Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees at the PP-PA Office of South Sumatera Province, 2) to determine the effect of work conflict on employee work productivity in the PP-PA Office of South Sumatera Province. And 3) to determine the effect of the work environment and work conflict on employee work productivity at the PP-PA Office of South Sumatera Province. The research method used is a descriptive method with a research sample of 48 ASN employees at the PP-PA Office of South Sumatera Province. Data analysis by questionnaire. The results of the study with indicators of work conflict, work environment, and employee productivity showed a good predicate with a magnitude of 79.64%. Our recommendation is to improve the work environment and prevent and handle work conflicts properly will increase employee productivity at the PP-PA Office of South Sumatera Province.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the implementation of digital literacy governance management in Senior High school. This research is qualitative case study method. The result shows that management of digital literacy governance in SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan is conducted through four management functions which are planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Planning process described by research, meetings, proposal design, and policy determination. The forming of committee for SMA Rujukan program performs the organizing process. The actuating process shown by the implementation of digital literacy strategies formulated by Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture. The controlling process is not applied to all teachers, staff and students but can be seen through the supervision and evaluation of SMA Rujukan program, teacher’s supervision, and survey’s result of library and IT divisions from students.

Abstract

Industrial internships are a means for students to gain work experience while at the same time understanding the organizational environment and solving problems in the company/industry. This study aims to map the quality of soft skills and hard skills to the satisfaction of companies/industries where students carry out Industrial Internships, to get the results of mapping the quality of soft skills and hard skills the methods used are Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The object of research used in this study is the population of Industrial Internship students in 2021, amounting to 110 students. The questions used in the questionnaire use a range of 1-7 where the company/industry conducts an assessment by filling out a statement question questionnaire where the distance is 3 months, the distance is the ideal distance for stakeholders in assessing the quality of students' soft skills and hard skills. The implication of the research results from the mapping of soft skills and hard skills of Industrial internships students is that the attributes contained in quadrant A consist of soft skills: self-confidence, motivation, and adaptability. And hard skills: Proficient in maintaining work tools, Learning Speed to use new work tools, and Ability to provide opinions, are attributes that need to be considered by the Department of Electronic Engineering to maintain company/industry trust to continue to accept the Industrial Internship program.

Abstract

This study has the aim of analyzing the responses of physics teachers and students to the need for developing e-modules on the amount and units of material at the SMA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This research is part of the R & D research with the ADDIE model but is only limited to the needs analysis stage using quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data samples, namely 8 physics teachers and 250 students in 5 high schools during the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observation. The instrument used is a questionnaire on the need for e-module development for physics students and teachers. The results of this study indicate that the instruments used are valid and reliable and show that physics teachers and students strongly agree that the e-module material on quantities and units really needs to be developed to support effective online learning. Different from previous research, the update of this research was carried out in all public high schools in Payakumbuh City and focused on physics subject matter of quantities and units. This research contributes to educational practitioners so that they can develop an e-module teaching material product of magnitude and unit material for students.

Abstract

The focus of research is on teachers as managers in managing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, namely describing and revealing existing facts and then describing them descriptively with words or descriptions. The results of the study indicate that the application of management functions can minimize the impact of online learning in the village. The existence of innovative learning methods that are considered effective in teaching and learning activities. Troubleshooting the flow of communication between schools and parents. The research was conducted in a rural area, namely SDN Negla (Kertasari) Bandung Regency, West Java Province. What is new in this research is that it is carried out in rural areas where the majority of human resources have minimal technological knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the group investigation learning model affects students' critical thinking skills in Pancasila education courses. A quasi-experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group was adopted for the investigation. The demographic utilized is all PGSD Study Program students. The control class has 35 pupils, whereas the experimental class has 33 people. The experimental class employs the group investigation learning model, whereas the control group employs a traditional learning model. In this study, the average pretest value of the experimental class is 35.4, whereas the control class's pretest value is 35.8. The average value of critical thinking abilities on the posttest differed between the two learning regimens. The group investigation learning approach has a substantial impact on the critical thinking abilities of PGRI University Palembang students enrolled in the Pancasila Education course.

Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact not only on health but also on the resilience of the national economy. Learning from the history of war, if we have weapons without food reserves, it will be messy as well as increasing food security to anticipate the impact of disease outbreaks such as Covid-19 which could happen again in the future. The Ministry of Defense is serious about developing the Food Estate Program by reviewing several potential land locations for planting strategic commodities. The plan to develop the "Food Estate" area in Central Kalimantan launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo is a collaboration between the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of SOEs. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the strength of food security is no less important than the strength of weapons, especially in dealing with the current situation such as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, Indonesia must have adequate food reserves.

Abstract

Human resources are a system driver that has a big influence on the goals of an organization. The functions of Higher Education include developing innovative, responsive, creative, skilled, competitive, and cooperative Academic Civitas through the implementation of Tridharma. To be able to carry out this function, a higher education organization requires human resources who have high competence. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of personnel management in supporting the best accreditation ranking of Telkom University. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the nine management personnel that have been implemented by Telkom University have been in accordance with the main function of management. This is a manifestation of the implementation of a higher education system at Telkom University that has met national standards.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. This research is motivated by the existence of a Pandemic which has an impact on changes in the composition of the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia is not in accordance with what is planned in the strategic plan, this discrepancy indicates that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which resulted in changes in the composition of the budget of the Directorate General of Pothan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, this has an impact on program implementation and the goal of the results to be achieved previously. Suggestions that become recommendations for input in this research are the existence of Special Funds in each Ministry/Institution that can be used for special things such as during the Covid-19 Pandemic so that it is hoped that activities that are a National Priority Scale can run well and so that the results of the activities are achieved. implemented to achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the implementation of adiwiyata policies as an effort to realize environmental education in madrasas. It is to realize environmental education effectively and efficiently. The method is case study method at MAN 1 Tapin and MAN 2 Tapin to find out how to plan, implement, organize, evaluate, support and inhibit factors as well as solutions and future improvement efforts in the Adiwiyata program to strengthen character education of MAN students. The results of this study were the community participation in the Adiwiyata program for strengthening character education for MAN 1 Tapin and MAN 2 Tapin students was carried out with reference to applicable regulations and guidelines, but it had not performed the efforts to strengthen character and the level of community participation.
