Abstract

One of the efforts of the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve the quality of education is launching the Independent Learning Curriculum, one of the characteristics highlighted in this curriculum is Differentiated Learning. Research using differentiated learning and religious attitudes was carried out in order to determine the influence of students' critical thinking abilities on buying and selling material in class The population of this study were all students of class X MAN 2 Deli Serdang consisting of 12 classes. The sampling technique used is non-probable sampling with purpose sampling. Data collection instruments are tests and questionnaires. Normality testing uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method and homogeneity testing uses the Levene and Barllett method. The data analysis technique is two-way analysis of variance at  = 0.05. The results of the research show: (1) there is an influence of differentiated learning on the critical thinking abilities of class X students at MAN 2 Deli Serdang. This is proven by the variable significance value (p-value) which is smaller than 0.05 (0.046 < 0.05), (2) there is a significant influence between religious attitudes and students' critical thinking abilities. This is proven by the variable significance value (p-value) which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and (3) there is no interaction between differentiated learning and religious attitudes on students' critical thinking abilities. The results of statistical analysis show that the significance value (p-value) for this interaction is 0.534 which is greater than 0.05 (0.534 > 0.05)).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of TASTAFI (Tasawuf, Tauhid, and Fikih) learning and Islamic character building in the Ta'lim Berkah Sekumpul assembly for mothers in Lubuk Bayas Village. The background of this research is the importance of strengthening the understanding of Islam and Islamic character building through non-formal education in the community. Qualitative research methods were used to analyze the impact of this holistic learning on participants, especially mothers. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. mThe results show that majelis Ta'lim Berkah Sekumpul uses an inclusive and adaptive approach that is able to respond to differences in educational backgrounds and religious understanding among participants. This enabled the women to internalize Islamic values more effectively. Participants showed improvement in their religious understanding and application of Islamic teachings in daily life. In addition, Islamic character building through majelis Ta'lim activities also significantly contributes to strengthening the moral and spiritual foundation of participants, which has a positive impact on family life and the surrounding community. The conclusion of this study is that TASTAFI learning and Islamic character building at the Berkah Sekumpul Ta'lim assembly make an important contribution to strengthening the morality and spirituality of the Muslim community in Lubuk Bayas Village. The majelis Ta'lim's inclusive and adaptive approach is effective in building deeper religious understanding and strong character building, especially among mothers. This finding confirms the strategic role of majelis ta'lim in developing human resources with Islamic character at the community level.

Abstract

Changes in increasingly sophisticated times have resulted in increasingly visible moral changes. This is due to the entry of foreign culture, namely western culture, into Indonesia, thereby erasing the original Indonesian culture itself. The aim of this research is to find out what factors cause the decline in morals in teenagers, then analyze these factors to find solutions that can be provided to help improve the morals of teenagers today. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation by taking a sample of 13 sources, especially teenagers aged 12 to 17 years. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's theory, including data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the factors causing the decline in morals in teenagers are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors in the form of willingness and desire to play social media, and internal factors in the form of family and peer relationships. The solution that can be given to overcome the decline in morals in teenagers which is considered effective is to instill religious education from an early age using the exemplary method.

Abstract

Although the local government has accommodated the advantages of local values in the Ternate region, educational institutions in the regions have not integrated the advantages of local wisdom values in learning local content. Local wisdom should not be used as a mere symbol, it needs to be integrated in order to create learning that is decorated with wisdom so that the Indonesian generation has strong mental resilience, high morals, forms commendable behavior, and grows an anti-corruption culture. The research aims to describe the customs of the Ternate people as a model of anti-corruption education and its relevance to anti-corruption principles. Descriptive-based qualitative is the choice of this research. Research data is obtained through interviews and supported by relevant documentation and journals and books. Conclusion; 1) "Adat se-Atorang" comes from the ancestral heritage of the Ternate people which is adopted from the basic principle of Islamic teachings (Akhlakulkarimah) which serves as a guide to life, which is practiced continuously to prevent acts of self-destructive greed; 2) "Adat se-Atorang" with values at the core; Galib se-Lakudi (true authority belongs only to God, by His will, man only carries out His entrustment; Sere se-Duniru (in the construction of social interaction relationships, human beings must not deviate from His rules); Cing se-Cingari (when acting, it must be seen by the public, always aware of itself that there is supervision of man and God); Cara se-Ngale (doing a work always refers to the guidance of God (Allah Swt); Bobaso se-Rasai (the gift of God's knowledge to humans to maintain behavior in social relationships; Loa se-Bannari (if trust is given, it must be done honestly, correctly and straightly); Duka se-Cinta (grow an attitude of caring and tolerance for others); Baso se-Hormati (respect others and do not accuse or blame others). The value in question has a universal meaning and is in line with the principles of anti-corruption and the spirit of the mandate of the Anti-Corruption Law.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the situation that PAI teachers in junior high schools should be able to master the learning that will take place. One of them is mastering the application of media in learning. Researchers want to explore the analysis of PAI Teachers' Ability to Develop Video Learning Media, studying at State Junior High Schools 2 and 4 Tanjung Pura. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a multisite study approach. Qualitative research is a research method used to provide a detailed description of the research object. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers and students of SMPN 2 Tanjung Pura and SMPN 4 Tajung Pura. The research uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that planning for learning media management at SMPN 2 Tanjung Pura and SMPN 4 Tajung Pura is carried out by each teacher who will teach the learning material. This implementation includes procurement of learning media, storage, implementation and evaluation. Implementation in developing video learning media, using video media related to subject activities. Video media in subject activities is adjusted to the subject matter that will be provided. Evaluation of PAI teachers in developing video learning media at SMPN 2 Tanjung Pura and SMPN 4 Tanjung Pura is carried out by the Principal as educational supervision together with teachers in charge of each subject. Evaluation indicators are adjusted to competency standards and basic competencies that have been established in quality standards.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the potential content of the Canggu Inscription to be used as an alternative learning resource for high school students, as well as to determine the opportunities and relevance of using the Canggu Inscription as a historical learning resource. In this research, the library research method was used. With the help of a content analysis approach, using the library study stages. In this writing, we utilize literature studies originating from several journal articles, books, official websites that are relevant and appropriate to the topic discussed. This study will also provide alternative additional material related to the Canggu Inscription, including a description of the contents of the Canggu Inscription, life in government, economics, religion, as well as patterns of diplomatic relations and trade bureaucracy that occurred at that time, which is linked to the content of learning outcomes so that it will can be used as an alternative learning resource for students, especially at class X high school level.

Abstract

Teachers at the Mu'allimin Al-Washliyah Medan Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah continue to strive to develop the thinking of their students to develop the explanations that have been included in the 2013 curriculum development through the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). This research was motivated by wanting to know about Religious Extracurriculars Based on Academic Quality at MTs Mu'allimin al-Washliyah Medan, its planning, implementation, how to evaluate it and the inhibiting and supporting factors.  This study uses a qualitative method. This research took place at MTs Mu'allimin al-Washliyah Medan. Data collection techniques use interviews, field observations and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result is planning extracurricular activities, namely planning Al-Quran reading activities and Al-Quran memorization activities. The implementation of extracurricular activities is carried out in several methods, namely; a) Example Method, b) Habituation Method, c) Advice Method, d) Motivation Method, e) Persuasion Method and f) Story Method. There are two ways to evaluate the success of extracurricular activities, namely; a) in summative evaluation, and b) in formative evaluation. The inhibiting factors are divided into two, namely inclusively and exclusively. Inclusively they are; 1) lack of optimal special hours for carrying out guidance and coaching service activities, 2) lack of optimal supervisory attention from the general leadership of PW al-Washliyah who go directly to the field face to face. The exclusive inhibiting factor is the lack of optimal facilities and infrastructure provided directly by the Medan Ministry of Religion, the lack of optimal attention from the Medan City Ministry of Religion itself, the supporting factor is the presence of students at MTQ and STQ events.

Abstract

The limited digital media available is one of the obstacles in maximizing the learning process. Based on initial observations, researchers found that there were problems with the academic performance of Medan High School Class This research aims to develop media in digital form based on CTL with digital literacy level as a moderating variable to improve economic learning outcomes at Santo Ignasius High School Medan Class XI IPS 1. This research uses a more general learning design model, namely the ADDIE model. This development model has five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). This research was carried out at SMA Santo Ignasius Medan with a population of 36 students. Based on the feasibility validation test for CTL-based digital media carried out by experts, the average result was 86.13% with a very feasible category. The post-test score obtained by the experimental class which was processed with the developed CTL-based digital media was an average of 89.59, while the post-test score for the control class obtained a school average of 86.56. Therefore, it can be concluded that the digital media developed based on CTL is effectively applied to improve the learning outcomes of class XI IPS 1 SMA Santo Ignasius Medan to be applied to classroom learning.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate efforts to improve the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 61 Kota Banda Aceh through the implementation of scientific supervision using individual conversation techniques. Scientific supervision is a systematic approach that enhances teachers' competence and motivation through methods such as observation, data analysis, and personal guidance. The study employs a qualitative approach with a school action research design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of scientific supervision with individual conversation techniques effectively enhances teaching quality and teacher performance. Scientific supervision allows teachers space for self-reflection, constructive feedback, and collaborative planning for improvement with supervisors. Additionally, individual conversation techniques enable supervisors to better understand the personal needs and challenges faced by each teacher. This creates a supportive work environment conducive to teachers' professional growth and improves learning quality at SD Negeri 61 Kota Banda Aceh. These findings can guide the development of educational policies and supervision practices in schools to achieve better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Assessment activities are an important aspect in the learning system. Teachers need to carry out assessments both when learning begins and even before learning practice takes place, during the teaching and learning process, or at the end of a learning activity. One of the assessments that must be carried out by Indonesian language teachers is performance assessment. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of performance assessment in Indonesian language learning at Kerumutan Middle School, Pelalawan Regency and describe the models used in performance assessment in Indonesian language learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method used in this research is a survey. The population and sample in this research were 4 class VII Indonesian language teachers at Kerumutan Middle School. Data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data collection was carried out using Google Form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with 4 steps, namely: collecting data and carrying out data reduction, calculating the percentage of questionnaire results, presenting data in the form of short descriptions and tables, and data were analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results of the research show that all teachers have carried out performance assessments in Indonesian language learning at Kerumutan Middle School using various models, namely, listening assessments, picture-based talks, interviews, telling stories, giving speeches, discussing, reading aloud, writing essays, writing scientific papers, news, reports, letters, and analysis of literary texts.
