Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that influence the learning style of students' listening skills in elementary schools. The focus of this study is to describe all factors that cause the influence of the learning style of listening skills. The type of research is a qualitative phenomenological type by comparing the existing phenomena according to the original. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Interviews are given in the form of structured interview guidelines face to face to informants. Data analysis was carried out using the DPA (Descriptive Phenomenology Analysis) method. The results of the study showed that there were five main factors in influencing the learning style of listening skills including (1) psychological factors; (2) emotional factors; (3) fatigue factors; (4) learning environment; and (5) teacher teaching methods

Abstract

The monotonous learning process and rarely using video media causes low student learning outcomes. This often happens considering the constraints of video media support tools. The purpose of this study is to measure the improvement of students' understanding of science using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by Interactive Video Media for science subjects. This type of research uses quantitative research with a Pre-Experimental design approach with the type of One Group Pretest-posttest Design. This research was carried out in class V of SDN Kutoharjo 01 pati with a sample of 26 students. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and tests. The results of this study using the paired sample T-test obtained a value of 0.000 where (0.000<0.05) so that H0 was rejected where the learning outcomes of students after the application of the PPT-assisted video-based problem based learning model were better than before the use of the model. The increase in the average pretest results was 65.4 for the pretest and 78.3 for the average posttest score with a t-8.457 value and an average N-Gain value of 0.36 in the medium category. The video-based Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by PPT media is effective for improving student learning skills, so that it can be a solution for teachers to create more active, effective learning so that learning outcomes are good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning independence of fifth grade elementary school students, especially only children, in learning pantun material. Learning independence is the ability of students to plan, implement, and evaluate the learning process independently. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The subjects of the study were fifth grade students who were only children. The results of the study showed that students' learning independence in understanding pantun material was influenced by internal factors such as motivation, self-discipline, and self-confidence, as well as external factors such as parental support and the learning environment. Although most students showed quite good independence, there were several obstacles such as dependence on parental assistance and lack of confidence in completing assignments. This study concludes that strengthening learning motivation and implementing learning strategies that encourage student independence are very necessary, especially in learning literature such as pantun.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the science learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN Terusan 1 Sindang through the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model. This classroom action research involved 41 students and used quantitative methods. The research results show a significant increase in student learning outcomes, from an average of 65 to 82. The PJBL model is effective in increasing student understanding and critical thinking skills

Abstract

This research was created with the aim of obtaining data on the credibility of Beauty Vlogger Miss Jakarta. This research uses quantitative correlational methods. The population of this study were all undergraduate students of Cosmetology class 2021-2022, Jakarta State University. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study were undergraduate students in Cosmetology class 2021-2022 who knew Beauty Vlogger Miss X, were subscribers or followers of YouTube Miss X, and used YouTube Miss So, the sample in this research is the 2021-2022 undergraduate students of Jakarta State University, namely 53. The data analysis techniques used are associative quantitative techniques, analysis requirements tests, data normality tests, linearity tests. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the credibility of YouTube Beauty Vlogger Miss The majority of interest in learning facial make-up is in the high category, namely 56.6%. And according to the research results, it shows that the majority of Beauty Vlogger Miss X's credibility is in the low category, namely 58.2%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Role Playing learning model on the learning outcomes of MAN 2 Bone students. The type of research used is the Type of Experimental Research with a Quantitative approach. The data processed is a Pre Test and Post Test given to all students of class X.6 MAN 2 Bone. The data collection method in this study is Test Instruments. The data was processed with instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Test and Question Differentiation Test, and to answer the Research Hypothesis, a Descriptive Statistical Test and an Infernal Statistical Test were carried out using a t-Test. Based on the acquisition of research results and existing data, the researcher can conclude that the Role Playing Learning Model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Economics students in class X.6 MAN 2 Bone. This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, t Count > t table or 11,373 > 2.03224, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted.

Abstract

This research is an ex post facto research with a quantitative approach which aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum on students' critical thinking abilities. The population of this study was 9 classes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 12 Bone with a random sample of 4 people each. The data collection technique in this research is observation and documentation by going directly to the research location. The data analysis technique uses Descriptive Analysis. The data is processed using validity tests in the form of questionnaires and reliability tests. Then to answer the research hypothesis using a simple linear regression formula and t test (partial). The results of the research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has a positive effect on the critical thinking skills of students at SMA Negeri 12 Bone. This means that the H1 hypothesis is accepted, because the calculated t value > t table or 3.191 > 1.688 has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study is an experimental research with a quantitative approach that aims to determine the influence of the application of the Snowball Throwing model on student learning outcomes. The population of this study is grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre with a sample from class VIII A. The data collection method in this study is Test Instruments in the form of pretest and posttest. The data was processed by instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Test and Discriminating Power Test, and to answer the Research Hypothesis, a Descriptive Statistical Test and an Infernal Statistical Test were carried out using the Normality Test, and the Independent Sample T-test. Based on the results of the research and the data that has been collected, the researcher can conclude that the application of the snowball throwing model has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre students. his is proven in the paired sample t-Test calculation, the significance value obtained is 0.000, which means this value is more than <0.05. Apart from that, after getting tcount of 15.203 and ttable of 2.05954, it can be concluded that tcount > ttable (15.203 > 2.05954) so that HO is rejected HI is accepted.

Abstract

This research is experimental research with a quantitative approach which aims to determine the effect of the reciprocal teaching learning model in improving student learning outcomes. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Bone. The sample was taken using a non-random sampling technique with the sample in this study being class XI-4. The data collection method in the research is a test instrument in the form of a pretest and posttest. Data analysis includes instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Tests and Differentiating Power Tests, and to answer the research hypothesis, Descriptive Statistical Tests and Inferential Statistical Tests are carried out using the Normality Test, T-Test (Paired Sample T-test) and N-Gain Test. The results of the research show that the Reciprocal Teaching Learning Model has a positive effect on the Economics learning outcomes of class XI-4 students at SMA Negeri 9 Bone which is in the high category at 0.72 (70%). This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, the t value is 15.126 and the t table is 2.06390, so it can be concluded that t count > t table or 15.126 > 2.06390, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Institutional capacity building is a crucial aspect in increasing the effectiveness of organizations and public services. However, various factors such as limited human resources, budget, and suboptimal policy support are often obstacles in the process of strengthening institutional capacity. Therefore, an appropriate development strategy is needed to ensure institutional sustainability and effectiveness. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various empirical studies from accredited journals in the last five years. The analysis focuses on policy effectiveness, inhibiting factors, success indicators, best development models, and the long-term impact of strengthening institutional capacity. The results of the literature review show that the effectiveness of capacity building policies is greatly influenced by careful planning, regulatory support, and adequate resource allocation. The main inhibiting factors include limited human resources, budget, and organizational culture that is less adaptive. Success indicators can be measured through improving human resource competence, policy effectiveness, quality of public services, and collaboration between stakeholders. The best models in capacity building include the Capacity Development Model, Learning Organization, and Collaborative Capacity Building, which emphasize aspects of institutional innovation and strengthening work networks. Institutional capacity building has a long-term impact on improving organizational performance and institutional resilience in the face of challenges. Therefore, capacity building strategies must be holistic and adaptive to environmental changes in order to achieve optimal sustainability and competitiveness.
