Abstract

In general, what is meant by the Era of Disruption is a period in which massive innovation and change occur. These changes occurred fundamentally, changing various systems and orders to new ways. The characteristic of this era of disruption is that there is a total change that massively changes the behavior of the people, in which these changes tend to be irreversible to normal conditions as before. This research was conducted at the Uwais al Qarni Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru which is located at Fajar Ujung Street, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted for 1 month. The methodology used in this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study show the urgency of the existence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fortifying the morals of students from the adverse effects of the unstoppable progress of the Disruption Era by making several efforts, including; (1) Instilling the straight values of monotheism, namely monotheism salafussholeh (2) providing an understanding of and the importance of morality, (3) setting a good example for all students (4). strengthening faith by getting closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, of course, by diligently praying, praying and also diligently reading the Koran, (5) by providing exemplary stories from the time of the Prophet from Islamic figures who had good morals and worthy of imitation and also imitating the morals that the Prophet had applied in his day.

Abstract

The mathematics learning outcomes of SMPN 4 Selaru students are still very low, because students are less active in the learning process so that the mastery presentation is only 37%. An alternative to overcome this problem is to use STAD type cooperative learning. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the average mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught using STAD type cooperative learning were more than the average mathematics learning outcomes of students taught without using STAD type cooperative learning. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, normality test, and homogeneity test. The instrument in this study was a test. The research subjects were 30 students of SMPN 4 Selaru. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 41.8 and the control class was 31.4. So it can be concluded that the average mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught using STAD type cooperative learning is more than the average mathematics learning outcomes of students taught without using STAD type cooperative learning.

Abstract

Abstract The State of Indonesia is a country that is traversed by the Ring of Fire, which means that the State of Indonesia has the privilege that there are many volcanoes in Indonesia. This is also caused by the existence of a subduction line that surrounds Indonesia from the west end to the east end, making Indonesia a country frequently hit by earthquakes. The purpose of this research is to make evacuation routes more efficient and effective in terms of safety and smoothness where these independent evacuation routes are supported by new theories that are more supportive then new tools that can support research and also data that which can show the differences that are useful in making this evacuation route map. The method used in this study basically emphasizes quantitative research methods, although qualitative ones must still be used. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative research uses statistics in testing the data so that the relationship between variables can be obtained objectively. Qualitative research is an attempt by researchers to collect scientific data in a descriptive, verifiable and grounded research format so that the results can be accounted for

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on the innovative behavior of the management of the student organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Buana Perjuangan University, which still has the task of increasing the ability of its administrators to be able to support national scale academic achievements that can be obtained by student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, this research is aimed at organizational management of the Faculty of Economics and Business from the period 2021 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive verification. The total population in this study is all administrators of student organizations for the period 2022-2023. Faculty of economics and business, Buana University. Karawang struggle, amounting to 85 students. This study used the Slovin formula in determining the research sample with a total of 70. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded as follows: the knowledge sharing category in student organizations is at a good level and innovative behavior has a good category. The influence of Knowledge sharing which is an activity in the circulation of information within the organization has a good effect on the innovative behavior of student organizations of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Buana Perjuangan University, in this case knowledge sharing is an important activity in organizations that includes aspects of human resource development in the organization. with the emergence of innovative behaviors from student organization administrators in organizational progress and the progress of Buana Perjuangan University.

Abstract

The use of social media as a marketing tool to encourage the business performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises in jewelry crafts. This research is social media as a marketing tool for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the jewelry handicraft industry. The discussion was "To what extent can the use of social media to maximize MSME marketing increase selling power so that it can improve the performance of jewelry crafts in Gianyar Regency?" This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods to answer research questions. In-depth interviews with informants related to research questions that resulted in the conclusion that first, social media has not been able to directly improve the business performance of jewelry craft MSMEs in Celuk Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Second, the use of social media in improving performance must be supported by innovation and adaptation to better information technology. Third, MSME players in the jewelry handicraft industry have made it easier for consumers, especially in Bali Province, to shop and choose jewelry handicraft products online without having to leave home. This study aims to examine the potential of jewelry craft MSME business actors in Gianyar Regency to boost their output through social media marketing.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Maluku Province Education Quality Assurance Center against the background of the problem of employee performance that has not been maximized. Improving employee performance at the Maluku Province Education Quality Assurance Center is one of the important things. This study analyzes the effect of democratic leadership style and coordination on employee performance at the Maluku Province Education Quality Assurance Center both partially and simultaneously. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods involving 35 respondents in filling out research questionnaires. The results showed that there was an influence of democratic leadership style and coordination on employee performance at the Maluku Province Education Quality Assurance Center both partially and simultaneously, this is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 22 application which shows that the significance value (sig.) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how humanist education is manifested in the independent campus policy in tertiary institutions. This study uses library research methods. The research was conducted by tracing the results of previous studies related to the theory of humanism and the independent curriculum. Research sources were searched online by typing the keywords Car R. Roger, humanism, independent campus and independent curriculum on the Google Scholar search engine, ProQuest, Elsevier and other online scientific information providers. The results of the study show that the independent campus has a close relationship with the theory of humanism initiated by Carl R Roger. The concept of independent learning is in line with the theory of humanism which upholds freedom of learning, learning experience and students have the right to develop themselves according to their respective talents and abilities. The form of humanism in the independent curriculum is to give freedom to students to study 20 credits outside the study program. Some of the activities that can be converted into courses include internships, humanitarian projects, student exchanges, teaching assistance, research, entrepreneurship, independent projects and organizing social activities. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the independent campus policy in tertiary institutions has led to the realization of a humanist education.

Abstract

This study aims to find alternative strategies in developing the potential of Edu-ecotourism in Batudulang Village, Sumbawa Regency. This research begins by identifying the existing potency and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as identifying the opportunities that exist by using the SOAR analysis technique. This research employs descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are field observations, interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants was also obtained by purposive sampling technique. The strategy from the results of this analysis is to develop all potencies that exists, both of natural resources such as biodiversity (flora and fauna) and the beauty of the landscape, as well as of the natural topography of the earth and the culture around the community that can be utilized. The Edu-ecotourism development strategy in Batudulang Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency will be further discussed.

Abstract

Media or educational media is commonly referred to as Audio Visual Aids (AVA). Audio means hearing, visual means seeing while aids means tools. Thus AVA is the same as a tool used in the learning process to facilitate the process of understanding concepts in students (Sahertian, 2006: 200). The purpose of this study in general was to get an overall picture of the activities to improve skills in solving fraction problems in Physical Education subjects in class II semester 1 UPTD SDN Sejati 6 Camplong District, Sampang Regency using visual aids. The use of picture teaching aids as learning media can improve student achievement in Physical Education subjects, especially in the subject of nutritious food in second semester 1st graders of UPTD SDN Sejati 6 Camplong District, Sampang Regency, which was marked by an increase in the value of learning outcomes that were originally 61.9 increased to 68.9 in the implementation of the improvement cycle I and 77.4 in the implementation of the improvement in the second cycle and the percentage of success from 30% before implementing the learning improvement to 45% in the improvement in the first cycle and 95% in the improvement in the second cycle

Abstract

The Snowball Throwing learning model is suitable for use in Indonesian lessons, especially listening skills, because the child will concentrate when the teacher reads the story. If his attention is distracted he will not be able to ask questions and answer questions given by his friends. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Snowball Throwing learning model to improve student learning outcomes in listening to children's stories and also to describe the use of the Snowball Throwing model to increase student activity in listening to children's stories. This study uses PTK. The implementation of CAR refers to the CAR cycle model by Kemmis and Taggart which includes four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing actions, 3) observing, and 4) reflecting. The application of the Snowball Throwing model is proven to improve students' listening skills. This can be proven by the increasing scores obtained by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2. So in each cycle and each meeting, the scores obtained by students are increasing. It can be concluded that in this study it is proven that the application of the Snowball Throwing model can improve listening skills in learning Indonesian for class VI students of UPTD SDN Sejati 6, Camplong Sampang District.
