Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Mathematics learning in elementary schools is often faced with challenges such as low conceptual understanding and student motivation, due to the lack of varied teaching methods and learning media that are less relevant to daily life. The existing Student Worksheets (LKPD) generally only emphasize calculation exercises without involving students in the process of concept discovery, causing students to become passive and their problem-solving abilities to develop suboptimally. This research aims to develop LKPD based on the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach in order to improve third-grade elementary school students' understanding of mathematical concepts in the topic of Place Value of Whole Numbers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research subjects were 34 third-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Tangkit Serdang, Tanggamus Regency. The research instruments include validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The validation results show that RME-based LKPD is highly valid (average validation score of 0.9603 across all aspects), very practical to use (average practicality score of 92 from both teachers and students), and effective in improving student learning outcomes (N-Gain score of 85% with very effective criteria). The conclusion of this research is that the developed RME-based LKPD is proven to be valid, practical, and effective in improving elementary school students' mathematical concept understanding. The development of this LKPD is expected to serve as an alternative for teachers in creating more meaningful and contextual mathematics learning.

This research aims to analyze the effect of using interactive learning media based on Wordwall on students' learning motivation in Sociology subject at grade X Phase E of SMA Negeri 16 Padang. The study involved 39 students, consisting of 19 male and 20 female students. The research employed a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The results indicated a significant effect of Wordwall media on students' learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.010 (p < 0.05). This suggests that the use of interactive learning media positively influences students' motivation in learning Sociology. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and effective teaching methods.

Observation data carried out at SD Negeri Mangkukusuman 1, found that the use of learning media has not been developed innovatively and does not support various types of intelligence from students, so that it does not attract students' interest in learning and results in low students' critical thinking skills in the content of science lessons. This research aims to develop Linktree-based science lesson content learning media with an Inquiry Based Learning model that meets feasible and effective criteria in improving students' critical thinking skills. This research uses a research and development (R&D) model that adopts the EDED development model which includes the exploration, development, evaluation and dissemination stages. Data collection uses interview, observation, questionnaire, test and documentation instruments. This study involved 56 students divided into 2 groups, namely the control group which amounted to 28 students of SDN Mangkukusuman 1 class VI A and the experimental group of 28 students of SDN Mangkukusuman 1 class VI B. The results of the study showed that Linktree-based learning media was considered very feasible by validators with an average of 91.6% in the media aspect, 94.4% in the material aspect. Linktree-based learning media is also effective in improving students' critical thinking skills with an average difference of pretest and posttest scores of 28, as well as the acquisition of N-gain in the experimental group trial of 0.498 and is included in the moderate criteria. The resulting conclusion is that the development of Linktree-based learning media with the Inquiry Based Learning model can meet the learning needs of students and overcome the problem of low critical thinking skills of students. Linktree-based learning media with the Inquiry Based Learning model is suitable for use in learning and is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using pop-up book learning media on student learning outcomes in third grade at SDN Tanjungsari 1 on the topic of cultural diversity. This quantitative study applied a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 20 students as both the population and sample. Data collection was conducted using a 15-item multiple-choice test administered before and after the intervention. Validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discrimination index of the instrument were tested using SPSS 24. Data analysis involved normality testing (Shapiro-Wilk) and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. Results showed that student scores improved from a pretest mean of 55.25 to a posttest mean of 75.25. The paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect. The study concludes that pop-up book media significantly improves student learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education, particularly on the topic of cultural diversity.

This study investigates the effect of multiplication pocket media on second-grade students’ mathematics learning outcomes at SDN Margomulyo IV. The background of this research stems from the observation that students’ performance in multiplication operations was below the minimum mastery criteria due to the lack of varied and interactive teaching media. This quantitative study used a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 students as both the population and sample. Data were collected using a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 items administered before and after the intervention. The instrument was validated through expert judgment and statistical tests using SPSS 24. Analysis of the results indicated that the average pretest score was 58.50, which increased to 76.50 in the posttest. The normality test showed a significance value of 0.159 for the pretest and 0.071 for the posttest, both greater than 0.05, indicating normally distributed data. The paired sample t-test resulted in a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming a significant effect of the multiplication pocket media on student learning outcomes. These findings suggest that the use of interactive and tangible teaching aids, such as multiplication pockets, can significantly enhance students’ understanding and achievement in learning multiplication.

The purpose of this research is to help improve the achievement of Indonesian language learning outcomes of grade II UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I students using a problem-based learning approach. Indonesian language is one of the subjects that students are required to learn. Although this subject is compulsory, the learning outcomes of some students have not yet reached the KKTP. The PTK method or classroom action research is the method used in this research and is carried out in 2 cycles. The stages of the PTK method for each cycle are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection tools in this research with observation sheets, interview guidelines and test sheets. In the pre-action, students who achieved classical completeness were 44.4% of 9 students in class II. There was an increase after the action in cycle I, namely 66.7% classical completeness, then in cycle II there was an increase again to 88.9%. The conclusion of this research can be stated that the implementation of a problem-based approach can help improve the achievement of Indonesian language learning outcomes of grade II UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung I students on the topic of active and passive verbs.

This study began with the low achievement of student learning outcomes, which was caused by the lack of innovative learning models implemented by teachers and the dominance of teacher-centered learning approaches. This situation leads to reduced student engagement during the learning process.This study aims to improve student learning achievement in the Pancasila Education subject by implementing the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model for fourth grade students at SDN Sumurgung 1 Tuban in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach. In the implementation of cycle I, the average student score was 71.4, with a learning completion rate of 42.8%. After improvements were made in cycle II, the average student score increased to 98.5, and the classical learning completion rate reached 98.5%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject in fourth grade at SDN Sumurgung 1 Tuban.

This article discusses the role of inclusive leadership in shaping students' character in elementary schools. Through a literature review and analysis of recent research findings, it was found that inclusive leadership implemented by school principals can create a learning environment that is safe, values diversity, and encourages the development of character values such as tolerance, empathy, responsibility, and cooperation. The application of inclusive leadership has a positive impact on students' character development by creating an inclusive and participatory atmosphere in schools. However, the implementation of inclusive leadership faces challenges such as limited training for teachers and principals, as well as a lack of resources to support students with special needs. This article recommends strengthening the capacity of school principals in managing diversity and emphasizes the importance of synergy between teachers, students, and the school community.

This research aims to understand various educational evaluation models and learning evaluation techniques applied in the teaching and learning process. The method used is a library research with data sources from various literature related to evaluation in the field of education. The results of the study show that evaluation models such as CIPP, gap model, formative evaluation, and summative have an important role in assessing educational programs from various aspects, ranging from planning, implementation, to final results. In addition, learning evaluation techniques use various forms of tests, such as oral, written, and action tests, which are classified based on their evaluation objectives, such as speed tests, ability tests, learning outcome tests, and diagnostic tests. All of these evaluation models and techniques complement each other in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning. The development of appropriate evaluation models and techniques is very necessary so that the learning process runs according to the goals and is able to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning model on science learning outcomes (IPAS) regarding the topic of human respiratory organs and their functions among fifth-grade students at SDN Watupecah, Rembang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a one- group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consisted of all fifth- grade students at SDN Watupecah in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 20 students selected using non-probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the normality test indicated that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed. The t-test results showed that the average pretest score was 56.55 and the average posttest score was 80.4, with N = 20. The calculated t-value was 4.024, while the critical t-value at a significance level of 0.05 with 19 degrees of freedom was 2.093. Since the calculated t-value is greater than the critical t-value (t_calculated > t_table), the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model is effective in improving science learning outcomes on the topic of human respiratory organs and their functions among fifth-grade students at SDN Watupecah, Rembang Regency.
