Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the design, organization, execution, and oversight of infrastructure facilities in order to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang II. This study employs a qualitative approach. Data analysis employs analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion making. The study's findings were examined through four components of infrastructure management implementation: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in order to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 01 Belitang II. The infrastructure design step involves developing many programs and carefully preparing so that students may have pleasant amenities while not incurring high school costs. The organizational stage begins with the selection of those who will carry out the responsibilities or job of task division, including the principal, vice principal, teachers, and TU personnel. The principal determines the procedure of implementing infrastructure with the cooperation of the treasurer, and the deputy head of the facility supplies any items as needed. The infrastructure facilities are then supervised to ensure that their usage and maintenance function smoothly and do not interfere with the continuous learning process.

Abstract

PT Len's defense industry policy, in collaboration with Thales, is focused on the development of the national radar industry. The cooperation demonstrates the domestic industry's inability to support the defense industry's independence. The research goal is to give advice to PT LEN on military industry implementation and strategy. The goal of qualitative research is to comprehend phenomena from the perspective of the participants. The results showed that the outcomes are consistent with the implementation theory in terms of communication, resources, personnel, budget, and disposition. To anticipate delays in the revitalization process for the defense industry that is not ready to carry out technology transfer, the strategy requires adequate resources, supporting facilities, and infrastructure, as well as an inventory of national companies engaged in the industrial defense sector.

Abstract

This study evaluated students' abilities in compiling lecture presentation materials based on project learning. The study was carried out at the Doctor of Education Program, FKIP Universitas Bengkulu. The subjects of this study were students of the doctoral program at FKIP Universitas Bengkulu who were taking the Leadership Development and Decission Making course. The results obtained, indicate that first, the ability of students to prepare lecture presentation materials for class meetings with a PjBL approach varies, and some of them do not even reflect the ideal PjBL. Second, there are still some gaps between their theoretical thinking and the reality on the ground to realize effective project-based learning. Third, the ideal PjBL model to be applied in fulfilling lecture achievements is only possible if there is sufficient time available, using a flexible academic calendar, and the participation of related parties.
