Abstract

In the context of 21st-century education, critical thinking skills are becoming one of the four essential skills (4Cs) that students must possess. One method for developing these skills is through the use of appropriate teaching materials, such as encyclopedias. This study aims to examine the content validity of an encyclopedia focused on waterbirds in the Mangrove area ofanio Village as a tool training critical thinking skills in students. This research is limited to the content validation of the encyclopedia and uses the Educational Design Research (EDR) method. research object is the developed encyclopedia, while the research subjects three experts serve as. The validation results show the encyclopedia is included in the valid category with an average score of 3.53, thus it be appropriate as an alternative learning source for training critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This article will discuss various theories of axiology and their application in various aspects of life, with the aim of providing a deeper understanding of how values shape our views of the world and guide our actions within society. Axiology is a branch of philosophy that studies values in human life, including moral, aesthetic, and other values that determine what is considered good, right, or beautiful. The main focus of axiology is to answer questions about the foundation and nature of values, as well as how we evaluate and establish what is valuable in everyday life. Throughout the history of philosophy, various schools of thought have developed, such as Aristotle’s view, which links values with virtue, and Kant’s view, which emphasizes the importance of universal moral principles in determining right actions. Axiology also involves the study of aesthetics, which examines judgments of beauty in art and nature. As time progresses, axiology has become increasingly relevant in addressing social and technological ethical issues, such as justice, freedom, and moral responsibility in the digital age.

Abstract

Children with intellectual disabilities are one of groups of children with mental disorders who have below average intellectual abilities and have limitations in thinking, low thinking skills, weak attention and memory In the process of learning the hijaiyah letters, children with intellectual disabilities find it difficult to recognize the hijaiyah letters, find it difficult to write the hijaiyah letters, are busy with their respective activities such as dancing, playing with their friends, some tend to be quiet because they lack enthusiasm in learning Therefore, interesting and interctive hijaiyah letter learning media are needed The use of learning media to teach the hijaiyah letters to mentally retarded students is very necessary However, the findings obtained in mentally retarded students who still cannot read the hijaiyah letters. This study aims to determine the role of learning media in learning the hijaiyah letters for mentally retarded students This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques used are interviews and observations The results of the study show that learning media can stimulate students interest in learning and encourage them to be able to focus on the material The obstacles faced are the lack of concentration this is easily lost, high emotionality, and classes that are not yet adequate. The solution obtained is a firm attitude that teachers need to have as educators to provide motivation to students, and be patient in educating. With the existence of learning media, it can be one of the solutions in improving learning the hijaiyah letters in mentally retarded chidren.

Abstract

Bullying behavior in elementary school environments often occurs due to students' lack of understanding of its negative impacts. The Student Service Program at SDN 1 Jamblang aims to prevent bullying, intolerance, and sexual violence through three phases: planning, implementation, and evaluation.The planning phase includes the creation of materials, data collection, and activity preparation. The implementation phase involves delivering materials, interactive discussions, and creating "Stop Bullying" posters. The evaluation is conducted through questionnaires to measure students' understanding.The program results showed a significant increase in students' awareness of bullying issues and positive behavioral changes. The school environment became more inclusive, the learning atmosphere more conducive, and student interactions more harmonious. However, challenges such as lack of support from relevant parties, limited resources, and resistance to changes in teaching methods need to be addressed.The success of this program provides a strong foundation for its sustainability and can serve as a model for other schools. Continued support from all stakeholders is essential to ensure the program's long-term effectiveness

Abstract

This research departs from problem of limited time and learning media on hair styling material with braiding and twisting techniques which caused difficulties in the learning process for class XII KKR students at SMK Negeri 7 Tangerang Selatan. The aim of this research is to produce learning media in the form of E-Module Braids and Twist developed based on Canva.This research uses the Research and Development method with a 4-D development model, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire as an assessment of the validation of material and media experts and a practicality test from students. In the material expert assessment I at stage I it was 57.77% and at stage II it was 94.44%. The validation test of the feasibility of the material on material experts 2 was 88.88% with the category "Very Feasible". The results of the validity of the media expert stage I were 80% and stage II 83.63% which "Very Feasible". The results of the product practicality test consisting of individual trials obtained a value of 96.66% and a limited trial of 95.4% wich "Very Practical". Thus, the E-Module Braids and Twist is very feasible and very practical to use as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between self-confidence and the intensity of using electrical devices in facial skin care courses with technology. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The study population was students of the Jakarta State University cosmetology education study program class of 2022 as many as 44 students, the sample technique used was Total Sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to measure self-confidence and intensity of using electrical devices in facial skin care courses with technology. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between self-confidence and the intensity of using electrical devices in facial skin care courses with technology, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.595 (> 0.297) and a significance value of 0.01 (< 0.05). The majority of students have self-confidence with moderate categories in the interval 32-48 with a percentage of 80% and the majority of students have the intensity of using electrical devices with moderate categories in the interval 24-36 with a percentage of 64%. In conclusion, self-confidence has an important role in increasing the intensity of using electrical appliances. The higher the self-confidence of students, the higher the intensity of using electrical appliances. In further research it is recommended to explore how much influence students' self-confidence has on the intensity of using electrical devices in facial skin care courses with technology.

Abstract

The target game is a game where the player will get a score if the ball or other similar projectiles are thrown or hit in a directed manner on a predetermined target and the fewer hits to the target the better, target game training is related to a specific target or object. knowing the study of the target game training literature on the accuracy of shooting using the inner foot in the game of futsal. The research method used is a literature study consisting of several sources such as primary sources and secondary sources. With the results of research from various sources, it can be concluded that the target game training method on shooting accuracy using the inner leg of the futsal game is as follows: "There is an effect of target game training before and after the shooting using the inner leg of the futsal game by using the target game training method. . So it can be concluded that the target game training method has a significant effect on the accuracy of shooting using the inner foot in the game of futsal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of tax collection on Cryptocurrency transactions. The sampling method was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents using a Likert scale of 1-5, and applying the Purposive Sampling technique. The sample used in this study consisted of 100 respondents who had made Cryptocurrency transactions. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9 and Microsoft Excel Professional 2021. The findings of this study indicate that the tax collection variable has a positive and significant effect on Cryptocurrency transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of green banking, human capital and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of Indonesian banking companies in 2019-2023. There are 47 banks registered on the IDX which will be the population for this research, however the sample size determined is a purposive sample so that the banks selected according to the sampling criteria are 102. The analysis method in this research is panel data analysis with the help of Eviews 12. For financial performance in this research, profitability (ROA) is used. Green banking will be measured by the Green Banking Disclosure Index (GBDI), human capital by the VAHU formula and CSR by calculating the CSR index coverage. After conducting research, the implementation of green banking turned out to have a negative influence on revenue growth, while the human capital and CSR variables had a positive influence on revenue growth in corporate banking for the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital storytelling on the forgiveness abilities of elementary school students. The subjects comprised 40 students divided into an experimental group (20 students) and a control group (20 students). The experimental group received a video intervention featuring the story of Prophet Yusuf. The study design employed a static group design. Data collection was conducted using a psychological scale based on McCullough's theory. The results showed that digital storytelling significantly enhanced forgiveness (p < 0.05) in the experimental group compared to the control group. This study indicates that innovative learning methods based on digital storytelling are effective in supporting the emotional development of elementary school students in increasing their ability to forgive.
