Permasalahan yang ada pada mata pelajaran komputer dan jaringan materi perangkat keras komputer terdapat pada kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembuatan bahan ajar dan bahan ajar yang digunakan tidak pernah dikembangkan serta kurang menarik menyebabkan peserta didik menjadi pasif, monoton, dan merasa bosan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning menggunakan Website Wizer.me dengan kualifikasi valid dan praktis. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (RnD) menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian Menunjukkan nilai rata-rata uji validitas ahli media sebesar 92,3%, dengan kategori sangat Valid dan ahli materi sebesar 85,2% dengan kategori sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas memperoleh nilai presentase kuesioner respon siswa 78,7% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan nilai presentase kuesioner respon guru 91,6% dengan kategori sangat praktis. dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis problem based learning menggunakan website wizer.me materi perangkat keras komputer kelas XI TKJ di SMKN 2 Padang Panjang layak digunakan.Â

The low number of students in class X Creative 2 TJKT SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong who have skills competencies for basic computer and network subjects with the theme of operating systems. This study aims to improve the skills of students of class X Creative 2 TJKT SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong through Virtual Box oracle virtual machine learning media. This study involved 18 students with a cycle that included planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research method used is Classroom Action Research or what is often called Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and interview methods. The results showed that there was an increase in the number of students who had competency skills in Basic Computer and Networking lessons with the theme of operating systems before and after using Virtual Box oracle virtual machine learning media. From previously 2 students or about 12% to 6 students or about 34% of the total number of students as many as 18 students. According to the results of the discussion, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the use of Virtual Box oracle virtual machine learning media can improve the skills of installing operating systems for students in basic computer and network subjects with the theme of operating systems.

This research aims to develop a decision support system in selecting the best teachers at SMK Negeri 6 Padang using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Teachers have an important role in the world of education, so that selecting the best teachers is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of learning. This system is designed to provide recommendations based on several predetermined assessment criteria. With the implementation of AHP, the system can provide objective weights and rankings for each candidate, so that the selection process becomes more transparent and accurate. The research method used includes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with an iterative model, which consists of planning stages, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and evaluation. System design is carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while testing is carried out using black box and white box testing methods to ensure the system runs according to the specified specifications. The research results show that this system can help schools determine the best teachers more effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that this system can be a solution for schools in making data-based decisions, reducing subjectivity in teacher assessments, and increasing the motivation and performance of teaching staff.

This study discusses the relationship between education and national development in Indonesia, focusing on the policies and planning priorities undertaken by the government. In this context, education serves not only as a means of knowledge transfer but also as a key driver of social and economic development. The research aims to identify educational policy priorities to support national development, as well as the challenges faced and their implementation. The study examines the relationship between education and national development, emphasizing policy and planning priorities. Character education and improving education quality are the main programs of the development policy. Through synergy between the government and educational institutions, it is expected that an education system aligned with global challenges can be established. This research also analyzes education planning strategies that align with the development vision. The study employs a descriptive and relational learning approach to explore the relationship between education and national development in Indonesia with the quality of education. Data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The findings reveal that government policies and planning priorities have a significant impact on the quality of education, positively influencing education quality and improving learning outcomes, creating a better learning environment for students. Based on the research results, it is concluded that government policies and planning priorities are important factors that can influence the quality of education. Therefore, further research is needed to improve education quality. We believe this study can provide detailed information on education and national development in Indonesia, with an emphasis on the policies and planning priorities taken by the government at the national level to achieve sustainable education goals.

This study aims to improve the understanding of tolerance material among eighth-grade students at SMPN 2 Karawang Barat through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject, particularly in the topic of tolerance. The study employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 38 eighth-grade students at SMPN 2 Karawang Barat. Data were collected through multiple-choice tests and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The study is considered successful if at least 75% of students achieve a score of 75 or above. The results indicate that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method is effective in enhancing students' understanding of tolerance material.

.  Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu guru masih banyak yang menggunakan bahan ajar berbentuk cetak, modul cetak menjadikan proses pembelajaran kurang menarik, pembelajaran informatika selama ini cenderung menggunakan metode presentasi sehingga membuat siswa bosan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran informatika yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan skala likert. Subjek peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang dosen Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, 2 orang guru SMK Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir, seluruh siswa kelas X DKV SMK Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata uji validasi ahli media oleh validator sebesar 90,56% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid†dan ahli materi sebesar 91,25% dengan kategori “Sangat Validâ€. Uji praktikalitas guru sebesar 88,89% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis†dan praktikalitas siswa sebesar 93,81% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktisâ€. Kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh e-modul sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran informatika layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai e-modul informatika kelas X sehingga mampu memudahkan guru dan siswa dalam penerapannya, karena mudah dan nyaman dibawa kemana saja karena berbentuk link yang dapat diakses melalui komputer/laptop, android dan IOS.

The goal of this project is to create reliable and useful web-based instructional materials for SMK Negeri 2 Padang's Network Device Installation and Configuration course. The poor level of student comprehension brought on by the usage of less interactive media and the inefficiency of traditional teaching techniques are the issues. The five steps of the ADDIE model analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are used in this study's Research and Development (RD) methodology. With a media validity test score of 0.81 (valid category) and a material validity test score of 0.81 (valid category), the study's findings show that the web-based learning materials created have a high degree of validity. Furthermore, the practicality test findings indicate that this media is highly practical, with 81.94% of teachers and 82% of students using it for practice. These findings support the validity and applicability of this web-based learning resource for educational purposes. It is anticipated that using this media will improve learning outcomes and facilitate students' interactive comprehension of difficult subjects.

This research is motivated by the importance of student learning readiness in differentiated learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the learning readiness of fourth grade students of SDN Banyumanik o3 in differentiated learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that student readiness is in the high category with an average percentage of 78.65%. Motor development is the indicator with the highest percentage (82.59%). Meanwhile, motivation is the indicator with the lowest percentage (75%). Efforts made by teachers in the process of meeting students' learning needs are by implementing differentiated learning to adjust learning methods and strategies according to student characteristics. This research confirms that student learning readiness is an aspect that needs to be considered to design learning strategies appropriately. Teachers need to continuously adapt learning to students' needs and readiness to ensure that all students can learn optimally. In addition, by understanding students' learning readiness, teachers can optimize the achievement of learning objectives and support students' potential development

This research aims to analyze the role of technology, especially infocus media, in learning Physical Education, Sports and Health (Penjasorkes) for class IV students at SDN No. 101470 Buddy. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which involved 15 students. The research results show that the use of infocus media can improve student learning outcomes. Before using infocus media, only 33.33% of students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). After the intervention, the completion percentage increased to 80%. These findings show that using infocus as a learning medium can increase student participation, concentration, and better understanding of the material.

Islamic financial instruments were initially only considered as an alternative financial system. However, over time, these instruments have developed into one of the main factors that support economic growth, especially for the lower middle class and the poor. This has encouraged many investors to make Islamic financial instruments their primary choice. One of the significant contributions of Islamic financial instruments is to support inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Sharia-based investment patterns are able to encourage the development of the economic sector without increasing the number of people who are on the poverty line. Zakat and infaq, as an integral part of Islamic financial instruments, have been proven to play a role in distributing wealth to help people experiencing economic difficulties and support sustainable development. With the proper empowerment of Islamic financial instruments, the practices of loan sharks that harm the community can be minimized. Loan sharks often burden the poor with high-interest debt, which instead of helping them, worsens their economic condition. Through the Islamic financial system, the economy can be transformed into a more equitable, stable and inclusive one, so that the benefits are not only felt by the upper middle class, but also by all levels of society.
