Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era leverages various technologies to enhance accessibility, effectiveness, and the overall quality of learning. Digital learning, virtual reality, and augmented reality provide innovative learning experiences, while data analytics and machine learning support personalized learning. Internet of Things (IoT) technology monitors health and resource efficiency in school environments. Blockchain reinforces the security of academic data and facilitates credential verification. Learning Management Systems (LMS) offer a centralized platform for the distribution of learning materials and online collaboration. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology supports personal tutoring and cheating detection. Mobile learning (M-Learning) introduces learning through mobile devices, while robotics and School Information Management Systems (SIM School) aid in building interactivity and administrative efficiency. The utilization of these technologies not only transforms how we learn and teach but also creates an adaptive and responsive educational environment in the digital age.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter pada generasi muda dalam konteks masyarakat modern menantang, dengan berbagai faktor seperti pengaruh keluarga, pendidikan formal, teman sebaya, media, dan globalisasi yang saling berinteraksi. Keluarga memainkan peran utama sebagai fondasi nilai-nilai karakter, sementara pendidikan formal dan interaksi sosial di sekolah dan teman sebaya memberikan kontribusi signifikan. Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, strategi pendidikan karakter perlu beradaptasi untuk tetap relevan. Keterlibatan orang tua, peran guru sebagai model, dan literasi media menjadi faktor kunci dalam membentuk karakter. Dengan kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai alat pendidikan yang efektif, generasi muda dapat dibimbing menuju pembentukan karakter yang kuat dan nilai-nilai positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of students' understanding of the independent curriculum. This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The research instrument is a questionnaire with questions given to students to determine their understanding of the independent curriculum. The sample for this research was all students from the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, totaling 68 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students' understanding of the independent curriculum is mostly in the strongly agree or agree category. In detail, the percentage of research results based on data obtained in the strongly agree category was 5 students or (7%), the agree category was 59 students or (87%), the disagree category was 3 students or (4%), and the strongly disagree category as many as 1 student or (2%). Based on this, the researcher concluded that based on the results of a survey of students' understanding of the Indonesian language and literature education study program, STKIP Paris Barantai, they already understood the synchronization of independence. This is based on the answers chosen by respondents who chose the most Agree answer items

Abstract

The success of an institution that produces graduates is seen from the extent to which the graduates are able to practice knowledge in their field in society. This is in line with the learning objective, namely so that students can be useful and useful in contributing their knowledge according to their field of expertise. The phenomenon that occurs today is that there are still many undergraduate graduates who work in areas that do not match their major. Ideally, someone can pursue a career and profession that suits their major while studying. This was revealed from the results of interviews with several alumni of the Islamic Counseling Guidance department that there are still many alumni who work in ways that do not match the department they are pursuing. Some work in banks, PLN, Samsat, teachers and school operators. This of course can cause concern among department students because alumni are a barometer and example of success in determining a career. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the factors that influence alumni of the BPI department to choose careers that are not in accordance with their field of expertise, (2) To find out the efforts made by the BPI department in responding to the problem of determining their alumni's careers. The research method used is research qualitative. The research subjects for the FGD consisted of 24 people, namely alumni of the BPI Department whose careers were not in accordance with their department's competencies and the research subjects for the interview were 2 people, namely Ka. BPI Study Program and Secretary. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that there are two factors faced by BPI alumni who experience a mismatch in their career with the field of expertise they studied during their studies: (1) Internal factors, namely factors that reside within the alumni, such as a lack of interest and mastery of major competencies as well as a lack of effort to find information about the world of work, (2) External Factors, namely factors related to things that come from outside the alumni themselves, including family factors, lack of job opportunities appropriate to the major, salary problems and the lack of guidance and career services while on campus.

Abstract

In the development of increasingly sophisticated computer science, computer network science experiences many challenges in various aspects of people's lives which are already interconnected with each other. This challenge develops along with the needs of the wider community who must be connected to the internet network in various aspects of life. One of the challenges is the need for a computer network system that can provide internet services at a certain rate and timeframe. One application that can answer this challenge is the Mikhmon application. This application can Generate Wifi-Vouchers containing Usernames and Passwords for Users to log into the Mikrotik network that can accommodate internet fees or tariffs and set a certain grace period for Users to connect to the Mikrotik-based internet network. The Mikrotik network has been proven to be a computer network system structure or internet network that is affordable and quite reliable. Mikrotik as a system also has many options in producing routers. In this study, we will use the Mikrotik RB941-2nd Haplite router, where this router really needs the Mikhmon application as a replacement application for the User Manager on the Mikrotik router with a more expensive version. Therefore, the authors propose the title of this research so that it can be expected to become a discourse later for the community who will make a computer network system that is cheap and has good service performance.

Abstract

The background to writing this article is that there are children with special needs who should have the same rights in obtaining education as students in general at school. Inclusive education provided in schools providing inclusive education must be well prepared, especially learning that is adapted to the conditions of students with special needs. Children with special needs will study together with students in general in regular classes at schools providing inclusive education. Learning is structured by considering the conditions of students in class and the adjustments of other students in regular classes. The author conducted a literature study based on the results of previous research on the topic of inclusive education. The author states that to implement an inclusive education system, the principle thing that cannot be avoided is to carry out the process of developing inclusive education learning components in Inclusive Education Organizing Schools (SPPI). The learning components of inclusive education include: planning, implementing and evaluating inclusive education. SPPI must embody inclusive principles starting from planning, implementation processes, monitoring or supervision, to evaluation and preparation of follow-up plans for implementing school programs. SPPI also organizes the PPI (Individual Learning Program) program assisted by special supervising teachers outside regular class learning hours.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a meta-analysis of several studies exploring the perceptions of Indonesian language teachers regarding curriculum changes, particularly the transition from the School Level Curriculum (KTSP) to the 2013 Curriculum and from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum. Ten studies included in this meta-analysis discuss various aspects, including teachers' perceptions, the implementation of teaching methods, challenges faced, and their impact on student learning. The analysis indicates that teachers have diverse perceptions of curriculum changes, with some feeling prepared and accepting of the changes, while others experience difficulties and confusion. The main identified challenges include limited understanding, resource constraints, high workload, and resistance to change. Nevertheless, most teachers show readiness to implement changes and consider themselves integral parts of curriculum development. The use of new teaching methods, such as the scientific approach, project-based learning, and problem-based learning, is also a focal point of the research. Despite efforts to adopt these innovative methods, some teachers face difficulties in implementing evaluations, especially in the affective and cognitive aspects. This meta-analysis illustrates the need for better training, adequate administrative support, and task redistribution for teachers to overcome the challenges of curriculum changes. Furthermore, findings suggest the necessity of a differentiated approach based on the level of education and teacher certification status

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the strengthening of character education in the implementation of the independent curriculum. With the Systematic Literature Review approach, it can provide information on whether schools have understood the independent curriculum, what are the obstacles faced by schools, and whether the Pancasila student profile has been implemented so that it becomes the character education of the whole student. This study examines 5 articles on strengthening character education in the implementation of the independent curriculum. From the results of the SRL, it can be concluded that strengthening character education in the implementation of the independent curriculum has obstacles, among others, not fully understanding the essence of "independent learning" so that it has not been able to optimize the strengthening of the Pancasila learner profile, limited time informed by the learners, limited time in learning activities, little subject substance, limited technological knowledge owned by the learners, very less learner attention to subjects and so on. According to the findings of this research, the independent curriculum is most effective in developing the character of its students through the development of the Pancasila student profile. Pancasila students engage in project-based learning activities as part of their profile development. The Pancasila learner profile is expected to produce graduates who demonstrate the characteristics and abilities or skills that are needed and achievable, as well as possessing the necessary skills and knowledge.

Abstract

This reseacrh aims to examine whether students' perceptions of teacher performance have a positive influence on their mathematical problem-solving abilities. The research subjects consisted of 30 tenth-grade students from SMKN 3 Bandar Lampung. The research methodology employed is a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques, including regression analysis, within the framework of an ex-post facto study. The research instruments include a problem-solving ability test comprising four items that have undergone validity testing, reliability testing, difficulty level testing, and discrimination power testing. Additionally, a student perception questionnaire regarding teacher performance was utilized, consisting of 25 statement scales adopted from Suryanti (2021) with indicators such as teaching style, ability to interact with students, and personal characteristics. The findings indicate that students' perceptions of teacher performance do not significantly influence their mathematical problem-solving abilities. There is a possibility of other factors, such as family support, learning environment, or teaching methods, not accounted for in this study. Each student responds uniquely to mathematical challenges, suggesting that the influence of teacher performance may vary among individuals and requires further consideration. The results highlight the significance of other elements beyond teacher performance in developing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Educators and researchers can explore these factors for a more comprehensive understanding, taking into account the relevance of the findings in specific learning contexts and student characteristics. Although no significant influence was detected, practical implications include efforts to enhance other factors supporting students' mathematical abilities, such as the development of additional teaching strategies or increased support outside the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of technology and social media in shaping mental health dynamics based on an Islamic perspective. The research method used is literature study, the main focus is aimed at an in-depth understanding of the impact of the use of modern technology and interaction on social media on aspects of mental health. Involving a synthesis of information from various literature sources, this research seeks to identify behavioral patterns, trends, and key findings that can provide in-depth insight into the contribution of technology and social media to mental health based on an Islamic perspective. The results of this literature study can form the basis for a more comprehensive understanding of how this phenomenon develops over time and how it can shape overall mental health dynamics. The implications of this research are able to provide guidance for the development of more informed intervention and policy approaches to improve the psychological well-being of adolescents in the context of technology and social media
