Abstract

all learning objects at the high school level must be taken into consideration. Efforts are made to carry out theoretical and practical studies in a balanced manner. Investigation and understanding at the theoretical and practical levels provide an understanding of the various material in all subjects provided by the school to students. The increase in student abilities demonstrated through learning outcomes can definitely be used to adapt and innovate to meet economic, environmental and social needs in an ever-developing world. This includes addressing the global challenges of climate change and energy constraints by designing processes to maximize the efficient use of the Earth's limited resources. Some lessons are practical learning. Students are trained to conduct simple qualitative and quantitative research both individually and collaboratively regarding various real-world phenomena. Students learn to find problems, create hypotheses, design simple experiments, conduct experiments, analyze data, draw conclusions and communicate experimental results both in writing and orally.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. This research aims to obtain information regarding student learning motivation using audio-visual through Civics learning. The results of the research show that the application of audio visual learning media can improve Civics learning outcomes with evidence of student activity in cycle I with a percentage of 61.66% and then increasing in cycle II with a percentage of 86.66%. Then it was concluded that in cycle I the percentage of student learning outcomes was only 55% with an average of 67 and in cycle II the percentage of learning outcomes was 85% with an average of 78. So the increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 30%. / so that an increase in the results of this test shows that the indicators of success have been achieved

Abstract

Humans will be moved when in need, a person's needs are motivated to do something so that what is needed is realized. Motivation is formed from the employee's attitude in facing work situations in the company (situation). Motivation is a condition or energy that moves employees who are directed or directed towards achieving the company's organizational goals. For this reason, companies need to create conducive conditions that make their employees feel comfortable, their needs are met, so that it is hoped that their motivation will be maintained to jointly achieve the Company's vision and mission. Unmet needs create tension that stimulates drives from within the individual to achieve the intended goal. This drive gives rise to a search behavior to find certain goals which, if achieved, will fulfill needs and lead to a reduction in tension. Each person is highly motivated to behave in a way that meets his or her needs and the key to a leader's success lies in the ability to motivate organizational members in an effort to fulfill and support these “high level” needs so that organizational goals can be achieved. leaders in motivating their members should Motivate members of the organization by motivating themselves. A good place to start learning about motivation is learning to start understanding your own motivation. If leaders are enthusiastic about their work, then it is much easier to motivate other members of the organization. The key to supporting the motivation of organizational members is understanding what motivates each of them. Everyone is motivated by different things. Whatever steps the leadership takes to support the motivation of its members, they must first find out what really motivates them. Leadership can discover this by asking members, listening to them and observing them. Recognizing that supporting work motivation is a process, not a task means that Organizations change over time, just like people. Indeed, it is a continuous process to maintain an environment where everyone can be self-motivated. If Leaders see member motivation as an ongoing process, then Leaders will be much more fulfilled and self-motivated.

Abstract

Education is an important factor that contributes to the country's progress at all levels of society. The extent to which religious values can influence and shape a person's character really depends on how many religious values are embedded in him. The deeper religious values are embedded in a person, the more his personality will manifest and form religious attitudes, because people are used to carrying out religious activities. Religious values are the basis for the formation of religious cultural values, because if religious values are not formed then religious culture will not be formed. This research includes field research, with a qualitative approach, meaning research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis or other quantitative methods. The data collection techniques are interviews, observations and notes. The data obtained was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the strategy for religious values for the community of Pacul village is to provide spiritual purification, holding additional activities such as maulidan activities, religious activities, visiting sick people, and other spiritual worship.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of Pancasila values in scouting activities at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo City. In research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, data is obtained through observation, documentation and direct interviews with informants in order to strengthen the data obtained by researchers. The results of research on the implementation of Pancasila values in scouting activities are very effective. This is indicated by the attitude of scout members who always prioritize unity, religion, independence, hard work, fairness, mutual cooperation, discipline, and in every impartial decision making, of course this is based on every scout member's practice of the contents of scout satya and scout dharma. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the implementation of Pancasila values can be seen from the supporting factors, namely parental support and the attitude of scout leaders who are always open to scout members, while the inhibiting factors are caused by the Covid-19 pandemic which has resulted in scout activities being ineffective because learning is being carried out. with online, on the other hand, there is a lack of student discipline so that many still arrive late at every activity or meeting, so there is a need for strengthening and evaluating scout members.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain accurate data regarding the piano learning process for autistic teenagers at Modern Kawai Music School, focusing on objectives, methods, materials, media and evaluations. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through interview transcripts, data reduction and data presentation. The research findings drom gathered data indicate tha objectives sought are to strengthen the existing abilities, with the hope that students can grow and develop better in terms of motor skills, emotions, concertation, attitude, behavior and self regulation. The methods used in this study include lectures, demonstrations and drills. The materials employed aligh with the general piano curriculum. The evaluation process for piano learning among autistic teenagers at Modern Kawai Music School involves annual examinations and regular assessments during class sessions. Some students have been able to follow the general curriculum due to their improved skills and behaviors. Consequently, it can be concluded that the piano learning program for autistic teenagers at Modern Kawan Music School is effective, as it has successfully achived its objectives.

Abstract

Citizenship education has a very significant role in the process of instilling disciplined character in deaf students. Considering that there are incidents of disciplinary violations that often occur in schools, especially in schools with special needs, it is important to apply disciplinary character to students with special needs at SLB-B Cicendo, Bandung City. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. An important finding is that Citizenship Education subjects have succeeded in becoming an appropriate means of instilling character education in students in terms of time discipline, rules of conduct, attitudes towards the learning process and worship. The conclusion of this research is that deaf students can overcome limitations in achieving maximum learning outcomes assisted by special education teachers in carrying out the knowledge transfer process well.

Abstract

Anjangsana according to KBBI is a visit to relieve longing; visits (visiting the house of neighbors, relatives, old friends, best friends). The anjangsana tradition in the context of rural communities means visiting fellow residents. The anjangsana tradition is a positive step to build good relationships with anyone because in friendship there is enthusiasm, brotherhood and closeness with one another. Silaturrahmi is connecting love or kinship that desires goodness. This research answers how the anjangsana tradition is carried out by the academic community at MAN 5 Kediri. This research includes qualitative research with a Grounder Theory approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation, documentation. The analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing (verification). The research results obtained by anjangsana activities are very beneficial for MAN 5 Kediri students, the benefits include: First, students learn to visit each other/stay in touch with their friends. Second, students train in society and organization. Third, reduce students playing outside the home which is not useful. The benefits of anjangsana for teachers/tendik include, firstly, to strengthen ties between teachers and the MAN 5 Kediri academic community. Second, as a medium for motivation and self-muhasabah, because in anjangsana there is tausiyah and evaluation for oneself and the organization. Students and teachers are very enthusiastic about anjangsana activities because they are a medium for friendship between the academic community at MAN 5 Kediri.

Abstract

Students are individuals pursuing higher education. The Bidikmisi program is a government-funded educational assistance provided through the Ministry of Education and Culture, distributed via Higher Education Services Institutions. This program offers financial aid to students until they graduate on time, with requirements including timely completion of studies. Universitas Islam Jember is one of the universities implementing this program, with most of its students being recipients of this assistance. Bidikmisi students need to have high spirits and resilience in facing academic challenges. Academic resilience, the ability to overcome difficulties and pressures in education, is crucial for students to complete their studies. This study aims to evaluate the influence of Classical Guidance Services using Assertive Training Techniques on the academic resilience of 2019 Bidikmisi students at Universitas Islam Jember who are completing their final assignments. The research findings show an increase in academic resilience after receiving the guidance services. Statistical analysis indicates a significant difference between pre- and post-treatment, indicating the influence of guidance services on students' academic resilience. This research is the first of its kind and provides a significant contribution to the literature, filling the gap in knowledge about the impact of assertive training techniques on the academic resilience of Bidikmisi students completing their final assignments.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik Cognitive Restructuring terhadap kesulitan belajar di kalangan siswa kelas VIII MTs. Bustanul Ulum Panti, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan signifikan dalam tingkat kesulitan belajar setelah mendapatkan perlakuan tersebut. Sebelum mendapat konseling kelompok, siswa menunjukkan tingkat kesulitan belajar yang sangat tinggi, namun setelah mengikuti konseling tersebut, terjadi penurunan yang signifikan dalam tingkat kesulitan belajar. Hasil uji T dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 29 juga menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan dalam rata-rata nilai pretest (125) menjadi posttest (95.5), dengan perbedaan sebesar 28.5. Nilai Asymp.sig(2-tailed) yang didapat sebesar 0.013, lebih kecil dari batas kritis 0.05, sehingga hipotesis Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik Cognitive Restructuring terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa kelas VIII di MTs. Bustanul Ulum Panti pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024.
