Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of applying the Tikrar method in improving the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an in grade 5 students at SD Muhammadiyah 04 Surabaya. The Tikrar method, which prioritizes repetition of verses from the Koran, has proven effective in speeding up and strengthening students' memory process. The research used a qualitative approach with case studies, involving interviews with school principals, tahfidz teachers, and direct observation of the student learning process. The research results showed that almost 90% of class 5A students succeeded in memorizing Juz 30 after applying the Tikrar method, which was supported by a conducive learning environment, such as a comfortable classroom atmosphere and intensive guidance from the tahfidz teacher. The main supporting factors for the success of this method are student motivation and the role of parents, although there are challenges in supporting at home. The Tikrar method has been proven to be more effective than the previously used talaqqi method, especially in terms of time efficiency and memorization quality. This research suggests integrating social media or digital-based learning applications to support rote repetition outside school hours.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Environmental Quality Index, Inflation, and Unemployment Rate on Economic Growth in Indonesia. This study uses secondary panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2018–2022. This analysis uses panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to examine the relationship between variables. The dependent variable is economic growth, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product, while the independent variables include the Environmental Quality Index, inflation, and unemployment rate. The findings reveal that the Environmental Quality Index has no effect on economic growth in Indonesia. On the contrary, inflation has a negative and significant impact on economic growth, highlighting the importance of price stability in supporting household purchasing power and economic activity. Likewise, the unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This underscores the important role of job creation to support economic progress. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions, especially in environmental management, economic stability, and unemployment reduction as a joint effort to encourage sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. These findings are also relevant for policymakers in designing economic development strategies that balance environmental preservation, price stability, and social welfare to achieve inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Khotmil Qur’an adalah kegiatan membaca Al-Qur’an yang dimulai dari Juz 1 hingga Juz 30 dan dibagi sesuai dengan jumlah peserta. Salah satu Tour And Travel Umrah di Semarang yaitu Azzahro Tour And Travel membuat Program Umrah yang sangat menarik, yaitu program Khotmil Qur’an. Program Khotmil Qur’an ini dilaksanakan oleh para jamaah Umrah saat mereka sudah sampai di tanah suci, baik di Kota Makkah maupun di Kota Madinah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah program Khotmil Qur’an ini dapat mempengaruhi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas jamaah Biro Umrah Azzahro. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dengan metode wawancara yang dilakukan kepada pemilik dan jamaah Biro Umrah Azzahro. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa program khotmil qur’an dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas jamaah Biro Umrah Azzahro karena program Khotmil Qur’an tersebut menjadikan nilai plus di mata para jamaah dan para jamaah merasa dengan waktu ibadah yang singkat mereka dapat memanfaatkan waktu sebaik mungkin dan menjadikan perjalanan ibadah Umrah mereka menjadi lebih berkualitas. Selain itu, ternyata jamaah juga merasa puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Biro Umrah Azzahro.

Abstract

This study explores the critical influence of global leadership on achieving organizational success within complex international markets. With globalization advancing, leaders face the challenge of managing cultural diversity, regulatory differences, and shifting market conditions. The research identifies key competencies for global leaders, including cultural intelligence, strategic foresight, adaptability, and ethical decision-making, which are essential for efficient cross-border management. Employing a qualitative approach, this study synthesizes insights from an extensive academic literature review, examining how these competencies impact organizational metrics such as market share, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Thematic analysis reveals that leaders with adaptability and strategic insight are better equipped to address technological innovations, regulatory changes, and socio-political issues. The conclusions emphasize the importance of developing leadership frameworks that support these competencies to bolster organizational resilience and competitive advantage globally. Abstract

Low reading ability in Sekolah Indonesia Makkah shows that educational efforts have not succeeded in increasing students' interest in reading towards knowledge, because currently their interest in reading is very minimal. Through the reading literacy program, it is hoped that students can improve their understanding of basic literacy. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the planning, implementation and results of the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to increase the reading interest of elementary school students at Sekolah Indonesia Makkah.This research applies a qualitative and quantitative approach.This type of research applies a qualitative observation study. This research is located at SD Sekolah Indonesia Makkah which is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and the subjects of this research are class II B students.Indata collection using techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis is done interactively and continuously until all data is collected completely. Consists of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers regarding the title of optimizing literacy programs as an effort to increase reading interest in elementary school students of Sekolah Indonesia Makkah, it can be concluded that the planning, implementation of this literacy program has the results of implementing the literacy program as an effort to increase students' reading interest, namely increasing self-confidence, often practicing reading, practicing pronunciation of words, practicing proper intonation, practicing reading with a clear voice, enriching vocabulary, improving writing skills, and understanding the meaning of reading. And the school library becomes more alive because of the presence of students who take the time to read there so that students are formed who make reading a habit in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find "Teachers' Reflective Thinking Model in Overcoming Student Problems at School Through Digital Communication". This study is considered important considering that there are still many student problems at school that are resolved by teachers in a reactive and spontaneous manner, without involving a reflective thinking approach. So instead of being able to resolve student problems, it can actually create new problems. This study uses a research and development method, so that it focuses more on the activity of developing a product through testing to see its effectiveness and usefulness before being socialized. The subjects of this research were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kedung Waringin, Bekasi Regency. Data collection through interviews, surveys, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the teacher's reflective thinking model in overcoming student problems through digital communication is very feasible to use or can be a reference for teachers related to the stages in overcoming student problems at school. Through this model, the teacher's attitude can be more controlled and empathetic in dealing with student problems, so that they are able to take more controlled, measurable and effective actions.

Abstract

Along with the development of the culinary industry, especially in the coffee shop sector, there is an increase in very tight competition between various businesses in this field. To attract customers and maintain their loyalty, every coffee shop needs to pay attention to various factors that can affect consumer experience, one of which is store atmosphere. In addition, the variety of products offered and the quality of service provided are also important elements in creating customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product variety, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shops in Manahan. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative research. The data required is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of the study was Coffee Shop customers in Manahan, with a sample of 100 respondents taken using the convenience purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely validity testing to ensure the validity of the questionnaire, reliability testing to measure the consistency of respondents' answers, classical assumption testing which includes normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, both simultaneously and partially. The results show that partially the variables store atmosphere, product variation, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.588, meaning that the variables store atmosphere (X1), product variation (X2) and service quality (X3) are able to explain the variation of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 0.588 or 58.8%, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in the model.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood has an important role in building an independent and confident personality. This study aims to determine how the habit of applying the magic words excuse me, please, sorry and thank you in supporting the character of early childhood in TKIT Little Star Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The description is compiled based on data obtained from the field, precisely at TKIT Little Star. This study uses observation and interview techniques as data collection and the subjects of this study include class teachers and A1 students who are the application of the habit of the magic words excuse me, please, sorry and thank you. In the implementation of this habit does not always run smoothly there are challenges in the implementation but with the example and real examples from the teacher makes students see and do the habit of the magic words so that ethical manners in students are formed and support character education and cooperation of parents at home is also one of the supporters. Character when it has been formed from an early age will be carried over into adulthood.

Abstract

A descriptive paragraph is a paragraph that describes an object, event, place, person or experience in detail.This study was conducted to improve the skills of writing descriptive paragraphs with the concept sentence method assisted by image media in grade IV students of SDN Marga Mulya I. This study was conducted with classroom action research through 2 cycle stages. This classroom action research was conducted because it was found that in grade IV students there were still many students who did not understand how to write paragraphs, students had difficulty developing the meaning they wanted to convey in writing and the use of learning methods that were less suitable. The results of this study prove that there was an increase in learning outcomes in the application of this model with a percentage of 66% of students who could in cycle 1 and increased to 80% in cycle 2 of students with descriptive paragraph writing skills. So the application of the concept sentence model assisted by image media is said to be successful in improving the skills of writing descriptive paragraphs in grade IV students of SDN Marga Mulya I.

Abstract

This study examines Ahmad Hassan Bangil's thoughts on hadith, which is one of the important discussions in the history of hadith in the archipelago. Ahmad Hassan Bangil is one of the charismatic and critical scholars who has ever been present in the archipelago. His contribution to Islam in Indonesia is very large. Known as an expert in debating and also skilled in writing his ideas in his books has skyrocketed his name. Although Ahmad Hassan did not write his work in the form of hadith science, his thoughts on hadith are very scattered in his books. One of his most phenomenal books is Sual Jawab, a book that contains problems in religion consisting of four volumes. In the book, it can be seen how Ahmad Hassan expresses his critical and progressive thoughts in hadith. To find out how Ahmad Hassan expresses his ideas, a qualitative method is needed, namely by analyzing the contents of his book using a library research approach. Then it can be found how Ahmad Hassan is more critical in explaining hadith. Where the figure of Ahmad Hassan always emphasizes to be more critical in taking a hadith, he always tries to find information that makes him sure that the hadith can be practiced or abandoned. If there is a hadith that is considered not to meet the requirements of a valid hadith, then he does not hesitate to abandon it.
