Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement among PGRI Peterongan High School students.  (2) The Influence of the Learning Environment on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  (3) The Effect of Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  (4) The Influence of Learning Discipline, Learning Environment and Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  This research is quantitative research.  The population in this study were all PGRI Peterongan High School students, namely 104 students.  The sample in this study used a saturated sample, which used the entire number of students at SMA PGRI Peterongan.  The results of the research show that: (1) There is a positive but not significant influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test of the learning discipline variable of 0.865, sig 0.389>0.05.  (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence of the learning environment on the economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test for the learning environment variable of -0.094, sig 0.270<0.05.  (3) There is an influence on teacher teaching variations on economic learning achievement among PGRI Peterpongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test for the teacher teaching variation variable of 0.009, sig 0.924 <0.05.

Abstract

Students who have doubts about becoming an entrepreneur are the basis for this research. This research is also based on other research that many students who have received entrepreneurship education at university level but still feel hesitant about becoming an entrepreneur. Therefore, this research is considered important to carry out to strengthen this argument, so a literature review is considered appropriate. The literature review conducted was to determine that entrepreneurial intention can be influenced by entrepreneurial education factors and subjective norms implemented through the research method, namely SLR or Systematic Literature Review. Based on the study conducted, it shows that entrepreneurial intention is significantly influenced by entrepreneurial education and subjective norms. The results of the literature review also found that entrepreneurial education and subjective norms have an impact on entrepreneurial intention, so that entrepreneurial education and subjective norms can be implemented as a strategy to increase individual entrepreneurial intention. Thus, it is very crucial for the government and educational institutions to encourage increased entrepreneurship education so that individual entrepreneurial intention increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the independent curriculum, Learning Motivation, on the Learning Achievement of class X students at Ihsaniyah High School, Tegal City. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, questionnaires, documentation. Descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of this research, namely the effectiveness of the independent curriculum, found that the implementation of this curriculum had a significant influence of 80.6% on student learning achievement. The effectiveness of the independent curriculum is proven to play an important role in increasing student academic achievement, showing that this curriculum effectively supports the achievement of better learning outcomes. Apart from that, learning motivation also contributes greatly to learning achievement, with an influence of 79%. This research underlines the importance of the effectiveness of learning motivation in improving student learning outcomes. When the combination of an independent curriculum and learning motivation is applied, the overall effectiveness reaches 84.6%, showing a strong synergy between the two in supporting student learning achievement. Thus, implementing an effective curriculum and developing high motivation is very important to achieve optimal learning achievement.

Abstract

The development of information technology that is developing rapidly and rapidly can create good and efficient digital or electronic archive management. Along with the development of information technology, many problems occur are the lack of public knowledge about archives because of the lack of information sources, the public cannot know what archives have historical value in the government. The purpose of this study is to describe and provide information about the optimization of the use of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) and the National Archives Information Network (JIKN) in the Library and Archives Service of Surakarta City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies/documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are Static Archive Management through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) through 4 (four) activities, namely acquisition, processing, preservation and access and use of SIKN and JIKN through 3 (three) ways, namely input, process, output. There are obstacles to the management of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN), namely in Human Resources and obstacles that often occur in the system, namely errors and maintenance in SIKN and JIKN.

Abstract

Mess Kalteng in Jakarta managed by the Central Kalimantan provincial government is one of the sectors contributing to regional income through the regional asset utilization sector. To increase income from Mess Kalteng in Jakarta, the management needs to pay attention to and optimize marketing mix factors so that users are satisfied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix elements on user satisfaction and loyalty of Mess Isen Mulang Central Kalimantan in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative survey research methodology. The sampling strategy used a questionnaire sent via Google Form, using the Purposive Sampling method which was carried out based on certain criteria. The data analysis tool used Partial Least Squares 3.0 (PLS). The research findings show that price has a significant effect on price, and both product and place have a substantial effect on user satisfaction. However, promotion does not have a significant effect on user satisfaction at Mess Kalimantan Tengah in Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to see the lack of awareness of producers about the importance of halal certification, the certification process is considered complicated, there are still misperceptions regarding halal certificates. The research object uses a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and a quantitative method using a purposive sampling method. In this study, SPSS version 22 and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were used. This research concluded that we must maintain brand attitude by improving the quality of cosmetics in terms of formula and halal certification. Companies must be able to attract consumer attention and strengthen their brand image through marketing strategies that involve attractive advertising campaigns. Ensuring high quality products through the use of the best raw materials and strict quality control, as well as utilizing positive consumer reviews. The results of this research show that word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on attitudes, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on attitudes, attitudes have a positive and significant influence on consumer preferences, consumer preferences have a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions, attitudes have an influence positive and significant on purchase intention

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of understanding financial literacy on students' productive behavior. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The population in this study were all STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students who were or had taken entrepreneurship education courses. Data collection tools include test questions and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, descriptive analysis tests, contribution tests, and classical assumption tests. The research data was processed using the SPSS 23 program. Based on the research results, it is known that the financial literacy of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, with a total test question score of 7154, an average value of 71.54 is in the good category. The productive behavior of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, with a total questionnaire score of 7604 with an average score of 76.04% is in the good category. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy on the productive behavior of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students who lacked a clear goal orientation in choosing an economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. This research aims to determine interest in becoming a teacher and job prospects regarding students' decisions in choosing an economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method used in this research is quantitative and the form of this research is multiple linear regression research. The population in this study was 82 students of the STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang economic education study program with a sample size of 82 students. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique. Data processing in research uses SPSS 26 with data processing techniques using validity tests, linearity tests, classical assumption tests, contribution tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that there is no partial influence of interest in becoming a teacher on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Furthermore, there is a partial influence of job prospects on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. There is a simultaneous influence of interest in becoming a teacher and job prospects on students' decisions to choose the economics education study program at STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang

Abstract

Recording state financial information is a manifestation of transparency and responsibility in state financial management. The aim of this research is to find out how Government Accounting Standards are implemented in the Sintang Regency Government. The research data used is primary data collected using the interview method with the Head of Accounting at the Sintang Regency BPKAD office. The data in this research is data on the implementation of SAP in Sintang Regency. These data were collected by interviewing the Head of Accounting at the Sintang Regency BPKAD Agency Office. The implementation of SAP in the Sintang Regency Government begins with writing, classifying and publicizing the government's financial transactions in managing its budget. The implementation of SAP carried out by the Sintang Regency BPKAD Accounting Division is in accordance with accounting standards and other accounting policy regulations. The Sintang Regency BPKAD Accounting Sector uses policies issued by BPK-RI and the Indonesian Ministry of Finance to overcome financial reporting problems of the Sintang Regency Regional Government. The implementation of SAP in Sintang Regency has been implemented well and according to valid regulations.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is characterized by an individual's tendency to spend money on shopping, both offline and online, without considering the priority scale. In this case, financial literacy has a role to play in avoiding consumer behavior and encouraging wiser use of social media. The objectives of this research: 1) The influence of financial literacy on adolescent consumer behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency. 2) The Influence of Social Media on Teenage Consumer Behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency. 3) The Simultaneous Influence of Financial Literacy and Social Media on Teenage Consumptive Behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency. The research method is quantitative. The sample consisted of 200 teenagers. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show: 1) The influence of financial literacy on adolescent consumer behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) The influence of social media on adolescent consumer behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Simultaneous Influence of Financial Literacy and Social Media on Adolescent Consumptive Behavior in Kubu Village, Kubu Raya Regency with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.
