Abstract

Implementation of education and training refers to a series of ongoing education management activities to achieve education and training goals effectively. The focus of this research is on Training Management and Motivation of Paskibra members at SMAN 12 Bandung to improve Academic Achievement. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Training Management and Motivation on the Academic Achievement of Paskibra Members at SMAN 12 Bandung. The method used is descriptive quantitative, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to fifty members of Paskibra SMAN 12 Bandung. Secondary data was obtained from literature related to problems and observations. Data analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear analysis. The research results show: 1) The Training Management variable (X1) significantly influences Academic Achievement (Y) with a t value of 2,893 and a significance of 0.006, indicating an influence of 12.8%. 2) The Motivation variable (X2) also significantly influences Academic Achievement (Y) with a t value of -2.666, a significance of 0.010, and an influence of 11.8%. 3) Simultaneously, Training Management and Motivation influence Academic Achievement (Y) with Fcount 4.228 and significance 0.020, showing an influence of 11.6%, while 88.4% is influenced by other variables not studied. Thus, this research concludes that training management and motivation have a positive impact on the academic achievement of Paskibra members at SMAN 12 Bandung

Abstract

The objective of the study is to improve pronunciation skill by using English Pronunciation Digital at MAN Labuhanbatu especially eleventh grade. The population of this study is all eleventh grade with total of 129. In this study, researchers used two classes. They are control class and experimental class and as the sample is XI MIPA 3 as control class with 30 students. The research result showed that using English Pronunciation Digital can improve pronunciation skill. Since the result is proved by t-test is lower than pre-test and post-test that the value of sig 0,000 < at level 0,05. The resulting value t of in the experimental is df29 is 1,699 the resulting t value experimental class is 19,994 then tcount > ttable (19,994> 1,699). While the value of in the control class is 13,750 then tcount> ttable (13,750 > 1,699). From this, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that there are any improving the students’ Pronunciation from English Pronunciation Digital on the students’ skill in the class XI MIPA 4.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include: describing in a descriptive way the parenting patterns of parents who have children with physical impairments, explaining the factors that influence the self-confidence of children with physical impairments and explaining the impact of the parenting patterns implemented by parents. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews and then analyzed using theory or other literature sources. The technique for selecting research respondents uses purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were: parents who have disabled children, parents aged 25-40 years and parents whose children are studying at junior high school or high school. The number of responses in this study were 3 parents who had children with physical impairments. The results of this study explain that the parenting style applied by parents can influence the self-confidence of children with physical impairments. Subject A and subject B received an authoritarian parenting style while subject C received a democratic parenting style. The parenting habits implemented by parents have an impact on the child's personality, which causes one subject to have different self-confidence.

Abstract

HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based learning is really needed by students because real life problems are very complex, unstructured, new complexity so they require thinking skills that go beyond just applying what has been learned. This critical way of thinking is a demand in today's era, which has entered the era of society 5.0, where humans all rely on technology as part of their lives. Initially the internet was a medium of information, but now it is used as a means of living everyday life. To anticipate bad influences that come in various directions, students must have maturity in thinking, so starting from this problem students need to be developed to solve problems that exist in students' lives so that they can integrate them into everyday life. This research method uses the classroom action research method (Classroom Action Research). Three cycles were carried out with four meetings, each cycle consisting of four research steps, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research focuses on learning carried out by PAI teachers, namely HOTS-based learning with the aim of forming the religious character of students at SMA Negeri I Cikijing. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The research results obtained (1) an increase in students' learning activities (2) an increase in high-level thinking abilities (Hots) (3) a formation of students' character in accordance with the Syajaah material (dare to defend the truth)

Abstract

Culinary not only fulfills human biological needs, but culinary is an ecological and historical reflection of a society. The socio-cultural values of a society are reflected in the regional culinary culture. This research aims to further examine junior high school students' interest in Betawi culinary culture in Bekasi. This research involved XYZ Middle School students in Bekasi Regency, with a research design using a post-test only nonequivalent control group design, which used two groups of students, namely female and male students, 30 each. The research results show that providing an interpretation of the cultural values contained in a culinary dish can indeed have an impact on teenagers, in this case junior high school students. Male students turned out to be more interested in Betawi culinary culture after being given understanding and interpretation than female students. In this way, including culture, especially culinary culture, in the school curriculum becomes one of the media in disseminating understanding of culinary culture to teenagers.

Abstract

Salah Satu permasalahan pada pembelajaran matematika di SMK Negeri 6 Medan yakni kemampuan komunikasi matematika dan self confidence siswa yang yang masih kurang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model project based learning terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan self confidence matematika siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 6 Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen design). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tese tertulis dalam bentuk uraiann tes untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi siswa dan angket self confidence. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa project based learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self confidence siswa.

Abstract

Education and Culture are things that cannot be separated. Mathematical concepts are sometimes embedded naturally in people's culture. Mathematics with cultural nuances (ethnomathematics) can have a big influence on mathematics learning. This research aims to examine the use of ethnomathematics in Humbang Batik motifs in Transformational Geometry material. Research data was obtained by literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with two Humbang batik craftsmen. This research is included in the type of exploratory research, namely exploring the form of Humbang batik motifs which can be utilized in the transformation geometry learning process. The approach used in this research is an ethnographic approach which aims to obtain an in-depth description and analysis of culture based on field research. The ethnomathematics in Humbang batik are reflection, translation, rotation and dilation in transformation geometry, which is found in Humbang Batik motifs such as coffee motifs, Sisingamangaraja swords, Gorga Simeol Meol, Sanduduk flowers, and others.

Abstract

The development of communication technology is currently growing rapidly so that it can help all activities. including ordering weapons by the military. this can cause problems when ordering weapons is known by irresponsible people. this can be minimized using information protection techniques that can be kept confidential from irresponsible people. One of the techniques that can be used is cryptographic techniques on text messages. Cryptography is a technique for writing secret messages so that people don't easily understand the messages inside. in this study using the RC4 algorithm. The RC4 algorithm is one of the methods used to create secret messages with message encryption and decryption techniques. This study aims to design cryptographic applications in securing text messages.
