Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the website bijakmemilih.id on the political participation of generation Z in Indonesia. The focus of the study is how access and use of the website can increase political participation, both in conventional and non-conventional forms. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and causal approach. The independent variable in this study is the use of the website bijakmemilih.id, while the dependent variable is political participation. Data were collected using a four-choice Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The research sample consisted of 400 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques with the criteria of generation Z who had used the website bijakmemilih.id and were registered as permanent voters (DPT). The results showed that the use of the website bijakmemilih.id had a positive and significant effect on the political participation of generation Z, with a t-statistic value of 24,790 which is greater than 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05. This website meets four dimensions of user needs, namely cognitive, affective, individual integrative, and tension release needs. Generation Z who actively access this website experience increased political participation, both in elections, political discussions, and involvement in communities or social movements. The conclusion is that the use of the website bijakmemilih.id has a significant impact on increasing the political participation of generation Z. Abstract

This study examines the impact of discipline and encouragement training on teacher performance at SMK Tunas Bangsa Ngamprah. A quantitative approach was used involving 38 honorary teachers and a principal as research subjects. Data were collected through a survey that was tested for validity and consistency. The research findings revealed a significant positive effect of discipline and encouragement training on teacher performance. Statistical tests showed a significance value of less than 0.05, indicating that increasing work encouragement and disciplinary training can significantly improve teacher performance. Based on these results, it is recommended that the school continue to strengthen the motivation and discipline of teachers to improve their performance, which in turn will improving the quality of education have an impact at SMK Tunas Bangsa Ngamprah. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze: (1) The effect of academic supervision on teacher performance; (2) The effect of principal resilience on teacher performance; and (3) The combined effect of academic supervision and principal resilience on teacher performance. This study is a quantitative research using the partial correlation method. The research was conducted in 13 public elementary schools in the Seberang Ulu 1 District of Palembang, with 163 teacher respondents. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Validity and reliability tests used internal validity and reliability measures. Prerequisite tests for analysis included normality tests, linearity tests, and multicollinearity tests, and the data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of academic supervision on teacher performance with a correlation value of 1.296 and a relationship percentage of 0.46%; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of principal resilience on teacher performance with a correlation value of 1.473 and a relationship percentage of 14.186%; and (3) there is a positive and significant combined effect of academic supervision and principal resilience on teacher performance with a correlation value of 3.050 and a relationship percentage of 63.902%. Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate village fund management policies and village fund allocation in Muara Asa Village, Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency using a logic model. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the research show that village funds in Muara Asa Village are used to build infrastructure such as building village roads every year, building village bridges, building physical facilities and infrastructure for village government offices, building health facilities and infrastructure, building and rehabilitating clean water sources, maintaining farming roads. , construction of road infrastructure such as sewers, and construction of public latrines (MCK). Village Fund allocations are used to improve Village Government services by building office infrastructure, financing operational costs and salaries for Village Officials, and holding training for Village Officials. Conclusion, the process of implementing Village Funds and Village Fund Allocation in Muara Asa Village is going well and in accordance with community needs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze public services in Central Mamberamo Regency with a focus on licensing and non-licensing services implemented by the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. To conduct an in-depth analysis, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Direct observation to the research location, interviews using question guidelines, and conducting studies of various documents related to the research topic are a series of data collection techniques that are classified into two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. All completed data collection processes are continued with data analysis in three stages. Starting from sorting the results of the data that has been obtained into important parts according to the focus of the research. Second, describing the field findings in narrative form into the discussion. And finally analyzing the results of the data presentation in a conclusion related to licensing and non-licensing services. The results of this study found that facilities, low service room support capacity, and the time to complete licensing applications did not support the licensing and non-licensing service process so that the quality of service was not yet qualified. Coupled with low employee discipline, inadequate number of officers, and minimal training for service officers are factors that fall into the category of service systems and officer capabilities that affect licensing and non-licensing services in Central Mamberamo Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and work motivation together on the competence of State Junior High School teachers in West Prabumulih District. This research was conducted at the State Junior High School, West Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research period was carried out for 3 months, namely January – March 2024. This study uses a quantitative method by analyzing the results of the research. The population in this study is 116 State Junior High School Teachers in West Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. The sample in this study is 58 people. The data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The stage of implementing the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) analysis requirements test, and (3) hypothesis test. The results of the study were that there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership and teachers' work motivation simultaneously on the competence of State Junior High School teachers in West Prabumulih District. This means that the better the principal's leadership and teachers' work motivation, of course the teacher's competence will be better. Abstract

This study examines the application of the situational leadership style by principals to enhance teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. The research utilized a literature review approach, involving data collection, identifying data sources, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the principal's situational leadership style, encompassing dictating, selling, participation, and delegation, tends to be participative. This participatory approach enables teachers and staff to be more involved in school activities. Moreover, the principal's situational leadership style has a substantial impact on teacher performance. As a result, an improved situational leadership style from the principal can enhance teachers' effectiveness in carrying out their responsibilities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the social mapping approach in poverty alleviation and slum management through a strategy of transforming areas into tourist zones. The method used in this study is meta-analysis, which allows the integration of results from various previous studies to evaluate factors that contribute to the success and challenges in slum management. Data were collected through a systematic search in various academic databases, scientific journals, and research reports, with inclusion criteria that include topic relevance, methodological clarity, and data quality. The results show that social mapping plays an important role in creating a more effective intervention model to alleviate poverty and improve the quality of settlements. Collaboration across institutions, both between governments, NGOs, and local communities, is a major factor in ensuring the success of the intervention program. The network of organizations involved shows vertical and horizontal integration that strengthens coordination between sectors and layers of governance, although challenges such as lack of coordination and sectoral egos are still major obstacles. In addition, this study highlights the importance of policy integration and local capacity building through training, education, and knowledge transfer to strengthen institutions and communities. The conclusion is that a comprehensive social mapping approach can effectively address poverty and manage slums sustainably. The transformation of slum areas into tourist destinations not only has an impact on improving physical infrastructure but also encourages economic growth and social welfare of the community. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can foster entrepreneurial spirit among students. The Pancasila Student Profile is a character education concept aimed at developing Indonesian students who practice the noble values of Pancasila. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gresik. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used in this study include interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation guidelines. Data analysis technique uses Huberman's model with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can build students' entrepreneurial spirit through creativity and innovation, collaboration and leadership, as well as social responsibility and ethics. The values of Pancasila instilled through the project provide a strong foundation for students to develop ethical and responsible entrepreneurship. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has proven to provide meaningful learning experiences, thus preparing students to face the challenges of the real world. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Pemberian Penghargaan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (pekerja kasar konstruksi bangunan gedung) pada CV. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan seba This research aims to analyze the influence o work culture, awards, and work motivation on employee performance (rough workers in building construction) at CV. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach in the form of a survey of employees (rough building construction workers) at CV. As a result of the research, it is known that the constant is 1.023 with a T-Table comparison value at (df = 30-3-1) α = 0.05 of 1.706, which means the T-Test value is smaller than the T-Table value. However, if it is not influenced by the three variables (work culture, rewards, and work motivation) then the value decreases to -241 points. In conclusion, work culture (X1) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) in the UPTD office building construction work, giving awards (X2) has a very significant influence on employee (Y) performance in the UPTD office building construction work, and work motivation ( X3) has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) in the construction work of the UPTD office building. Based on the overall results of the research, it was found that the three variables including work culture (X1), giving awards (X2), and work motivation (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Namun apabila tidak dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variable (budaya kerja, pemberian penghargaan, dan motiasi kerja) maka nilainya menurun menjadi -241 poin. Simpulan, budaya kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD, pemberian penghargaan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD, dan motivasi kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada pekerjaan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTD. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan penelitian diperoleh ketiga variabel yang meliputi budaya kerja (X1), pemberian penghargaan (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
