Abstract

The problem in this research is that children's low self-confidence in telling stories is due to limited mastery of vocabulary so that children do not dare to appear in front of the class, as well as the stories in books being too long so that children are bored and unable to retell them. The aim of the research is to improve the language skills of young children through the storytelling method. This research was carried out at the Ar-Raudhah Islamic Kindergarten using PTK with the research subjects being 10 children in group A of the Ar-Raudhah Islamic Kindergarten. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observations and documentation using descriptive analysis techniques. Data analysis techniques by examining every aspect of research activities at the time the research was carried out and analyzed properly. Based on the results of the last research cycle I, it was found that 4 children did not understand how to tell stories, 4 children (40%) received a score of not yet developed, 4 children (40%) are starting to develop, and 2 children (20%) are developing according to expectations and no child is developing very well. On the third day of Cycle II, the children were very enthusiastic about telling stories using audio-visual media, 8 children were able to tell stories very well. 0 children (0%) received a score of Not Yet Developing, 1 child (10%) Starting to Develop, 1 child (10%) Developing as Expected and 8 children (80%) Developing Very Well. Based on research results, children's language skills through the storytelling method have increased. Using audio-visual media can attract children's attention so that it can increase children's enthusiasm for telling stories and children's mastery of vocabulary and language skills will progress.

Abstract

Realizing that teachers are one of the keys to educational success, various efforts have been made to develop the competence and performance of professional teachers to improve the quality of teachers through understanding that teachers who can carry out their duties professionally and have a commitment to carrying out their duties and functions as teachers to the maximum can play a very important role. in increasing student learning achievement. The results of this research state the teacher's ability to compose learning tools, the ability to improvise learning methods and strategies and the ability to assess student learning outcomes through class-based assessments, while professional abilities; described as the ability to master a field of study seen from the educational background of teachers who have academic qualifications and teachers who teach according to their expertise and major, the ability to understand students, the ability to master educational learning through the ability to understand types of subjects, organize subject matter and utilize learning resources.

Abstract

Filsafat ilmu dengan metode penelitian terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat karena filsafat ilmu tidak terlepas dari aturan keilmuan yang berkaitan dengan metode ilmiah yang digunakan. Metode ilmiah menjadi kata kunci dalam ilmu, agar sebuah ilmu pengetahuan memiliki objek dan metode ilmiah haruslah memenuhi beberapa syarat yang aspek ontologi, aspek epistimologi, dan aspek aksiologi. Pola pikir dalam pendekatan ilmiah terdiri dari pola pikir induktif dan pola pikir deduktif. Langkah-langkah dalam metode ilmiah diantaranya adalah merumuskan masalah, mengadakan studi kepustakaan, merumuskan hipotesis, menguji hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis dan menafsirkan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam dunia filsufis terdapat beberapa aliran dan paradigma yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yaitu pandangan positivisme, post positivisme, kontruktivisme dan pragmatisme, keempat pandangan atau aliran ini membawa pengaruh dalam filsafat penelitian. Dengan mengarah kepada metode penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif dan campuran filsafat ilmu memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yang dapat dilihat dari implikasi serta kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah yaitu filsafat ilmu memberikan pedoman bagi seseorang untuk membedakan antara segala persoalan yang ilmiah maupun tidak, fungsi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan metode ilmiah dapat memberikan kajian yang logis dari setiap ilmu yang ditekuni serta dapat memberikan orientasi dan nilai yang jelas bagi setiap displin ilmu, melalui filsafat ilmu di dapati petunjuk dengan metode yang reflektif serta penelitian dan penalaran agar seseorang dapat menyeimbangkan antara logika, pengalaman, rasio, dan agama dalam mencari kehidupan yang Sejahtera, terakhir filsafat ilmu memberikan asas terhadap metode keilmuawan, karena metode ilmiah yang dikembangkan harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara logis dan rasional, supaya dapat dipergunakan secara umum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Minat Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa, pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa, dan pengaruh Minat dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika pada siswa Kelas X di MAS Al–Uswah, Kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat. Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian meliputi 118 siswa Kelas X di MAS Al–Uswah dengan sampel sebanyak 42 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, kuesioner, dan soal kuis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah: dimana X1 mewakili minat, X2 mewakili motivasi dan Y mewakili hasil belajar matematika. (2) Uji keberartian secara simultan menghasilkan Fhitung(70,8815) > Ftabel (3,2381), memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh Minat dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap belajar Belajar siswa sebesar 79,871%. (3) Uji keberartian secara parsial menghasilkan thitung (4,4594) > ttabel (2,0227), menyimpulkan bahwa Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh sebesar 33,775% terhadap hasil belajar siswa (4) Setelah melakukan uji keberartian secara parsial menghasilkan thitung (2,9600) > ttabel (2,0227), mengindikasikan bahwa Minat Belajar berpengaruh sebesar 18,338% terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: Analyzing Employee engagement open and honest communication, Employee engagement Leadership, Employee engagement job design, Employee engagement Learning among employees at Prof. Central General Hospital. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah. This type of research is associative, aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and how close the influence or relationship is and to determine whether there is a correlation between the two variables. The researcher used the Slovin formula to determine the sample because the population was more than 100 respondents in the sample calculation with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis techniques used in this research to analyze the data are: (1) Quantitative Analysis, (2) Validity Test, (3) Reliability Test, (4) Path Analysis assisted by data processing with SPSS version 24. Research This results in the influence of the variables Leadership, Open and Honest Communication, and Learning Technology on Employee Engagement of Employees at Prof. Ngoer's central hospital which is quite moderate and shows that Learning Technology can mediate smooth Employee Engagement of Employees.

Abstract

Issues related to gender issues have been discussed since humans existed in this world. Discriminatory acts against women occur because the patriarchal culture that has existed for thousands of years has become the doctrine that women are considered as people who do not need to be involved in economic, political, religious, and even educational matters. Social inequality which considers that women do not need to have a high formal education causes a lot of crime and violence against women. Even in the Islamic religion itself, women are greatly elevated in rank even though in some aspects there are boundaries that have been determined by religion. This paper uses the method research library by collecting various literature related to the discussion of gender strengthening in Islamic education.

Abstract

In carrying out administration at the Community Health Center, there are several challenges that can hinder the implementation of this administration. This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced in implementing administration at the Simalingkar Community Health Center. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations consisting of the Head of the Community Health Center, Head of Administration, a Community Health Center employee and one of the patients using health services. The results of this discussion show that there are several challenges in implementing administration at the Simalingkar Community Health Center, including a lack of understanding of information technology, obstacles in implementing Electronic Medical Records (RME), unstable data management, and internal challenges in employee performance. By overcoming this challenge, it is hoped that the Simalingkar Community Health Center can improve the effectiveness and quality of administrative services, as well as have a positive impact on the communities served.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, causing a decline in economic growth, increasing poverty levels and pressure on the business sector. This article presents an analysis of the condition of the Indonesian economy after Covid-19, economic recovery, the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), global news, and international cooperation through the G20 forum. Even though there are signs of improvement in Indonesia's economic prospects, challenges remain, especially regarding the recovery of MSMEs which have been badly affected. It is hoped that continued support from the government, structural reforms and international cooperation will help Indonesia achieve a sustainable and inclusive economic recovery in the future.

Abstract

This research took the research object at the Prof. Ngoerah Central General Hospital with the aim of analyzing the influence of Work Communication, Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Non-Civil Servant (PNS) employees using the grand theory of Management of State Civil Apparatus Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014, supporting Organizational behavior management theory. This research uses quantitative methods, questionnaires with sampling samples and the Slovin formula with four hypotheses. This research found: 1. Work Communication has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Permanent Non-Civil Servant (PNS) Employees at Prof Ngoerah Central General Hospital 2. Work Communication has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Permanent Non-Civil Servant (PNS) Employees at Home Prof Ngoerah Central General Hospital, 3. Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance of Permanent Non Civil Servant Employees (PNS) at the Central General Hospital Prof Ngoerah, 4. Organizational Commitment does not mediate work communication on the Performance of Permanent Non Civil Servant Employees (PNS) at Prof Ngoerah Central General Hospital. The implications of this research contribute simultaneously to Prof.Central General Hospital. Ngoerah, this research also found that Organizational Commitment has an insignificant effect so it is necessary to carry out further research.

Abstract

This research takes as its object the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Karangasem. The aim is to test the influence of internal control, compliance and management compensation on employee ethical behavior using grand theory. Stewardship (Daviset al, 1997).Quantitative Multiple Regression Research Method with a sample of 108 and data analysis using SPSS Version 24.Research Results (1) Internal Control (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Ethical Behavior of Village Credit Institution Employees in Karangasem Bali, (2) Compliance (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Ethical Behavior of Village Credit Institution Employees in Karangasem Bali, (3) Management Compensation (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the Ethical Behavior of Village Credit Institution Employees in Karangasem Bali, (4) Employee Ethical Behavior (Y) has a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Internal Control, Compliance, Management Compensation so that it becomes one unit in the Village Credit Institution in Karangasem Bali Research Implications This research found that the influence of the variables Internal Control, Compliance, Management Compensation on the Ethical Behavior of Village Credit Institution Employees in Karangasem is very large
