Abstract

The menstrual cycle in adolescent girls or women ranges from 21 up to 35 days, with 10 up to 15% having a menstrual cycle of 28 days and a menstrual duration of 3 up to 5 days. However, some also last 7 to 8 days, depending on each individual. Irregular menstrual cycles can have an impact on fertility and reproductive disorders and can make it difficult to get pregnant because ovulation does not occur. The research objective was to determine the correlation between nutritional status, stress levels and the menstrual cycle in female students of Islamic Schooling of Madrasah Tsanawiyah State 2 Tanggamus 2024. Data collection was carried out using analytical survey analysis with a cross-sectional design. The population of this research was 328 class VII and class VIII female students, with a sample of 90 female students. Data analysis used the Chi-square statistical test and gamma test. After conducting statistical tests using the gamma test, a p-value of 0.044 was obtained, meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This shows there was a correlation between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle in female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) State 2 Tanggamus in 2024. On the other hand, the results of statistical tests using the chi-square test show a p-value of 0.725, which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. In other words, there is no correlation between stress levels and the menstrual cycle of female students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) State 2 Tanggamus in 2024. It was concluded that there was a correlation between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle in female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) State 2 Tanggamus in 2024, there was no correlation between stress levels and the menstrual cycle in female students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) State 2 Tanggamus in 2024.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment, the effect of job stress on organizational commitment, and the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, as well as the combined effect of work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. This study was conducted at elementary schools in the “School Movement” program in North Aceh Regency. The study population totaled 380 people, with a sample of 76 individuals determined proportionally according to their work units. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis for this study employed the Product Moment correlation and Multiple Regression techniques. The results of the study indicated that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment by 58.1%. (2) Job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.027 and a total effect of 0.1%. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a correlation value of 0.057 and a total effect of 39%. (4) Collectively, work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction affect organizational commitment with a significance value of 0.007 at a 0.05 significance level. The results of this study demonstrate that work motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction can influence organizational commitment. Therefore, to enhance organizational commitment, it is necessary to improve work motivation, reduce job stress, and increase job satisfaction among teachers.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the use of Artificial Intelligence technology media in improving Arabic language skills at Rahmatul Asri Islamic Modern Boarding School. This research aims to explore the differences in improving Arabic language skills between the use of Artificial Intelligence technology media and the use of Power Point media or conventional learning media as a comparison. The research used a Quasi Experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest design, involving 56 samples of students from classes X and XI MA PPM Rahmatul Asri. Data was collected through Arabic language proficiency tests before and after treatment. The results showed a significant increase in the students' Arabic language skills. The average learning outcome score based on the students' pre-test (72.00) increased to (88.86) based on the average post-test score after treatment. Data analysis using the t-test shows that this increase is significant, with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that this difference did not occur by chance. The conclusion of this research is that the use of Artificial Intelligence technology media is effective in improving students' Arabic language skills. Interactive and interesting learning media has been proven to be able to create a more active and enjoyable learning atmosphere. It is recommended that this method be applied more widely in other Islamic boarding schools, and that teachers be given training to optimize the use of Artificial Intelligence media in learning.

Abstract

The research was motivated by student learning outcomes that scored below the Minimum Completion Criteria KKM on the results of the theory understanding test. Answers were also obtained from the results of questions and answers to teachers of related subjects that the lack of student learning resources that can be accessed independently has caused a decline in student learning outcomes and less than optimal learning achievement. So that research is carried out to develop learning media that can be practically used by students as a learning media independently and can be utilized by teachers as teaching materials. The method used in this research is research and development with the ADDIE model approach which includes five stages, namely, Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. At the Implementation and Evaluation stages, instruments were distributed for product validation tests to two lecturers of material experts and media experts, one to one trials and small group tests to students at SMKN 27 Jakarta. The results obtained in the stage I material expert test = 58,8% and stage II 90%, in the stage I media expert test = 52% and stage II =86,6 %, in the one to one practical test the results were obtained 93,5%, and the small group practical test stage 94,4%. Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that the Modern Up Style Bun Styling Learning Module can be used and applied for learning with the results that are feasible and practical to use.

Abstract

The classic problem of villages in almost all of Indonesia is that human resources are less competent in managing the village so that the potential natural resources cannot be managed by the village but are controlled by parties outside the village. The solution to this problem is that there must be integrated programs, systems, policies, rules and laws from the central government, regional governments at the provincial, district and city levels. UU no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages is expected to be a historical milestone for the creation of prosperous and competitive villages. A competitive village is a village that is prosperous, can develop its village potential and provide welfare to the village community. Villages are the backbone of the country's economy. However, the current condition is that villages are unable to compete with big cities in terms of the economy because lack of access to resources, limited infrastructure, and lack of job opportunities are often the main obstacles in creating competitive villages. Therefore, it is quite important for local governments to encourage village potential so that they can compete and manage the village's natural resource potential in accordance with the mandate of the village law..

Abstract

The development of lifestyle and technology has caused changes in people's lifestyles in general, which is marked by more and more people using the internet to access social media, surf or browse, and contact relatives or friends. Currently, social media is a tool or media that is very effective in supporting the process of communication between people, such as between one person, between influencers, between celebrities and their followers and netizens as a whole. One of the influencers on social media is in the field of beauty or beauty influencers. The most sought-after review in the field of decorative makeup beauty by the public is lip cosmetics. Cosmetics for lips have many types such as, lip sticks, lip creams, lip balms, lip gloss and lip tints. The lightest lip cosmetics that have a natural result are lip tints. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the influence of beauty influencers on Instagram on purchasing decisions on Secondate Beauty brand milky gel lip tint products. This is a beauty influencer review on Instagram of UNJ Cosmetology students affecting the purchase decision of the Secondate Beauty brand milky gel lip tint product.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country with abundant natural resources and significant potential as a seaweed producer. The types of seaweed that can grow in Indonesia and have economic value include Eucheuma cottonii, Gracilaria sp., Eucheuma spinossum, and Caulerpa sp. Eucheuma cottonii seaweed is a source of carrageenan, which has great potential for use in various fields, both in the food and non-food industries, due to its capabilities as a stabilizer, thickening agent, and emulsifier. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, which does not aim to conduct calculations or statistical processes, but rather to describe a situation in depth, thereby providing a well-represented condition. From various literature studies conducted, the author found that Eucheuma cottonii seaweed contains five main components: natural antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, antifungal agents, antibacterial agents, and moisturizers. Cosmetic products that can be derived from Eucheuma cottonii seaweed include moisturizing creams, face masks, soaps, lip balms, and face serums..

Abstract

Some students find it difficult to use matrix material analytically and critically. In addition, students also find it difficult to answer questions that require a high level of understanding. This study aims to analyze numeracy literacy skills in matrix material in terms of problem-solving abilities. This study is a qualitative study. The subjects of the study were 2 students of SMA N 11 Semarang City who had high and low category scores. Data collection was carried out through tests and interviews. The data analysis techniques used were reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The credibility test in this study was carried out by utilizing triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that students who had the highest test scores had very good numeracy literacy skills, while students who had the lowest test scores had less numeracy literacy skills

Abstract

E-commerce has grown significantly in recent years, due to technological developments and a shifting consumer landscape. Along with this expansion, the introduction of digital methods of payment, such as e-wallets, has transformed the way online purchases are handled. E-wallets have given customers convenience, security, and more financial flexibility, resulting in an adjustment in consumer purchasing behavior within the e-commerce ecosystem. This study investigates the impact of an e-wallet (ShopeePay) adoption on impulse buying behavior in e-commerce (Shopee), specifically on Gen-Z users. This paper also examines if customers' satisfaction with utilizing e-wallets substantially impacts their impulsive purchasing behavior. PLS-SEM was performed using 280 valid responses from active ShopeePay Gen-Z consumers gathered via an online survey. The results revealed that perceived interactivity and subjective norm positively affected satisfaction with using an e-wallet, yet perceived risk had no significant effect on satisfaction with an e-wallet. Moreover, perceived interactivity, perceived risk, and subjective norms are found to significantly influence impulse buying, with satisfaction as the mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in overcoming boredom in learning the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) of Class X Students at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained by observation, interview, and documentation methods. All data were analyzed interactively and continuously, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Teacher Strategies in Overcoming Boredom in Learning the Subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) of Class X Students at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung use several strategies that are most often used, namely expository strategies, namely teachers deliver material verbally where the process of speaking orally is the main tool in this strategy, students are expected to be able to master and understand the material delivered by the teacher. (2) The obstacles faced and solutions in implementing Teacher Strategies in Overcoming Boredom in Learning Islamic Cultural History Subjects (SKI) for class X students at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung are that there are still many students who do not understand the material presented by the Teacher so that when the learning process takes place, students tend to be bored and there are still few Teachers in mastering the material so that the delivery of the material is limited. The solution to the obstacles faced is that Teachers need to use other strategies that are more effective in overcoming boredom in the learning process, for example using an inquiry strategy, this strategy emphasizes the process of thinking critically and analytically to find and find answers to a problem that is being questioned, for example, such as questions and answers between teachers and students.
