Abstract

This study aimed to Design and Implement a contextual LMS-based hybrid learning model for Civic Education (PPKn) among eighth-grade students at SMPI Nurul Mukminin Jember. The study was motivated by the low effectiveness of learning due to the lack of an appropriate hybrid learning Design and underutilized LMS platforms. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that a hybrid learning model combining flipped classroom and station rotation strategies with contextual learning effectively enhanced students’ learning outcomes and instructional effectiveness. The LMS played a significant role in delivering digital content, facilitating online discussions, and supporting formative assessments. The study concludes that a contextually Designed LMS-based hybrid learning model increases student engagement and learning achievement, offering an alternative solution for 21st-century education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the implementation of teaching factory and the motivation to enter the workforce influence students’ work readiness, with self-efficacy acting as a moderating variable. The population of this research consisted of 703 students from grade XI and XII at SMKN 1 Surakarta, with a sample of 255 respondents. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 23. The results indicate that the implementation of teaching factory and the motivation to enter the workforce have a positive and significant effect on students’ work readiness. Self-efficacy does not moderate the relationship between teaching factory and work readiness, but significantly and negatively moderates the effect of work motivation on work readiness. Therefore, students’ work readiness can be improved through the strengthening of teaching factory and motivation, while taking into account the role of self-efficacy.

Abstract

Gold investment in ANTAM precious metals is considered a safe and profitable long-term investment option. In the digital era, various psychological and social factors such as financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencer play a key role in shaping individuals’ investment intentions. This study aims to examine the effect of financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencers on investment intention in ANTAM gold, with Investment Knowledge as a moderating variable. A quantitative method was used, employing a Likert scale to measure the research variables. Convenience sampling was applied with a total of 190 respondents participating in the study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS software. The results show that both financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencers have a positive and significant effect on investment intention. Furthermore, Investment Knowledge significantly moderates the relationship between financial self-efficacy and investment intention, but does not moderate the effect of Social Media Influencers.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of mastering digital literacy and information literacy as essential skills for students in their academic journey. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of Digital Literacy and Information Literacy on the improvement of Grade Point Average (GPA) among university students in Sintang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression techniques. The results show that both Digital Literacy and Information Literacy have a significant partial effect on GPA, as indicated by the t value of Digital Literacy at 2.560 > t table 1.649 and a significance value below 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables also significantly affect GPA with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F value of 3.398 > F table 3.02. The most dominant variable influencing GPA is Information Literacy, with a regression coefficient of 0.015, compared to Digital Literacy, which is 0.011.The findings of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing learning strategies in higher education and as a reference for lecturers and policymakers to improve students' GPA through strengthening digital and information literacy.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. Research data was conducted from 2019-2023 with a total of 95 samples. The data used in this research is secondary data. The techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study techniques with panel data regression analysis using the eviews program. The research results show that 1) the influence of the number of workers (X1) influences economic growth positively and is not significant; 2) Green investment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth; 3) Consumption (X3) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth; 4) Technology (X4) has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth; and 5) The human growth index (X5) has no positive and significant effect on economic growth. 6) The number of workers, green investment, consumption, technology and the overall human growth index influence economic growth. The limitation of this research is that it only uses data from one region, so the data cannot be used to describe conditions in other regions or within a wider national scope.

Abstract

Academic achievement is a key indicator of student success, but many students struggle due to low self-confidence, lack of interest in learning, unsupportive environments, inadequate parental involvement, and poor learning discipline. These challenges are evident among tenth-grade students in economics at SMAN 7 Sijunjung, where only 62% meet the minimum competency standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-confidence, interest in learning, learning environment, parental support, and learning discipline on students’ academic achievement. Using a quantitative approach with associative methods, data were collected from 137 students selected through proportional random sampling. Instruments used include questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that all five independent variables significantly influence academic achievement, both individually and collectively. However, the study is limited to a single school and subject, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research is suggested to explore additional factors and broader populations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of input and process on the P5 product at SMK Muhammadiyah Purworejo. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of evaluating the implementation of the P5 project as part of the Merdeka Curriculum, which focuses on developing students’ character and competencies. The research method employed is an evaluative study with a quantitative approach, utilizing the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The sample consisted of 58 students selected from a population of 71 eleventh-grade students using the proportional random sampling technique. This method ensures that the sample selection is representative, with the number of subjects proportionally determined for each class. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that the input and process variables simultaneously influence the P5 product, with R = 0.797, Fcount = 47.839, and a significance value of 0.000. Future studies are recommended to include the context aspect to make the evaluation of P5 implementation more comprehensive and sustainable.

Abstract

Student job readiness is a crucial issue that must be addressed by higher education institutions, including the Satya Dharma College of Economics. Given this phenomenon, it is important to evaluate students' internal factors that can encourage job readiness, such as self-efficacy, work interest, and activeness in campus organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work interest, and organizational activity on the job readiness of students at the Satya Dharma College of Economics. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The number of respondents was 80 active students. The results show that self-efficacy, work interest, and organizational activity each have a positive and significant effect on student job readiness. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect with an R-square value of 0.921, which means that 92.1% of the variation in job readiness can be explained by these three factors. These findings indicate that student job readiness is strongly influenced by internal factors. Therefore, increasing self-efficacy, growing work interest, and active participation in organizations need to be continuously encouraged to produce competent graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work.
