Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

The learning outcomes of metamorphosis of grade III at SDN Watupecah, Kragan District, which have not yet met expectations, are the focus of the study. This study aims to evaluate how well the PBL model using puzzle media improving learning outcomes about metamorposis for grade III students at SDN watupecah in the 2025 academis year. This type of research is quantitative ond uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the avarage pretest score wa 55,8 while the posttest score reached 79,4. After conducting the t test, it was obtained with N=20. The calculated t was 4,782404, while the t table with db=N-1=20-1=19 and a significance level of 0,05 was 2,093. Because the calculated t value>t table, the accepted H₀ and Ha indicate that the problem based learning model is effective in learning outcomes of science science metamorphosis material for grade III SDN Watupecah, Kragan District. The application of problem based learning models can create a more interesting, dynamic, and efficient learning atmosphere to support the student learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Perusahaan Sektor Manufaktur yang terdaftar di IDX selama 2021 – 2023. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Jumlah Sampel penelitian adalah 42 sampel yang di pilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data yang di gunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang di ambil dari situs resmi BEI (www.idx.co.id). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gross Profit Margin berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba di perusahaan sektor Manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI dari 2021-2023. Return On Assets berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba di perusahaan sektor Manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI dari 2021-2023, Gross Profit Margin dan Return On Assets secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba di Perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI dari 2021- 2023.

This study aims to identify barriers and strategies used by teachers in learning Indonesian for deaf students at the UPT SLB-E Negeri Pembina Provincial Level. Deaf students face obstacles in developing language skills due to limited access to hearing which has an impact on the ability to understand language structures, vocabulary, and written and oral expressions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation and semi-structured interviews with Indonesian language teachers. The results showed that the main obstacles in learning Indonesian for deaf students include low interest in learning, difficulty understanding text, limited visual learning media, and inadequate learning facilities. The strategies used by teachers include the use of sign language, visual media such as powerpoint, writing key points on the board, and seating arrangements to support cooperation between students. This approach aims to create a conducive and interactive learning atmosphere so that deaf students can understand the material more effectively. This research confirms the importance of adaptive and creative approaches in Indonesian language learning for students with special needs, especially the deaf

Technology brings big changes for its users. Purchases can now be made online through e-commerce platforms. One of the popular platforms in Indonesia is Shopee, an online shopping application that is widely used by Indonesians. The purpose of this study was to find out about promos, the types of promos that are applied, shopee marketing strategies, factors supporting the effectiveness of promos, and challenges or risks of promo strategies at shopee. The results of this study consumers depend on promotions, which causes dependence on discounts before making purchases, resulting in reduced brand loyalty and purchases in the absence of promotions. About strategic promotion in e-commerce cannot be underestimated, because the role of promotion is very important in encouraging customer interest.

This study ai This study aims to describe Code Switching and Code Mixing of Multiethnic Community Language in Sakok Market, Singkawang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The form of this research is a qualitative form. The data sources in this study are the speech of sellers and buyers and the data in this study is code switching. Data collection techniques used in this study are tapping techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, transcribing data, classifying data and then analyzing data. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the form of code switching of multiethnic communities in Sakok Market, Singkawang is 17 data and the factors causing code switching of multiethnic communities in Sakok Market, Singkawang is 4 data. This research can be implemented in class IX with this being applied as teaching materials for learning Indonesian in descriptive texts of the Merdeka curriculum based on learning outcomes (CP) phase D, specifically CP elements of speaking, writing and listening.

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic environmental management on improving students' academic achievement at Al-Furqon Islamic Elementary School in Karawang Regency. A learning environment managed with Islamic values is believed to create a religious, comfortable, and conducive atmosphere, which positively impacts students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. The analysis results show a significant influence of Islamic environmental management—including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling—on students' academic achievement. This research highlights the importance of integrating Islamic values into school environmental management as a strategy to enhance the quality of elementary education and shape students with noble character.

The educational gap between elementary schools in urban areas and those in 3T regions (Underdeveloped, Frontier, and Outermost) remains a serious issue in Indonesia. Children living in 3T areas often do not receive adequate educational services compared to those in major cities. This disparity is evident in terms of school facilities, the number and quality of teachers, access to technology, and the teaching methods employed. While urban schools are beginning to implement digital learning and have adequate infrastructure, many schools in 3T regions struggle to provide basic educational needs. This imbalance directly impacts students' learning quality and their opportunities for future development. Therefore, efforts to enhance access to and the quality of education in 3T areas are essential to ensure that all children in Indonesia receive equitable and quality education.

This study explores the role of innovative leadership as a strategy to improve the religious quality of students through the development of social piety at MAN Pemalang (an Islamic senior high school in Pemalang, Indonesia). The research was conducted using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In the analysis phase, the need to enhance students’ religious quality – particularly in terms of social piety – was identified. An innovative leadership-based program was then designed and developed to foster kesalehan sosial (social piety) among students, which includes activities promoting compassion, community service, and Islamic social values. The program was implemented under the guidance of the school’s leadership, and its effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test measurements of students’ religious quality. Results show a significant improvement in students’ overall religious quality after the implementation of the program, with the social piety aspect showing marked enhancement. A paired-samples t-test indicated that the increase in the religious quality score was statistically significant (p < 0.01), demonstrating the effectiveness of the innovative leadership strategy. The study concludes that an innovative leadership approach focusing on building social piety can serve as an effective strategy to improve the quality of religious life among students. This approach aligns with the idea of holistic piety – balancing ritual devotion and social morality – which is crucial in modern religious education. The findings contribute to educational leadership practices in religious schools and suggest that school leaders who embrace innovation and moral values can positively impact students’ character and religious development.

Difficulties in understanding multiplication and division continue to pose significant challenges in elementary mathematics learning. This issue negatively impacts students’ ability to master more complex material that relies on foundational knowledge of multiplication and division. This study aims to identify the types of difficulties experienced by fourth-grade students at SDN Jatisampurna X and to analyze the contributing factors. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s descriptive qualitative model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that only 41% of students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Most students struggled with basic arithmetic concepts, such as memorizing multiplication facts, applying columnar algorithms, and solving word problems. Common errors included reversed operation sequences, incorrect digit placement, and a lack of understanding of the “carrying” process. The contributing factors included weak conceptual understanding, low self-confidence, high dependency on teacher guidance, and insufficient frequency of independent practice. This study reveals technical misconceptions that are often overlooked and highlights the need for contextual and structured learning approaches to improve students’ comprehension.

This research aims to examine the instructional leadership of the principal at SD 02 Kandis in enhancing teacher professionalism through learning communities. The subjects were the principal and teachers involved in learning community activities. Data were collected using interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal has a strategic role as a facilitator, planner, and motivator in implementing structured learning communities, which significantly contribute to improving teacher competence and professionalism.
