Abstract

This study discusses the technique of playing the alto saxophone on the song When a Man Loves a Woman by Percy Sledge. This song has been played by many saxophone players including: Galaxsea Band Cancun, Angelo Torres, Paulo Franco, Richard Elliot. Presentation of the song When a Man Loves a Woman the author uses a band format with breathing techniques, staccato techniques, growl techniques, and altissimo techniques. The author discusses the level of difficulty experienced by the author, especially in breathing techniques and growl techniques. At the end, the author explains the presentation of the song When a Man Loves a Woman during the recital.

Abstract

This article aims to obtain information about the Al-Jurumiyah Book Learning Model at Islamic Boarding Schools. This research is a library research (Library Research). The library method is a suitable method in this study. Because in this case library sources such as books and journals both nationally and internationally will be used to collect various data relating to instilling the values ​​of monotheism in learning Arabic. From the presentation it can be concluded that there are several methods that can be used to convey knowledge from the book Al-Jurumiyah, including: the Al-Qiyasiyah Model (Analogy), the Istiqroniyah Model (Induction), Example Models, Whole Text Models.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine the impact of implementing good management as a whole, overall performance measurement structure, reward system, and decentralization on managerial performance in several private schools in Jakarta and Tangerang. Likert scale is used to collect important facts for this study. As the study sample, five schools have been selected. The method used in this research technique is a quantitative method. This study involved 60 respondents. Validity testing was carried out with Pearson correlation, reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis techniques. The consequence of this observation reveals that management performance is generally good, with an importance value of 0.000, some of which have effects that can be applied to managerial performance. These results are based on statistical tests with a significance level of 5%. Good management as a whole, overall performance measurement tools, reward tools, and decentralization all have a significant effect on managerial performance with a significance cost of 0.00, while performance dimension tools, reward machines, and decentralization have no significance value with values of 0.055, 0.500, and 0.071.

Abstract

The results of observations found that many UPTD students at SDN Gunung Rancak 3, Robatal Sampang District had low learning motivation, this can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of students who are lazy to study, often do not do assignments/homework, do not pay attention to lessons, are not serious and do not concentrate, like to be busy in class, often skipping certain lessons, often skipping lessons, which in turn has an impact on low daily test scores or poor achievement. Data collection tools and techniques in the development of this counseling model are interview guidelines for interviewing students and teachers, observation guidelines for observing during the group counseling process and questionnaires for collecting data on student motivation. Observations in the field show that many students have low learning motivation, this is because they have maladaptive behavior (problematic behavior). For this reason, it is necessary to look for a counseling approach that can change students' adaptive malbehavior, namely the behavioral approach. Counselors need to learn a lot, both from literature, upgrading, workshops so that they can improve their ability to provide the right services for their students.

Abstract

In the midst of the rampant training in the field of improving the quality of education including improving the learning process for elementary school teachers, there are still many teachers implementing conventional learning processes as a legacy of ancient teachers, on the other hand, several teachers who have done PAKEM are still limited to development. upgrading results. There is no learning innovation yet. This situation is caused by the fact that most school principals seem to be preoccupied with other administrative matters which take up a lot of time, so that supervision activities are neglected. From these problems, it is necessary to have activities that are very specific to writers in changing the teaching paradigm through Door to door Visit Supervision. Door to door visit supervision is intended to instill/promote supervision activities to school principals. to carry out coaching of the learning process for teachers to carry out PAKEM , because it will be visited by another Principal. So that the Principal before making visits to other schools to monitor the activities of the teacher's learning process in other schools, it is necessary to provide guidance to the teacher. From this activity it is hoped that there will be positive activities from the school principal to guide his teachers, before other school principals evaluate the teachers he supervises. The research method used is action research by determining the activity cycle through the steps of problem identification, planning, action , observation and reflection then followed by re-planning back to the next cycle. The research subjects were the principal and teachers in the supervision area. In addition to determining the iterative flow (cycle) in this study, data collection techniques, research instruments, and analysis techniques were formulated through two cycles. The research results from cycle I to cycle II from the data collected then analyzed turned out to show that there was a significant change in the process conventional learning has changed into PAKEM and those who have implemented PAKEM have become more effective, thus it can be concluded that door to door visit supervision is very appropriate to increase the effectiveness of PAKEM.

Abstract

Media as a vehicle for distributing information or knowledge as a messenger. and the learning process because presenting the media as an intermediary can alleviate the ambiguity of the subjects in these learning activities. Media can represent what the teacher is unable to convey in front of the class, making it easier for students to understand lessons compared to without media. This research is a development research aimed at producing learning media in the form of a map of Indonesian culture. This research was conducted using a 4-D research type. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at SDN 42 Gesik. The techniques used for data collection were media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The results of the validation of media experts obtained 90% and material experts reached 93.75%, both of which indicated the "valid" category. Cultural map media is also very effective for use as a learning medium in class IV UPT SD Negeri 24 Gresik, by obtaining an average student response of 95.6% in the "very effective" category. So it can be concluded that the cultural map learning media on the diversity of the nation and culture of Indonesia meets valid criteria and is very effectively used in the learning process.

Abstract

Quality Human Resources is the biggest capital and the most important thing to pay attention to. Human Resources must continue to be developed so that they can always keep up with the times. Advances in science and technology require everyone involved in the circle of educational institutions to be ready to transform for the advancement of the institution and the human person. To examine more deeply, this research was conducted using library research methods (library research). Library research is a series of activities to collect library data by reading, recording, and interpreting into research data. This library method is also research by making literature as the main data source. The development of human resources in educational institutions should involve all elements involved in their organization, from school principals, teachers, education staff to school security. The process of developing human resources in educational institutions must also be based on needs analysis and careful planning so that they can support the process of achieving educational institution goals. A good and careful process will produce human resources, namely qualified teaching and educational staff.

Abstract

The impact that occurs in the field shows a decrease in the learning spirit of students. Not only in the education sector, all the impacts of Covid-19 have many obstacles and factors that workers face in order to learn, but the motivation of workers in the industry to continue their education is disrupted due to factors that indeed limit their mobility to learn. Workers increase their skills as individuals to gain self-quality by participating in training, formal and informal education. Worker's capacity is valued by the company from the potential development that the worker has to receive a fair welfare from the company in terms of allowances, bonuses, and performance evaluations achieved by the worker. The purpose of this research is for the researcher to understand the motivation of members of the National Workers' Union to learn, the factors that affect the motivation of workers to become night class students, to understand how the learning motivation of night class students affects their performance and self-quality. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology by conducting interviews with members of the SPN as night class students at Bina Bangsa University who are workers. Interest in learning is one of the motivations that is needed for workers, as one factor for career development for workers in improving their performance and self-quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether or not there are significant differences in the ability of taxpayers with the Benchmark Policy from the Directorate General of Taxes. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial reports that have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. The population in this study was 26 companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub Sector. The method used in determining the sample is purposive sampling including companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (N=55 and T=5 years). This research uses hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test with panel data. The results of the model test show that: 1) The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between GPM WP Agency and GPM Benchmarking DGT for Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2) The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between OPM WP Badan with OPM Benchmarking DGT for Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 3) The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between PPM WP Badan and PPM Benchmarking DGT for Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 4) The results of the analysis show that there is a significant difference between the CTTOR WP Agency and the CTTOR Benchmarking DGT in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

In realizing equal distribution of education in accordance with the constitutional mandate of the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, the government has since 2017 implemented a "Zoning System" but in these regulations it has not been implemented properly specifically in effect and in accordance with the conditions of Riau Province p. Of course this really needs technical regulations in implementing zoning. The formulation of the problem in this research is a juridical study of the Governor of Riau Province Regulation Number 14 of 2021 concerning Acceptance of New Students at the State Senior High School and State Vocational High School Levels as well as Special Education in Riau Province. Research methods normative law. The conclusion in this study is that the existence of Governor Regulation Number 14 of 2021 will provide effectiveness in adapting population data, distance to schools, and school access from a number of areas whose validation is very accurate. So that it can provide convenience for the Riau Provincial Government in dividing the number of prospective students at the N.se Riau High School level
