Abstract

This research explains that the main purpose of marriage is to build a lasting and happy household life between husband and wife with the intention of continuing offspring. Given that marriage is an instinctive human demand for offspring for the continuation of life and obtaining peace of life and fostering and cultivating human affection. The harmony that exists between two souls will make them integrated in the world of love and togetherness. Marriage for mankind is something very sacred and has a sacred purpose as well, and is inseparable from religious provisions. People who enter into a marriage are not merely to satisfy the lust that is perched in their souls, but to achieve peace, tranquility and mutual nurturing between husband and wife based on deep love and affection.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the low interest of public high school students in Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency to continue their studies at tertiary institutions. Evidenced by the percentage of students who go on to tertiary education from SMAN in OKI Regency on average below 50%. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of parents' economic status and self-potential on high school student's interest in continuing to tertiary education in public high schools in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted at public high schools in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The time needed for this research starts from June to November 2022. This research will look for the influence between variables, namely the economic status of parents and self-potential on the interest of high school students to continue to college. The results of the analysis succeeded in proving the hypothesis proposed in this study, where the variables of Parents' Economic Status and Self-Potential simultaneously had a significant effect on the Interests of SMAN Students to continue to Higher Education. The influence contributed by these two variables is R2 = 0.390 (39%), the value indicates a "high" relationship category because it is in the range of 0.300 – above. the contribution of parents' economic status variables and self-potential variables partially and simultaneously affect the interest variables of SMAN students in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency significantly. While contributions from other variables that are not accurate are 61%.

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that discusses the learning model of Quranic stories to regenerate the treasures of knowledge about learning models, especially the Quranic model. In this article the aspects of the study discussed include: Definition of Quranic stories, types of Quranic stories, the purpose and benefits of Quranic stories, the impact of Quranic stories, the advantages of Quranic stories as well as principles and steps for using the model of Quranic stories in schools which will be concluded later and discussed in the last chapter. In this study the authors found that the Quranic story model, which seeks to adopt good stories and Islamic and Quranic examples in learning, is a solution offer to shape the character of students, especially in PAI subjects. Besides being able to shape character, Quranic stories can also bring teachers and students closer together as well as a counterbalance to television shows. The application of the Quranic story model can be integrated into learning Islamic Religious Education material by including it in PAI materials related to the story, accompanied by identification of the character values ​​contained therein.

Abstract

Student center learning is a learning approach that focuses on students during the teaching and learning process to achieve maximum learning outcomes. In this context, learning outcomes are considered as a measure of the success of an educational program and can help teachers determine effective teaching strategies. This research aims to examine the effect of the student center learning model on physical education learning outcomes. The sample used in this study consisted of 16 students from the Elementary School Teacher Education Program at Triatma Mulya University who participated in the program during the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. This study used an experimental method with data collection techniques through tests. The results of the study show that the student center learning model has a significant effect on physical education learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these findings, it is recommended to develop effective teaching strategies based on the research results to improve physical education learning outcomes through the implementation of the student center learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and product quality on the purchase decision of Indihome products at PT Telkom Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling technique and using a questionnaire for data collection techniques. From the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test, the results show that pricing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by t count (9,690) > t table (1,661), product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of t count (8.075) > t table (1, )

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of customer satisfaction at AHASS Daya Motor in 2020-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this marketing strategy research are based on four main elements, namely product, price, place, promotion which are determined to be successful. The theory of customer behavior consists of four theories, namely microeconomic theory, psychological theory, sociological theory, and anthropological theory. The factors influencing service quality consist of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Benefits provided to customers by trying to understand consumers desires. So that each company is expected to have understanding and knowledge about customers, understand customer needs specifically, and have comfortable operating times for customers.

Abstract

Sustainable business is currently become an important issue, because it can give added value beside the economic value, that is beneficial for environmental, social, and governance. Therefore, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concept is implemented to achieve this target. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) currently have a plan for ESG implementation, that is also having a challenge in the process. The objective of this study is to analyze the possible scenarios for ESG implementation. This study used qualitative method, where the data is obtained with primary data and secondary data. Data obtained is analyzed using tools such as PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, and Resource-Based View. Then, it was continued with scenario planning analysis, using 5 stages, including 1) orientation, 2) exploration, 3) scenario creation, 4) option creation, and 5) integration. The study resulted 4 scenarios, 1) High-speed Railway, 2) Commuter Line, 3) Steam Locomotive, and 4) Diesel Locomotive. These scenarios were created by considering the two critical uncertainties from identified driving forces which are government’s regulation and funding policy. Through these four scenarios generated, the company is expected to be able to deal with uncertainties in the future well, so that ESG implementation plan can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Youth are agents of change who must continue to fight for the principles of the Indonesian state and must be able to manage the democratic transition process in a better direction, especially being able to oversee the implementation of a just political process. For a country to develop, its youth must be of high quality, so one of their vital tasks is political literacy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how important millennial political behavior and involvement are in influencing millennial political decisions in the 2024 general election. The purpose of this essay is to provide information to readers about how the Millennial Generation will exercise their right to vote on general election in 2024. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methodology, namely by looking for various references on the involvement of Millennial voters in Indonesia, both from books and scientific journals. In terms of maintaining the spirit of democracy so that it continues to grow among the millennial generation, the findings of this study show that the participation of the millennial generation greatly influences the extent to which a candidate can be elected. The outputs and benefits of implementing this socialization are being able to raise early awareness of the younger generation to start being active in the political process, such as exercising their right to vote, becoming election observers, and being able to provide motivation for the younger generation. work directly as a Success Team in supporting potential partners who have a vision and mission that are in line with their views..

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media for Pantun Train based on Local Wisdom so that Grade 4 Elementary School students are able to understand rhyme material, can distinguish types of rhymes and their examples and as a form of effort to understand the wisdom of local communities and to find out the validity of learning media for students fourth grade Elementary School. This research was conducted at SDN 30 Gresik, Kebomas District, Gresik Regency. The model used is the 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan with modifications by researchers so that it becomes three stages including define, design, and develop. The results of the research given by the validator to the Train Pantun Learning Media based on Local Wisdom in Indonesian language subjects grade 4 at SDN 30 Gresik, namely the validation of media experts I and media experts II got an average score of 96% while in the validation of material experts I and material experts II obtained an average value of 97%. The results of this study are included in the very valid category for use in the learning process of 4th grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Each symbol that exist in every poetry has its significant depth meaning that not everyone can casually understand. Although, poetry is one of the oldest forms of literature that exits, and its rhyme and symbols that deliver to indicate every further meaning that needed for. This study will try to deliver the symbolizes that exist in one of poetry created by Robert Frost, entitled The Road not Taken. This masterpiece has indicated a depth meaning that none could easily allocated, even understands by only managing to read the poetry only once. The collected data will be based on to find the symbols in the poetry, The Road not Taken by Robert Frost and the source of the data will be taken based on the same titled literary work. The writer will writes down every stanzas of the literary work then afterwards the writer will tries to describe every part of the stanzas meaning based on how the symbol exist in the poetry. Robert Frost is one of poet that significantly managed to use symbols in most of his works. By allocating the symbols into the literary work, one can find the depth meaning of every word in the stanza of the said work, to understand more to the fullest. The Road not Taken had gives certain impact which allows readers to understand that we have to thoroughly and deeply choose what kind of path we like to walk into to. Every part of certain poetry has their significant symbols that managed to utter the meaning of the said poetry. Poetry has brought significant gift thorough humanity’s life, as one artwork that only exist within contained beautiful words that formed based on only language.
