Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru dalam membimbing siswa di SD Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini mengatasi masalah pemahaman bagaimana gaya dan praktik kepemimpinan berdampak pada efektivitas guru dalam bimbingan siswa, yang krusial bagi perkembangan siswa secara holistik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan tujuh guru terpilih, observasi non-partisipan terhadap interaksi kelas dan aktivitas bimbingan, serta analisis dokumentasi catatan sekolah. Temuan mengungkapkan perilaku kepemimpinan spesifik yang mendorong atau menghambat pengembangan profesional guru dalam bimbingan siswa, menawarkan wawasan yang nuansanya mendalam mengenai dinamika antara kepemimpinan dan profesionalisme guru. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi berharga untuk perumusan kebijakan pendidikan dan intervensi di tingkat sekolah guna meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran hasil analisis kebutuhan model microteaching berbasis keterampilan abad 21 untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik calon guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei sebagai desain penelitiannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Partisipan penelitian meliputi pendidik dan siswa di Kota Surakarta. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan adalahTingkat kreativitas guru dan mahasiswa PGSD masih tergolong rendah, sehingga perkembangan pada abad 21 masih dianggap kurang. Dengan demikian, memiliki keterampilan yang memadai dan siap bersaing pada abad 21 menjadi hal yang penting. Pendidik SD memiliki penguasaan teknologi yang paling rendah karena faktor usia dan minimnya pembekalan teknologi. Persentase capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa PGSD Surakarta kurang dari 75% yang berarti capaian pembelajaran masih tergolong rendah. Persentase tersebut dinilai belum memenuhi standar rata-rata yang ditetapkan oleh mahasiswa PGSD Surakarta, sehingga perlu disesuaikan dengan keterampilan abad 21 yang memuat 4C. Keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat mewakili seluruh mata kuliah yang telah disediakan, keterampilan kreativitas dapat mewakili mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran, keterampilan komunikasi dapat mewakili proses pembelajaran microteaching dan media pembelajaran, serta keterampilan kolaborasi dapat mewakili strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan mahasiswa bagi calon mahasiswa. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian terkait microteaching dan kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa dan guru sangat perlu dilakukan.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of Indonesian language among fifth-grade students of State Elementary School 165 Palembang encourage the need for the application of innovative learning models. This research aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian language for fifth-grade students at State Elementary School 165 Palembang. The method used in this study is a quantitative experimental method with a Quasi Experimental Design, utilizing a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collection technique used is essay tests, consisting of pretests and posttests. The analysis results show that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class, with a (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.025, thus it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model has a positive effect on students' learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects. Therefore, the application of the Discovery Learning model can enhance learning outcomes fifth grade students of State Elementary School 165 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media inovatif KANOPER pada pembelajaran matematika materi perkalian yang menjadi sebuah produk yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Pengembangan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) identik dengan pengembangan sistem pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media inovatif KANOPER yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan sangat valid. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan nilai kevalidan didapat dari kedua hasil validasi media dan materi. Skor yang diperoleh secara berurut yaitu 96,92% dan 85,45%. Selanjutnya media inovatif KANOPER yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat praktis, memperoleh nilai kepraktisan rata rata 89,71% dari respon siswa dan diperkuat dengan respon guru memperoleh nilai kepraktisan sebesar 89,28%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media inovatif KANOPER pada pembelajaran matematika materi perkalian dapat digunakan untuk media pembelajaran siswa Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

Through the use of the ATIK Observe, Imitate, and Do Model, this study seeks to improve children's numeracy literacy, especially in understanding the symbols of numbers 1–10. Based on the results of observations, students' numeracy literacy in understanding the symbols of numbers 1–10 is still low, namely sometimes they are still wrong in writing or calculating numbers, such as writing them backwards, making it difficult to distinguish one number symbol from another. "Two cycles of Arikunto's design and classroom action research (CAR) were used in this project. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. This study involved 12 children of Mambaul Ulum Kindergarten Group B, 6 boys and 6 girls." Documentation and observation sheets were used. The results of the study showed an increase in understanding the symbols of numbers 1–10. Before receiving the Action, only 17% of children in group B were able to understand the symbols for numbers 1–10. Two meetings after the implementation of the ATIK model in Cycle I resulted in a 50% increase in ability. In other words, an increase of 33% from the pre-cycle at the first meeting to the second meeting in cycle I, which is in the very good category, and 17% for the good category. The increase increased to 85% in the very good category at the end of cycle II. If 85% of students achieve achievement in the good category, it is a criterion for learning success.

Abstract

The formation of positive discipline is an important part of student character education. The restitution triangle approach, which emphasizes reflection, admitting mistakes, and self-improvement, is considered effective in improving discipline without relying on punishment or rewards. Although SDN 21 Palembang has implemented positive discipline, there are still violations of rules by students. Therefore, a more optimal approach is needed that touches on the aspect of self-awareness. This study aims to describe the implementation of the restitution triangle in forming positive student discipline. This study aims to describe the implementation of the restitution triangle approach in forming positive student discipline and the obstacles faced by class V-B teachers at SDN 21 Palembang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis for this study is based on the Miles and Huberman model. Activities included in the data analysis for this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the restitution triangle consisting of three stages of stabilizing identity, validating wrong actions, and asking for beliefs has succeeded in increasing students' awareness of discipline and responsibility. The obstacles encountered include differences in student character, students' lack of initial understanding of the rules, and teachers' time constraints. However, through this approach, a positive and reflective learning environment can be created.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in preparing superior human resources to support the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045. Teachers play a central role as the spearhead of improving the quality of education, with achievement motivation being an important factor influencing their professional quality and performance. Unfortunately, this motivation is still relatively low, as seen from the lack of teacher participation in self-development, learning innovation and professional programs. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence teachers' achievement motivation, both internal (self-efficacy) and external (principal leadership, school organizational climate, and academic supervision). The study was conducted on 268 public junior high school teachers in the ex Kawedanan Candiroto area, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, using a total sampling technique. The variables studied include achievement motivation as the dependent variable; principal leadership, school organizational climate, and academic supervision as independent variables; and self-efficacy as a moderating variable. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using SEM-PLS through the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher achievement motivation. In addition, self-efficacy acts as a moderator that strengthens the influence of the three external variables. Implication of this finding

Abstract

This study aims to increase environmental awareness of students at SDN Tanjung 1 through inorganic waste recycling activities. The main problem raised in this study is the low awareness of students towards the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in the management of inorganic waste which is often ignored. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were students in grades IV and V who were involved in recycling craft activities by utilizing inorganic waste such as plastic bottles, cardboard, and food wrappers. The activities were carried out in several stages, namely counseling, observation, the process of making the work, and presentation of the results. The results of the study showed that students were not only able to produce creative and functional recycled works, but were also able to explain the benefits of the work for the environment, such as reducing waste and preventing pollution. Aspects of creativity, neatness, accuracy of material use, and efficiency of work time also showed significant development. In addition to skills, this activity also formed students' attitudes of responsibility and concern for environmental preservation. The conclusion of this study is that inorganic waste recycling activities are effective in increasing students' environmental awareness holistically.

Abstract

The inability to express emotions in a healthy manner can lead to serious psychological consequences, especially for students facing social pressure, academic stress, or interpersonal conflicts. This article aims to examine the Empty Chair technique in Gestalt therapy as a medium for emotional expression through a literature study approach. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by reviewing relevant scholarly sources from the last 10–15 years. The findings indicate that the Empty Chair technique provides a safe space for individuals to express repressed emotions, resolve internal conflicts, and build self-awareness through imaginative dialogue. This technique has been proven effective in various contexts, such as reducing anxiety symptoms, addressing inner child wounds, improving self-esteem, and decreasing withdrawal behavior in bullying victims. Therefore, Empty Chair holds significant potential to be implemented in school guidance and counseling services as a strategic alternative to support students’ emotional well-being.

Abstract

The problems in this study include three main things, namely: (1) how to develop a valid Canva application-assisted LKPD on mathematics subjects on spatial geometry material for grade IV elementary school students; (2) how to develop the LKPD so that it is practical to use in learning; and (3) what is the final result of the Canva application-assisted LKPD that has been developed. This study uses the type of development research (Research and Development/R&D), with the development procedure referring to the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the LKPD developed was declared very valid based on the validation results from experts in the fields of media, language, and materials, with a percentage of 94%. In terms of practicality, the results were 81% at the one-to-one trial stage and 85% at the small group trial stage, based on the questionnaire filled out by students. This shows that the LKPD is classified as very practical to use in learning. Meanwhile, from the aspect of effectiveness, a percentage of 95% was obtained, which is included in the very effective category. This data was obtained from the results of student work on questions, where 19 out of 20 students achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) with a value range of 61 to 80. This finding shows that students are very enthusiastic in using teaching materials in the form of LKPD assisted by the Canva application in learning mathematics on spatial geometry material in grade IV of elementary school.
