Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work motivation on nurse performance at Arifin Ahmad Regional General Hospital, Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection was carried out through a Likert-scale closed questionnaire, in-depth interviews, and direct observation, and supported by secondary data from hospital documentation. Validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis used multiple linear regression that met the classical assumptions. The results showed that the three independent variables, namely workload, work stress, and work motivation, partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on nurse performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.837 indicated that 83.7% of the variation in nurse performance could be explained by the three variables, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the study. The conclusion is that increasing workload, work stress, and work motivation significantly affect the improvement of nurse performance.   Keywords: Workload, Performance, Work Motivation, Work Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Career Development on the Performance of Millennial Generation Employees Mediated by Work Motivation. The population of the study was millennial generation employees in offices in Jakarta. A sample of 100 people was taken by convenience sampling. The primary data used were responses from millennial generation employees in the Jakarta area obtained through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The results showed that Compensation and Career Development did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Compensation and Career Development have a significant effect on Work Motivation. And Compensation and Career Development do not have an indirect effect on Employee Performance mediated by Work Motivation.   Keywords: Millennial Generation, Compensation, Employee Performance, Work Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, length of service, and motivation simultaneously on the performance of back-office employees at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Semarang Branch. This research uses a concurrent mixed methods strategy, which combines quantitative data with qualitative data. Research results: From the results of statistical data analysis, it can be seen that leadership, length of service, and motivation partially and simultaneously influence the performance of PT back office employees. Indomarco Prismatama Semarang Branch. This can be interpreted to mean that these three factors are factors that influence the high and low performance of back-office employees in the company. In conclusion, there is a significant and positive influence of leadership, length of service and motivation simultaneously on the performance of PT back office employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance, the effect of employee behavior on employee performance, the effect of organizational climate on employee performance, the effect of job description on employee performance, the effect of motivation on employee performance, the effect of workload on employee performance in motivation moderation, the effect of employee behavior on employee performance in motivation moderation, the effect of organizational climate on employee performance in motivation moderation and the effect of job description on employee performance in motivation moderation. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey method. The research instrument is a questionnaire for employees of PT. Bulir Emas Nusantara (BEN) in Karawang Regency. The sample in this study was 97 employees of PT. Bulir Emas Nusantara (BEN). The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) Smart PLS 3.2.7 to test the nine hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee behavior has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, job description has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance in motivation moderation, organizational climate has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance in moderation. Conclusion Motivation does not moderate workload, employee behavior, organizational climate and job description on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and work motivation on employee performance in the marketing department of Bank BRI Cimahi Branch Office. Work-life balance is an important factor in maintaining a balance between personal life and work, which has a direct impact on employee productivity and well-being. In addition, work motivation plays a crucial role in determining individual performance in carrying out their duties. The research method used is quantitative with a positivism approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 marketing employees using a saturated sample technique. Data analysis was carried out with validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing to measure the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results showed that work-life balance and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees with good work-life balance and high motivation levels are more productive and have better job satisfaction levels. Therefore, companies are advised to increase work flexibility, provide incentives, and create a conducive work environment to support employee welfare.   Keywords: Work Flexibility, Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing strategies implemented by SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya in increasing public interest. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study explores in depth the key elements of the marketing mix implemented by the school. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with related parties, and document studies. Data analysis used the Creswell data analysis model, which includes data processing and preparation, reading all data, coding data, presenting descriptions or themes in qualitative narratives, and interpreting data. The results of the study indicate that SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya has succeeded in implementing an effective marketing strategy, which is reflected in the high public interest and the school's proud achievements. The superior Al-Qur'an memorization program, prices that are in accordance with the quality of service, strategic location, utilization of social media and direct promotional activities, competent teaching staff, clear school vision and mission, and adequate facilities and infrastructure are key factors in the success of the school's marketing strategy. This study provides insight into the importance of implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy in the context of educational institutions to increase competitiveness and attract public interest.   Keywords: Marketing Mix, Marketing Strategy, SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya

Abstract

This research alms to analyze the evaluatlon of the lmplementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) using CLPP model’s, wlth a focus on improving the character of students. The type of research used is Literature Review or library study. Data was collected through journals taken from Google Scholar, while data analysis was cariled out using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Evaluatlon carried out using the CIPP model include evaluation of context, lnput, process and product. Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that support and hinder the implementation of housing policies in Central Mamberamo, which factors are used as input for the Central Mamberamo Regency Government to take corrective steps and this study is also a mediator for Papuan civil servants to know for sure and comprehensively the benefits of livable houses for the safety and security of Papuan civil servants so that they are always healthy and enthusiastic in their activities and productivity. Data were processed using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that the implementation of the housing service policy program for civil servants by the Housing and Settlement Area Service of the Central Mamberamo Regional Government. From the aspects; a) Policy content; the policy of Law No. 1 / 2011 is then continued by making PKP, the contents of PKP 1) show that the Perkim Service has strong authority covering the determination of the allocation of official housing and the form of official housing. Context of Implementation. 1) housing program includes a) Staff, Barracks type 36. b) echelon 3 & 4 officials, Barracks type 42. c) echelon 2 officials, single house type 45. 2) Benefits of the policy, a) saving housing costs b) increasing PSN motivation in working. c) discipline. d) safety and e) security of civil servants. Abstract

This study aims to analyze optimal strategies in the selection and recruitment process of educators and academic staff to enhance the quality of education. The research employs a literature review method using the PRISMA approach, which facilitates a systematic screening of relevant scholarly articles. The findings indicate that an effective selection process involves a combination of interviews, competency tests, and assessments based on validity and reliability. Additionally, recruitment can be conducted through centralized or decentralized approaches, depending on institutional needs. The key selection criteria for educators include academic qualifications, experience, communication skills, technological competence, professionalism, and alignment with the institutions vision and mission. By implementing a rigorous and data-driven selection system, educational institutions can improve efficiency in acquiring high-quality personnel and support sustainable educational development.   Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Educator and Academic Staff

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous relationships between transformational leadership style, non-physical work environment, and quality of work life on employee performance at the Class II Manado Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center. The population in this study consists of all employees at the Class II Manado Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center, with a sample of 52 employees taken using the simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that has been declared valid and reliable. The data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis, with the analysis assisted by SPSS software. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that there is a significant influence between transformational leadership style, non-physical work environment, and quality of work life on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. In addition, it was also found that the influence of these three variables on employee performance is 78.5%. This means that the influence of these three variables falls into the strong category. The remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. The implication of this research is that to improve employee performance, the head of the Class II Manado Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center needs to implement a transformational leadership style, as well as pay attention to non-physical work environment aspects and enhance the quality of employees' work life.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Non-Physical Work Environment, Quality Of Work Life, Employee Performance
