Abstract

This study aims to find out the history and planning of learning in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School, Batang Quiz District.As for the research method used, this type of research is qualitative research, namely field research, with the aim of explaining the phenomenon as deeply as possible through collecting data as deeply as possible. Methods of data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and document studies, data sources, data analysis and scrutinizing the validity of the data refers to qualitative research.The final results of this study indicate that 1) Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Mawaridussalam is a Madrasa that has only been established since 2008, around 14 years old. From 2010 to 2022 the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Aliyah Private Mawaridussalam has been occupied by two people, namely: 1) Nurrokhman, SH., MM, period 2010-2015, and 2) Arief Persada Lift, S.Pd.I., MM, period 2016 – present. 2) Planning of learning activities in improving teacher performance in the Deli Serdang district Private Madrasah Aliyah, namely the Mawaridussalam Private Madrasah Aliyah is carried out by involving teachers to compile all of these programs, while the planning programs are, a) Learning implementation plans, b) Plans for learning approaches and methods , c) Planning for learning tools or media, d) Planning for learning evaluation, e) Planning for preparing a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), f) Planning for hiring teachers/teachers, and g) Planning for teacher development.

Abstract

The instructional materials have a significant impact on the learning process. This study aimed to determine the demand for Indonesian language teaching materials in Indonesian Islamic religious colleges. This study was conducted at the Palopo State Islamic Institute with the participation of 2018 madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education program students who had attended Indonesian language lectures the previous semester. This study included 84 students and six instructors of the Indonesian language. This survey-based study employs a qualitative descriptive design. In the form of questionnaires, observations, and interview guidelines, data collection instruments. The data were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. According to a study, students and professors require textbooks incorporating Islamic perspectives. Therefore, the curriculum includes Islamic history texts, lectures or sermons, Quranic and Hadith verse quotations and translations, articles, and Islamic literary works. These findings can be considered when developing Indonesian language instructional materials for IAIN Palopo and other Indonesian Islamic religious universities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy and implementation of management in improving the quality of education in Indonesian universities. This research uses a literature research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Literature, scientific journals are needed to study and search for data sources. The results of this study explain the quality assurance approach directing higher education institutions to learn and implement Total Quality Management (TQM). There have been four successes within the scope of college management, among others: (1) Students are satisfied with the services provided by the College; (2) Education customers are satisfied with the services provided to their students; (3) stakeholders are satisfied to have qualified graduates and according to expectations; (4) Lecturers and education staff are satisfied with the services of universities in several fields: division of labor, relationships and communication between lecturers/leaders.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah merupakan sebuah lembaga yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan menjungjung tinggi persatuan, perdamaian dan kebaikan bangsa ini. Dimana bangsa Indonesia sebagai negara multicultural yang terdiri dari berbagai macam suku, Bahasa, ras dan budaya. Hal ini menandakan bahwa moderasi beragama sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sedini mungkin. Tujuan dari prnrlitian ini adalah menanamkan sikap nilai-nilai moderasi beragama sedini mungkin terhadap siswa di madrasah diniyah takmiliyah marifatul huda. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala, guru, dan siswa Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display, dan verifying, Hasil penelitain ini menjelaskan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi   beragama   harus   dikembagnkan   sedini mungkin terhadap anak, kemudian   dapat diaplikasikan melalui pembinaan keagamaan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah diniyah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen perencanaan budaya akademik  Institut Agama Islam Negeri  Langsa Aceh Indonesia. Pengembangan budaya akademik di perguruan tinggi tidak terlepas dari peran dan fungsi manajemen yang berjalan dengan efektif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan maksud mendeskripsikan manajemen perencanaan dalam mengembangkan budaya akademik di IAIN Langsa. Adapun pengumpulan data ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian perencanaan pengembangan budaya akademik pimpinan telah merumuskan visi IAIN Langsa, yaitu: menjadi pusat kajian keislaman yang berkarakter rahmatan lil alamin. Mengharagai perbedaan pendapat merupakan salah satu indikator dari kata rahmatan lil alamin, seperti ungkapan al Ikhtilafu rahmatun, perbedaan itu adalah rahmat. IAIN Langsa merencanakan pengembangan budaya akademik dengan menetapkan dalam statuta agar semua sivitas akademika punya dasar yang kuat dalam melestarikan budaya akademik sehingga menjadi suatu budaya yang terus berkembang mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Selain dalam visi misi dan statute pengembangan budaya akademik juga di tuangkan dalam Rencana Strategi IAIN Langsa, kebijakan tentang suasana akademik IAIN Langsa tertuang dalm surat keputusan Rektor nomor 176 tahun 2015 tentang suasana akademik di IAIN langsa.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya bertarikat melahirkan kondisi batin yang kurang tenang dan kurang stabil sehingga melahirkan perilaku sosialnya baik. Hal ini merupakan bagian terpenting dari pendidikan, pendidikan itu sendiri berujuan memperbaiki akhlaq atau adab yang di istilahkan dalam pendidikan dengan Ta’dib, sedangkan bertarikat menjunjung tinggi adab. Hal inilah yang menjadi kajian dalam artikel ini bahwa Tarikat Naqsabandy Jabal Hindi merupakan tarikat dengan sanad Syekh Bahauddin Naqsabandy. Metode penelitian dalam meproleh data menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fonomenologi. Berdasarkan uraian dan analisis data maka ditemukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pengikutTarekat Naqsabandiyah sebelumnya merupakan orang-orang biasa seperti pada umumnya, mayoritas masih awam dengan ilmu agama, minim dalam pelaksanaan praktik-praktik ibadah baik ibadah khusus maupun ibadah umum. Mayoritas juga memiliki perilaku sosial yang kurang baik dan bahkan banyak sekali yang bersifat temperamental, merasa tidak tenang dan tidak mampu mengedalikan emosinya. Setelah mengikuti Tarekat Naqsabandiyah, banyak sekali perubahan-perubahan yang dirasakan oleh jamaah Tarekat Naqsabandiyah. Meraka menjadi lebih tekun beribadah, baik yang ibadah wajib maupun sunah, perilaku kesehariannya terhadap keluraga maupun masyarakat sekitar menjadi lebih baik, lebih sabar dan tidak lagi temperamental. Semakin gemar dan giat menuntut ilmu (ilmu-ilmu Agama), juga tetap bersemangat dan seimbang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dunia akhirat. Perubahan sifat dan sikap menuju ke arah yang semakin baik, baik dari segi pengetahuan agama, akhlak, ibadah, keimanan, ketenangan ruhaniah/mental merupakan indikasi adanya kontribusi Tarekat Naqsabandiyah terhadap Pendidikan Agama Islam dan perilaku social.

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengembangan multimedia interaktif pembelajaran PAI materi al-Qur’an berbasis android untuk siswa SD. Adapun Langkah pengembangan mengadopsi Langkah-langkah pengembangan model Borg and Gall, yang meliputi : Research and information collecting, planning, depelov primary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product, dissemination and implementation. Uji validasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan oleh 3 orang validator yakni Dr. H.Amirul Mukminin al-Anwari untuk validasi materi, Dr. Buyung, MT untuk validasi bidang aplikasi dan Dr. Husni Mubarok, M.Pd untuk validasi bidang Pendidikan SD. Adapun rata-rata skor untuk 3 validator adalah 95 dalam kategori valid. Dalam uji kepraktisan dengan indikasi praktis adalah produk mudah digunakan melibatkan 3 guru dan 3 siswa Adapun nilai rata-rata 3 guru dalam persen adalah 95% dan nilai rata-rata untuk 3 orang siswa 84,2% dengan demikian dinyatakan bahwa produk mudah digunakan. Selanjutnya uji keefektifan produk, keefektifan produk dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar dari sebelum penggunaan produk (pretest) dan setelah penggunaan produk (posttest) dilakukan dalam 3 kali yakni di kelas IV, di kelas V, dan di kelas VI SDN 32 Talang Kelapa,  dalam uji coba ini meliputi uji perform dan uji pemahaman dengan test. Adapun hasil uji performance di kelas IV yaitu pretest 51,17 dan posttest 87,457, di kelas V 57,68 dan posttest 86,428 dan dikelas VI 69,5 dan posttest 87,737 kemudian test pemahaman meliputi 45,43 dan posttest 77,29 dan di kelas V 44,29 dan posttest 85,57 di kelas VI pretest 50,79 dan posttest 82,37 posttest selalu mengalami peningkatan dengan demikian produk dinyatakan efektif. Kemudian dilakukan disseminasi dan implementasi di 10 sekolahan yakni SDN 27 Talang Kelapa, SDN 12 Talang Kelapa di SDN 01 Talang Kelapa. SDN 20 Talang kelapa, SDN 08 Talang Kelapa.  SDN 34 Talang Kelapa, SDN 24 Talang Kelapa, SDN SDN 07 Talang Kelapa, SDN 23 Talang Kelapa dan SDN 03 Talang Kelapa, dan SDN 29 Talang Kelapa.

Abstract

Children are the age group that needs guidance and teaching from adults. Furthermore, the growth and development of children must be protected from aspects of violence, especially "child predators", because children are a nation's asset towards progress and prosperity. This study aims to analyze the strategy for protecting violence against children through the Aisyiyah Cinta Anak (GACA) movement in Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research that aims to produce more powerful and in-depth data that can be obtained at the research location (field). This research was conducted in Mamajang District, Makassar. The results of the research are expected to find formulations of strategic concepts that can be implemented by Aisyiyah in protecting children from violence. The government provides the widest possible opportunity for the community to play a role in realizing child protection. The government continues to encourage the formation of community-based Integrated Child Protection in all regions, including Makassar City.

Abstract

The implementation of curriculum management is a series of resource management activities in implementing curriculum for the quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in the pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and document review. In addition, data and information are analyzed by data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were (1) curriculum planning was established by the madrasa leadership, MGMP, and teachers through curriculum planning meetings by making madrasa / pesantren education calendars, calculating effective working days for each subject, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, and implementing lesson plans as the direction of achieving academic quality and non-academic graduates, (2) the implementation of curriculum programs included learning using the curriculum of Diknas and pesantren through face-to-face learning, practice in mosques, halls, laboratories, and learning activities so that there were guidelines and targets achievement of the quality of graduates, (3) the implementation of curriculum evaluation included classroom supervision activities, learning evaluation, both formative and summative, and curriculum evaluation meetings at the end of the academic year which showed the achievement of the target of improving the quality of graduates could be seen from the fulfillment of minimum completeness criteria high and graduation of santri.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the thoughts of Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir regarding rational religious Islamic education and identify similarities and differences in the thoughts of the two figures regarding rational religious Islamic education. This research is motivated by two main problems, namely the weak vision of Islamic education and epistemological problems in dichotomous Islamic scholarship. Therefore, the concept of rational religious Islamic education which combines worldly and spiritual elements is one of the solutions in the midst of educational backwardness. Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir are national Islamic figures who have a high role in education in Indonesia. This type of research is a type of library research. The research approach in this study used historical and philosophical approaches and data analysis using content and comparative analysis. The results of this study conclude that the concept of thinking of rational religious Islamic education according to Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir is guidance that combines ukhrawi elements (morals, spiritual, emotional) and worldly elements (mind, body, skills) based on monotheism to complement nature and lead humans to fitrah original. Then the similarities of the two concepts are found in meaning, educational goals, student subjects, and material that must include religious and world knowledge.
