Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of learning at State Elementary School (SDN) 1 Catur Tunggal, Mesuji Makmur District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The Independent Curriculum, which has been implemented nationally since 2022, provides flexibility for teachers in designing learning strategies that suit the needs of students. Although it provides many opportunities to improve the quality of education, its implementation faces various challenges, such as difficulties in the use of technology by teachers and adjustments to the digital platform used for curriculum administration. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that although there has been progress in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, intensive training and technological support are needed so that its implementation can be optimal. With the right assistance, the Independent Curriculum is expected to be able to improve the quality of learning at SDN 1 Catur Tunggal and other schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of the Diniyah curriculum applied in Islamic educational institutions such as pesantren, which focuses on the teaching of religious knowledge, aims to cultivate students with a deep understanding of Islam. This research aims to examine the implementation of the Diniyah curriculum at SMP AWH Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang and the impact of this learning on the students. This research method employs a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques involve interviews and observations of teachers and students. The results show that the implementation of the Diniyah curriculum at the junior high school level is progressing well, although there are several challenges, such as limited time for the delivery of religious subjects. The Diniyah curriculum is divided into several levels: I’dad, Wustho, and Ulya. Some of the Diniyah subjects used include Nahwu, Shorof, Fiqh, Tauhid, Fashohah, and Hadith. The application of the Diniyah curriculum in teaching is not only in the form of learning materials but also includes the memorization of texts, which must be completed within a year. Each subject is allocated 1 hour of instructional time, and its implementation is coordinated with the Madin (Islamic Education Institution) in collaboration with the school and pesantren. The teachers implement the Diniyah curriculum with enthusiasm and strive to provide the best for the students so that they can understand and delve into Islamic religious knowledge comprehensively.

Abstract

Basically, the evidentiary system is a regulation regarding the type of evidence that can be used, the description of the evidence, and the ways in which the evidence is used and the way the judge must form his beliefs before the court. Evidence is one of the most important aspects brought in and prepared by the parties (Plaintiff and Defendant) in proving the truth of a legal event. Viewed from the parties in the case, evidence can be interpreted as a tool or effort that can be used by the parties in the case to convince the judge before the court. When viewed from the perspective of the court examining the case, evidence means tools or efforts that can be used by the judge to decide the case. So, this evidence is needed by justice seekers and also by the court. A dispute or case cannot be resolved without evidence, meaning that if the plaintiff's claim is not based on evidence then the case will also be decided by the judge but by rejecting the claim because it is not proven. The evidence presented by the parties in court varies, including written evidence, witness statements, allegations, confessions and oaths.

Abstract

The independence of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era faces major challenges related to time management, entrepreneurship and the use of technology. This research aims to identify and analyze the managerial strategies implemented by the Miftahul Khoirot Islamic Boarding School in increasing the independence of students in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources for this research include Islamic boarding school administrators, caregivers, and students. The collected data was then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Miftahul Khoirot Islamic Boarding School has implemented an entrepreneurship program involving students, but the students still need further assistance in managing their businesses. In addition, challenges related to time management, independent decision making, and access to digital learning are also obstacles. Device limitations and internet network quality influence the effectiveness of digital learning implemented. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen technological infrastructure, more intensive entrepreneurship training, and better time management for students, so that they can be more independent in facing challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Character education is a vital foundation in the family. How family members will behave in the future when they are involved in society is greatly influenced by the character education that has been instilled. During increasingly advanced times, the people of Merbabu Slope still maintain the Rejeban culture to maintain a cultural heritage that is slowly starting to fade. This article will discuss the role of Rejeban Culture in the character education of the people living on the Merbabu Slopes. This research aims to identify and analyze how this local culture contributes to the character-building of the community. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The research subjects include community leaders, educators, and residents of Merbabu Slope who actively participate in Rejeban Culture. Rejeban culture is an effective medium in supporting character education of the Merbabu Slope community. The preservation and development of this culture are essential to strengthen positive values in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Synthetic Analytic Structure (SAS) method on beginning reading skills in grade 1 students of SD Nurul Huda 2 Yapis in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of this study are expected to be useful theoretically and practically. This type of research is experimental research with quasi-experimental research design. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique uses the T test, namely the independent samples T test to determine whether there is an effect of learning using the Synthetic Analytic Structure (SAS) method on beginning reading skills. Based on the results of the study, the average value of beginning reading skills in the experimental class was 79.52 and the control class was 70.58. This is proven by the results of the posttest of students' beginning reading skills. The results of hypothesis submission obtained the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.272>1.671 and a significant value smaller than 0.05 which is 0.027. This shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of learning using the Synthetic Analytical Structure (SAS) method on the beginning reading skills of grade 1 students of SD Nurul Huda 2 Yapis in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the influence of teacher motivation and school infrastructure together on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri Se, Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out in State Elementary School in Rantau Bayur District, Banyuasin Regency which consisted of 4 (two) schools including: SD Negeri 9 Rantau Bayur, SD Negeri 13 Rantau Bayur, SD Negeri 15 Rantau Bayur and SD Negeri 21 Rantau Bayur. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 47 teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used a normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t-test and F test. The results of this study were teacher motivation and educational infrastructure facilities - analyzed together, it was found that both had a very large influence on student learning outcomes, with a contribution of 99.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the direct influence of tax knowledge, tax reform, tax sanctions and socialization on the level of taxpayer compliance. The object of the study is individual taxpayers registered at the Pasar Rebo Tax Office. This study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used in this study include: multiple regression analysis (multiple linear regression), and classical assumption tests using the SPSS program. The results show that there is a significant simultaneous influence of Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, and Tax Socialization on Taxpayer Compliance, but Tax Reform does not have a significant effect on Tax Compliance..

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in developing students' problem-solving skills in the digital era. The data collected is found in two cycles. After the data is collected then the data is analyzed descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the gradual implementation of PBL significantly improves students' problem-solving skills. In cycle 1, students began to understand the stages of PBL but faced challenges in group collaboration and managing information from digital sources. After improvements were made in cycle 2, such as training in the use of digital technology and strengthening analytical strategies, students showed significant progress in formulating creative, systematic, and data-driven solutions. Moreover, the integration of digital technology in the learning process proved effective in supporting information exploration and presenting solutions engagingly. This study concludes that PBL, supported by digital technology, is a relevant learning strategy for developing critical thinking, collaborative, and innovative skills in students in the digital era. Recommendations are provided for teachers to continue developing their competencies in integrating PBL and technology into their teaching to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

Teknik kursi kosong merupakan salah satu teknik popular dalam pendekatan gestalt. Teknik ini sudah banyak diaplikasikan dalam beragam penelitian. Kebermanfaatannya yang tinggi kemudian memberikan peluang yang luas untuk dapat diterapkan pada berbagai permasalahan psikologis manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meninjau aplikasi teknik kursi kosong dalam membantu permasalahan psikologis di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, penelitian kajian literatur sistematis diterapkan menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pelacakan digital dari sumber yang terpercaya yaitu Google Scholar. Setelah proses pelacakan dan seleksi, terkumpul 12 penelitian yang membahas penggunaan teknik kursi kosong dalam membantu permasalahan psikologis di Indonesia. Diketahui bahwa sebagian besar hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik kursi kosong memiliki polarisasi topik permasalahan yang cukup beragam dan dapat menjadi peluang bagi peneliti selanjutnya di masa yang akan datang.
