis karangan deskripsi yaitu 62 dengan kualifikasi cukup. Adapun persentase kesesuai judul dengan tema/judul karangan adalah 70,5%, persentase kerapihan tulisan dan ketepatan diksi adalah 63,4%, persentase struktur penulisan karangan adalah 62,7%, persentase kesesuai isi dengan paragraf adalah 60,9%, persentase ketepatan dalam penggunaan ejaan adalah 52,5%. Secara keseluruhan, 11% siswa berada dalam kategori baik, 61% siswa berada dalam kategori cukup, dan 29% siswa berada pada kategori rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang perlu diperbaiki dalam teterampilan menulis deskripsi. Hambatan yang banyak dialami siswa yakni kurangnya kemampuan dalam menuangkan ide yang dimilikinya dalam bentuk kalimat/kata, kesulitan dalam menempatkan tanda baca dan huruf kapital dengan benar. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya minat siswa dalam belajar membaca dan menulis, faktor yang memengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa dalam menulis karangan teks deskripsi yakni minat belajar, standar pelajaran faktor dari pendidik dalam menggunakan metode, dan media pembelajaran.
